21  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering ? on: June 22, 2018, 06:19:25 PM
Until now bitcoin is down, many of them are sell their BTC to cheap price or other investor dump the price of BTC, maybe some news or fud about bitcoin, that's why bitcoin down now, example; china ban bitcoin in their country, but i believe bitcoin will recover in 4th quarter in this year, just believe it in bitcoin.

Bitcoin will recover at the end of the year for sure, the history last year will be repeated or maybe more, Bitcoin price continue to fall down because of negative speculations that are happening in both crypto and the outside world, some people say it is the end of bitcoin, but also don't believe in that, It will recover for sure at the 4th quarter of this month.

Yes I truly believe that Bitcoin will recover. I know it's been recovering already as well. Accidentally, the price of the Bitcoin had a big peaky raise. And now BTC is recovering from it. It has already recovered more than half of the price from this years peak. Which was around 14K USD and now it's around 6k USD. Which is great recovery compared to last year (in a sense).

23  Other / Meta / Re: How long I can have sMerits? on: June 20, 2018, 03:46:40 PM
I've searched here in Bitcointalk before posting my question. I've found a similar thread but there were no certain time frame for how long I am able to send my sMerits. Please someone inform me. Thanks.

sMerits are there on your account to spend. They wont be remove unless theymos adds a "decay sMerit" system to the forum.

I saw your merit history and there is one merit that has been awarded to you in the last 4months.

Code:
Received in the last 120 days
June 13, 2018, 09:43:31 PM: 1 from odolvlobo for Re: Evolution of currencies

If you had spent all your sMerits prior to this then this one merit will contribute to a 0.5 sMerit on your account. That much cannot be sent. It needs to be at least 1 sMerit to be able to send. Thats the minimum amount.

I think this should clear your question and if it does please lock the thread to prevent unnecessary comments after this.

But unfortunately, I don't have any sMerit to send. The last merit I had received (as you mentioned), was decayed or expired or gone before I log back in in Bitcointalk. I didn't get to spent it. This happened to me before as well. I have received 11 merits so far and I didn't get to send any merits. That is why I'm interested to know how long I can have spendable merits?
24  Economy / Economics / Re: 9/11 terrorist attacks and money wasted on movies on: June 19, 2018, 06:54:14 PM
Movies are a big part of the economy. Not only the producers but also lot of merchandise of many kinds are introduced focusing on a movie. People still pay lots of money to watch these films. And sadly, this nonsense actions are the one who attracts more customers or viewers. This is all good business.
25  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happens if everyone has own currency, doesn't a bad for Economics ? on: June 19, 2018, 06:48:54 PM
This is a big problem. It doesn't serve the true goal of a currency. It would become just a collectible which doesn't gonna lead to any purposes. Some of the money got stuck in different unused crypto which sums up to a bigger digit as the number of unnecessary crypto coin rises. So, definitely this is very bad for Economics.
26  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to report likes and share. on: June 18, 2018, 07:22:08 PM
There is nor structured form to submit your reports of likes and share. All you need to do is to keep your attitude and mind your formality in your reports. Mention the numbers you got, that's all you need to follow. Be brief, don't exaggerate things if not necessary.

28  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will explode! on: June 18, 2018, 07:07:35 PM
Sudden price decrease keeps happening these past few days and the same scenario happens last year before the hard fork in August.
I feel something will happen few months for now, and I think a great pump which will mark another history will have to explode soon.
I want to be positive on this and keep my investment growing. How bout you guys?
keep on believing on bitcoin. be positive mentality on bitcoin. we all know there was no way bitcoin will be death. lot of peoples still trust on bitcoin will be rises and skyrocket again after this bad market. hodl it tight and keep on buying bitcoin.

I don't think we should see Bitcoin as you are seeing it. Bitcoin doesn't need to explode, it needs to become stable. And in 2018, BTC is half way there. Lets just hope Bitcoin will not jump again so suddenly. If it shows a stable growth then it is best for the cyrpto world.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Schools Are Officially Accepting Bitcoin for Tuition on: June 18, 2018, 06:32:43 AM
I think paying with bitcoin for education is a good idea. And even better would have introduced in universities lessons about cryptocurrency. It would be very useful knowledge. In any case, the cryptocurrency is an opportunity to work without leaving home, as many dream
Maybe if they introduced the cryptocurrency in the universities ill think many students or family to encourage to learn about the crypto currency. Because we know on how useful it is this crypto and how to earn some money of it and if they knows about it many students be going to crypto.

