61  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC back at 20K. Imagine who sold at 17.7K. on: June 25, 2022, 02:20:51 PM
Some people never learn. This is not the end of the world. BTC has the capacity to grow like 50% in 1 week so people should learn that every drama is temporarily in the crypto world. Poor naysayers. Poor Peter Schiff. Such unhappy people. All the gold still doesn't make them happy. Cheers to you all happy Bitcoiners Cool
That’s how weak hands manage their investments and resort into panic selling when everything in the market is down and bearish. With this repeating history in the market, pity are those who still take the wrong decisions and lose in the market eventually. Although the current scenario is quite bad and embrassing, but knowing everything is not bound to last long, then that’s enough for me not to panic and just buy and hold instead.

And that's how diamond hands are made off, they don't usually sell but just hold on their bitcoin even if it means that they are going to lose some fiat value. And now as we repeat history in the market, it bounce nice and above $20,000 again. Just like the last time when the market was really in a blood shed during the Covid-19 scare. We went as low as $3,000 and everyone sells and just afraid for a collapse of the market but then we went all time high at $69,000.
Weak hands are usually new traders looking for short-term profit. I bet most people who sell at $17k range were the same ones who bought when it was over $20k beforehand, thought they could make a profit when it goes higher than $20k and that was the lowest point Bitcoin could get. But when Bitcoin dropped furthermore, along with FUD news, they rather cut loss instead of keep holding.
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is BTC transaction so slow on: June 25, 2022, 01:55:00 PM
It's slow, yes but it gets the job done. There is a good reason why if you want fast, you wouldn't use Bitcoin but other coins instead. This suit well with Bitcoin too since it can opt to be more secure.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance signs Cristiano Ronaldo for exclusive partnership to push NFTs on: June 24, 2022, 07:02:33 PM
Not a good move, Binance. If Binance can afford that kind of money paying a renowned figure who doesn't have anything to do with crypto, shill NFTs which also didn't really popular among crypto community. Then they're really desperate and want the money from people who know nothing about NTF at all. This is a recipe for disasters in the future.
64  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Every "Bitcoin is Dead Headline" is a Buying Opportunity on: June 24, 2022, 06:31:00 PM
CZ is CZ, he also has his narratives on the market aligned with his exchange. So you shouldn't listen to him 100% all time or take it as a fact. I've seen plenty of "Bitcoin is dead" headlines since the drop of Bitcoin price from $60k to $20k so they weren't wrong in trying to say the market is in the downturn, the global recession is incoming, your crypto will fall into line with stock.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB or ETH ? on: June 20, 2022, 06:37:31 PM
Nothing can stay over top of the other in the crypto market forever. Right now, some might agree that ETH is better than BNB with the upcoming PoS. While some might reason that BNB can have a stronger price increase over time compared to ETH. I say you buy both of them and depend on your goal of long term, short term split % of them accordingly.
66  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Kucoin vs FTX...which one do you recommend? on: June 20, 2022, 05:42:20 PM
FTX is for future trading with a large amount of money. Kucoin is for trading any altcoins that aren't listed on Binance. The future trading on Kucoin is really bad, the indicator and function so confusing, not to mention the market volume is so little as well.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where should I invest money? on: June 20, 2022, 04:46:26 PM
We've seen what happens to projects that pay high interest rates on stablecoins, and it's affected others like the domino effect. There is a serious FUD in the market right now so these projects are unreliable, you will probably lose money. It is necessary to stay away from projects that promise high income and interest, they can make temporary money when there is hype in the market, but now is not the time.
High income and interest were usually called HYIP back in MMO days. Basically, they're like a gamble where you can lose your money. Today, those new schemes to get people money in by paying back in crypto which sometimes can lose its value in a bink of the night, LUNA case. So people should invest carefully and understand that even as they're paying in crypto, it doesn't mean you're safe or low risk.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Notice that while BTC & ETH fall, Doge is Stable on: June 19, 2022, 07:50:29 PM
Read thru people's posts, about the Doge chart and price, I think the majority Doge's circulating supply is in the hand of a few holders. This might be the reason behind its ability to hold prices against BTC's trend. Whale sure does like his Doge and doesn't want to part away from it.
69  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC "broke" the support level of 20k USD on: June 19, 2022, 07:26:43 PM
Just keep buying!

No matter what .. you will never lost if you didnt leave , so just buy another bitcoin  and stay! Down to $15k like everyone else predicted? It shouldnt be a problem , your 1 bitcoin worth $15k , $10k or $5k ... it would remain 1 bitcoin and the world will see that fact soon , not now but it would do.
Put your seatbelt and enjoy the tough roads!
Do you mean the wild ride with Mr.Bones? No thanks, I rather keep my bag intact and be ready when I need to jump in to buy the dip. If I have $10k and bought in when BTC at $10k, I only have 1 BTC but if I stood out and bought at $5k, I got 2 BTC. See your match?

Quick tip: you can DCA-ing (for long term holdings) while at the same time shorting the markets for profit(if you know what you're doing). You don't always need to be 100% long or 100% short.
This is what I'm doing right now. DCA gives you a better chance to mitigate the risk in case it goes lower than [insert what price range you think was the floor].
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is alternative cryptocurrency meeting up to it expectations on: June 19, 2022, 06:55:49 PM
It was never meet my expectations since I'm not naive to trust all the promises of cryptocurrencies that they were the future. I stay with cryptocurrency because it can bring me profit, and bring it fast if I know what thing to do. That it, no bought in by empty promises and expectations like many in this thread.
71  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC "broke" the support level of 20k USD on: June 18, 2022, 07:01:44 PM
Bitcoin is currently trading at $ 19.1k after falling 8% in the past hour,
You know this is the ATH price of the 2017 bull cycle and the first time in history that bitcoin prices go back to the old ATH.

