201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTOCURRENCIES INVESTMENT on: July 31, 2019, 07:33:24 AM
Remove XRP and XMR, keep BTC and ETH but don't go all 100% but reduce to around 60%.
BNB token is good to hodl as well as to reduce fees when trading on Binance. Chainlink is another good token as well.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stake vs Fixed bounty allocation on: July 29, 2019, 01:37:55 PM
With stake allocation you can get more tokens based on the stake and how many participants join the bounty but that's that, the reason why I choose fixed allocation over stake is because right from the start you've know how much tokens you will get and the fact is merely looking or comparing bounties from one to another fixed bounty allocation performs better, they pays most times and no single participants is left out, what do you guys say about this?
I choose stake allocation, coin that doesn't have a market price yet look more attractive to me than a fixed allocation coin or token.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BTXC][PoS]BETTEX project on: July 29, 2019, 01:35:43 PM
Does BETTEX project have any plan to use BETTEX token in e-sport betting and especially, CS:GO betting?
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IMAGECOIN PRIVACY SEND AND SHARE IMAGES IN BLOCKCHAIN[IMG] on: July 28, 2019, 12:02:05 PM
Hi, do you have an office where anyone can come? Are you open to your investors?
I think that only large projects that have long been on the market and have gained some success, only they know how to do such activities.
Right, ImageCoin is a small team. I don't think they have an office yet. Even if they have, I rather have an event meet-up than going to tour their office.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are airdrops safe? on: July 28, 2019, 11:57:10 AM
The way they usually work is they give you some string and you sign it to prove you own the address.

Could a malicious air drop make a transaction sending all your BTC to them, and then you sign it, and then they broadcast it to the network?
Or is signing a message different than signing a transaction?
I wouldn't join an airdrop that requires me to signing a message. Not all airdrop requires that thing anyway so for the most of time, airdrops are safe.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Old Bounty Project Or A New Bounty Project? on: July 26, 2019, 02:07:19 PM
You prefer to follow the old bounty project (token already on the exchange) or new bounty project (token in development)
what are your views with them?
Both have cons and pros:
Old bounty project has a long-standing community. This making more fish in the water and less chance you got a good bounty reward (less in term of value, require more,...)
New bounty project is young and unmatured so more chance for you but at the same time, more risky compare to old bounty project since maybe the next day, your reward would be nothing.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📌 [ANN] Netbox.Global starts Browser with Pay-to-surf model, Masternodes & PoS on: July 23, 2019, 05:20:31 PM
Does Netbox Web Browser safe to use? Kinda hard to convince us to use a browser just because of airdrop reward in it.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaigns COMPARATIVE SPREADSHEETS Here! Find the Best Bounties! on: July 23, 2019, 05:17:02 PM
Any plans to do something similar with airdrops? Would be really useful as well! I can volunteer and give tips lol, here's the first one: Lumi Wallet is giving away free EOS accounts (normally, you have to pay to make a new one)
https://blog.lumiwallet.com/create-eos-account-for-free/

No, Jeremy! My opinion is that airdrops are a serious waste of time if you have a professional attitude towards crypto marketing. The administrative burden of entertaining dozens of tokens will waste you so much time, that airdrops will be as profitable as faucets. It is not a scalable activity for mass action, unless you live in a 4th world country.
Totally wrong if you think airdrops only be as profitable as faucets. Did you know a few more year before Bitcoin hit big, those faucets that you think non-profitable give away the amount that is very good scale with today Bitcoin price? Like ten bucks or one hundred bucks a day if you have time to piggy from faucet to different faucet. And there was a faucet that gives more with task work.
I think some airdrops with luck can help you earn that kind of mad money. Anyone here remembers the eBTC?
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔴[ANN][IEO] TeleCoin - annonymous p2p cryptocurrency [LIVE NOW]🔴 on: July 23, 2019, 05:07:36 PM

I hope they made the right choice, a lot depends on it.

The first time I hear about the stock exchange LATOKEN, is she good? What are the daily trading volumes?