I think some lessons are already being delivered to the students. But not as a course but as a course material. I don't think university should give details about how to earn some money from it. All they should do is to give some ideas. The students should come forward and find their own way. Students are the future of this world, and introducing Crypto in their tuition certainly is a big step.
30  Economy / Economics / Re: Would a global disaster increase or decrease the Bitcoin value ? on: June 13, 2018, 08:23:25 PM
From my calculation, I assume the price of the Bitcoin will fall if there is a global disaster. After a disaster, the price of the commodity is likely to become high. But we cannot consider BTC as a commodity. Because, it's a currency and people tend to sell their Bitcoins at the time when they need more cash. So, the value is most likely to fall after or during a global disaster.
31  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it easier to earn Merit without a signature? on: June 13, 2018, 08:09:01 PM
Nope, the signature shouldn't affect the chance of getting merit as long as the signature is not irritating for the eye or vision. Look at me for example, I don't have a signature and I never tried to have one. Still I'm stuck without merits (or a very few merits to be precise). But I'm not giving up or anything, I know the merits will come to me pretty soon.
32  Other / Off-topic / Re: What comes to your mind when you think of Japan? on: June 09, 2018, 08:03:56 PM
Anime. Specifically a certain TV series from the last century. Also from my childhood. Name is "Rorouni Kenshin: The Wandering Samurai". Also known as "Samurai X". It also brings some memories of it's beautiful soundtracks. They were really soothing.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: How much more fall is possible ? on: June 09, 2018, 07:58:37 PM
This is pretty strange! 4 pages of replies and I am the only one who participated on the bug test!!!! How? why? Explain me your reasons for this bug test please. And don't forget to tag me or quote me in your replies.
34  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it okay to commend an OP? on: June 09, 2018, 07:53:12 PM
It looks like nobody noticed that you wrote "commend", probably instead of "comment". If you meant comment (which really makes sense) then yes it is okay to comment. And you already got your answers. But if you meant what you wrote then please clarify.

Love it! This is so close to my heart (and pocket) as I am authorized watch dealer and counterfeit goods are one of the biggest problems for us. I have really high hopes this will help us tremendously.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you mean when you say Bitcoin is number 1 on: June 07, 2018, 10:07:48 PM
Store of value, Convenience, Security, Investment/speculation, Privacy, Freedom from globalist control and the Other reason why Bitcoin is number 1 is, Bitcoin drives all the crypto coins with it. A change in BTC impacts the Altcoins. None of the other crypto coins has this capability and seems like there won't be any. This is one of the reason why Bitcoin is number one.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more risky? Bitcoin or bank investment? on: June 07, 2018, 03:04:07 AM
I didn't know that the banks would suggest me do investment. Probably the banks from your country do that but here it doesn't. Even if it does, maybe I don't know about it. Well, if you don't have any control of your money then certainly that's not a good way to make investment. In that sense, Bitcoin is good. But you need to consider the time frame here. In bank investment, after a certain time we will see the result of your investment whether if it's a loss or profit. But in Bitcoin, time will change the result of your investment. Someday it's profit, someday it's a loss. But this doesn't suppose to happen in bank investment. That's more like a one time deal.

39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin to be over $5000 in 2018? on: June 05, 2018, 05:56:44 PM
Litecoin was more than what it is now. It was at least double than what it is now. It's good to hope for the best but I don't think it would be a good idea to set your hope that much high. Whatever you were researching, sadly you are wrong. I'm not the only one who says it, but a lot of us believes that LTC can't go that much far in 6-7 months.
40  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you have an expectation of bitcoin recovery from fallen? on: June 05, 2018, 05:45:15 PM
I don't consider this as FALL anymore. That was a sudden raise and Bitcoin recovered from it. That is what happened in crypto world. I think the price of the bitcoin will raise again and I would not call it a recovery.