The market is entering its toughest period since 2017 when all coins were divided many times their ATH levels.
This is the moment when we decide to leave the market or our last chance to buy bitcoins cheaply. Perhaps this is the last time we can see bitcoin's price below $ 20k.
We will need to see what happens during the next hours and days, the 20k level was very important and now it has been broken, if the bears are able to keep the price below that level for some time they may succeed in scaring even more people into selling their coins and we could see an even bigger drop, not that I am complaining, since I love the fact that once again I can get myself some cheap bitcoin, even if I do not expect the current price to last for long.
It wasn't if anymore, it is now. You have to realize 20k level is very important for BTC and for years BTC try to cross it. After the ATH, now it falls back below that point, it signals something more worrisome and the whole market can see that. No, it wasn't if anymore, everyone right now has the same thinking: it will go lower and past that range. The market will react to that and pull out even more and chance to drop down below 15k.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LANUNA.FINANCE | Best rebase & auto-staking | HIGHEST FIXED APY 1,822,684% on: June 18, 2022, 06:31:02 PM
The price of Lanuna dropped quite low. It's understandable when the market was in the bear run but if Lanuna team could work faster on the progress of the P2P app, it would weather out and have some resistance to the downtrend.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why I won't be buying top altcoins in this bear market on: June 18, 2022, 05:59:59 PM
Of the top altcoins, only Ethereum has been able to maintain its position. Rest do not able to maintain its position. They are constantly changing positions among themselves. So today you bought a top altcoin, 2/3 years later it may not be top altcoin. It is not advisable to buy any coin during the current bear market. In the same way, buying any coin during bull market is profitable most of the times.
Because Ethereum was at second behind Bitcoin for years. Doubt any coin could flip and replace ETH under any circumstance of the crypto market. When the whole market goes down, top or bottom doesn't matter, they will go down along with it. What matter is that top coins have a strong community and more holders, they can't turn to zero easily. For bottom coins, they have none of that so they can crash down to near zero and never recover.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tron (TRX) Discussion on: June 17, 2022, 05:48:53 PM
Have you guys ever wondered if TRX has strong link to China investors or/and China's market since the background of TRX and Justin Sun? So from that viewpoint, would TRX's price more likely to go down in the future since China is more hell-bent on its zero covid, aim to reunification with Taiwan -> Split between China and Western countries, more blockable and trade war. More chance China going back to isolation economic, hurt the number of Chinese TRX holders -> They are more likely to sell TRX to recoup the money?

77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you actually using/buying NFT's, and Gaming Tokens? on: October 27, 2021, 04:03:48 PM
I'm actually eyeing anything related to CSGO NFTs since I think the CSGO esports scene and with many talented players in the league, any NFTs with CSGO as the main theme would be a big hit. If baseball can have player's rare cards and be considered as collective then why not for CSGO's pro players? There was news about Flashpoint, a CSGO event organizer want to implement this but I don't see any product coming soon.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 💎[ANN] Graphene [GFN] 100,000+ TPS💎Sharding • CASPER • Golang • eWASM • dAPPs on: October 26, 2021, 04:34:31 PM

When that happens I expect the price to skyrocket so far the price is getting better in the market, if you missed Solana, don't miss Graphene right now there are debates on the remaining airdrops some members want it on one go, and some members with intervals some even request to stop the airdrop, which is not possible because it's part of the roadmap and the Phore holders are the first members who believe in this project

We'll wait for the update of the remaining airdrop, I believe they will have voting on this. Interval or in one go it has to be completed.
I think the most sensible option for the remaining airdrops is just release it with some intervals: 50% now and 1 month later, another 50%. This can at least satisfy both sides about the concern that airdrops may affect Graphene's price as well as stay true to the roadmap's promises. Everyone is happy and the team can move on, focus on more pressing matters.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptogames - who has heard of them? on: October 21, 2021, 08:21:42 PM

You know, there's a lot of crypto games nowadays. If you are talking about crypto games which is gambling, better to avoid such game because that is high risk and and if you are not lucky you will lose everything including with your capital investment. There are also different crypto games that you can download to play and earn but it takes a lot of time and effort before you can accumulate and cash out.
You shouldn't treat crypto with gambling elements like that. They're just like when you going to the casino and gamble with your fiat money. All is demand and supply and high risk is the mainstay of gambling.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's pay attention to BNB? on: October 21, 2021, 07:58:27 PM
I think BNB will achieved its first target $500 end of OCT and next $600 end of this year.
I believe the positive transition to BNB value prior to bitcoin's major rally was partly rooted in the announcement of $1 billion to fuel the growth of the BSC ecosystem.  As CZ has been public about the effectiveness of this allows defi to continue its momentum towards its goal of 1 billion users.  I very much hope this will pull BNB out of its inherent “restriction”.
The Q4 token burn mechanism is also an incentive for BNB to have a new ATH this year.

As I was commenting in an earlier post,,, as long as BSC continues development and keeps making sure it gives what people want, then yes, it can grow, but it will never reach the security or dev superiority of ETH. This is a longterm problem but can be solved if it works smart and moves away from marketing and into serious development.
That's okay for BNB. I don't think people really invest in BNB and believe that it could overthrow ETH anyhow. ETH now has become BTC tier. Yes, many projects will try to follow its step but will never be able to cross it.