Never hear or use LATOKEN too. Can we have a good reputation exchange, something more well-know to IEO this token?
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Beware of ieo exchanges on: July 23, 2019, 05:02:31 PM
The good thing is you only need to find one exchange that doesn't do that and get your tokens or coins through them. I still think it is much better then normal ICO. An ICO doesn't nerssarily mean it is a scam since legit places will still use it. You are right to warn us though, we need to be vigilant with the new coming IEO.
Same here. I think some of IEO exchange out there need to be more transparent with every transaction to get a good reputation first before allowing to offers that service.
Which mean all come down to find a good third party exchange. ICO won't fly in this kind of age where are too many ICO scams.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coins – GRAM, LIBRA, LAW (Ubikiri) on: July 23, 2019, 04:52:13 PM
Libra is a stable coin backing by Facebook so I don't think they will go far since the US won't allow that kind of thing.
GRAM is from Telegram but rarely get a mention so very small number of people to know about it.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MAG] MAGNET - X11 FULL POS + Masternodes + Merchant Tools / magnetwork.io on: July 23, 2019, 12:25:31 PM
@ idev

Do you know, what is going to happen with MAG accounts on cryptopia?
Do we ever see any chance to get them back...?
Quite a lot MAG-holders moved their assets to Cryptopia for the SWAP...and now all is gone?

NGWM
I think the chance of MAG and holders get back all their assets at Cryptopia is... quite slim. I don't know why but feel all Cryptopia do about get your token back is empty talk to stalk time but good luck to holders of MAG anyway.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would you sell an altcoin right at the very bottom on: July 23, 2019, 12:15:46 PM
Can't say for others but form my own experience. There was one time I need to pay the rent.
So I have to sort out all of my altcoins I hold and find a coin that has the least chance to have a good price at later.
Even though it was at the bottom price point when I selling but I have to do it.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Spreading the joy of winning, one jackpot prize at a time! What is MITOSHI on: July 23, 2019, 12:10:47 PM
Mitoshi tokensales end in few hours: https://exmarkets.com/launchpad/mtsh-btc
It’s going for a low price and at a 25% discount on every purchase you make. It’s not going to be that low ever again. I think I’m going to buy more.
Damn, I'm too late. Look nice enough so I thought about drop a few to buy but guess the door is close to me.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Online Wallet - Site Disappears on: July 23, 2019, 11:57:27 AM
If you store coins in online wallets and if the site disappears in a sudden one day, you will lose everything.
Are you scared?
When you want to store online wallet, You have know what kind wallet there, private key and seed it can be use for any wallet, like MEW, when you have private key it can be use for any kind like metamask, cryptostore. it shouldn't scare when your private key can use any kind of wallet when online wallet your stored dissapear.
Very good answer. It not about the online wallet is unsafe at all. You can have many layers of protection to make your online wallet safe and hard to fishing, hack,...
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO] Vexanium - Decentralized Marketing Ecosystem on: July 23, 2019, 11:52:53 AM
Its quite fascinating to realize the community in Indonesia and abroad is very strong in supporting the project.

which one? here?

i only see a bunch of newbies bumping up this thread. not sure about their telegram but this thread is definitely a mess from my point of view. maybe they don't think much about this one and focus on telegram instead. i've seen various ads on telegram about vex.

Why people at Bitcointalk, always divide people. Newbies or not, what's the difference???
Mistrust at newbie because of the alts acc abuse for bounty, spam, bump,... The usual stuff.

Yes, you may be right about Bitcointalk, but you should look on Telegram instead.
He's right because not many Vexanium users active in Bitcointalk expect newbie spam posts to increase their activity or maybe some just lurk like me. Telegram or Discord is more convenient to keep update and hence why only at there, you will see an active community.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra has competitive advantages over Bitcoin. We let this happen. on: July 22, 2019, 01:00:22 PM
Facebook really step up their game on every kind of platform. I already seen many streamer opt to stream on Facebook instead Twitch or Youtube. They have the stars donate that very convenient and with Libra back up behind, no doubt from video contents makers to streamers of Twitch and Youtube will have to make a choice to stay or jump.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB Finally On KuCoin!! on: July 22, 2019, 12:42:10 PM
Yeah, weird to see BNB coin on KuCoin exchange. Still, Binance need to keep a close watch of BNB on KuCoin in case of any manipulate or foul play may happen.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Binance Coin a good choice to HOLD? on: July 22, 2019, 12:31:06 PM
Tho I like BNB and BNB did very good so far. I don't think holding a coin tie to exchange is a good choice.
Binance is a great exchange but we don't know how it will fare in the future and so is BNB.
