41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is HitBTC the best exchange for trading APIs? on: December 04, 2019, 08:33:53 AM
Hi Everyone!

I hope we're all having a great week. I just published an article about HitBTC. I would love to get the opinion of other HitBTC users to see what they think about the exchange.

You can find the review here:

https://blog.shrimpy.io/blog/hitbtc-exchange-review

What does everyone think? How would you rate HitBTC on a scale of 1 to 5?

Looking forward to chatting with everyone!
I would rate HitBTC on point 1. Although it has never appeared in major FUD articles, I feel it is one of the worst exchanges. It does not support junk coins to buy or sell in odd numbers. That's why I lost over $ 8 at HitBTC because I couldn't sell the remaining tokens. I think this is a poor exchange and we cannot trust exchanges like this. At some point, they will also scam traders like IDAX.
42  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm a full-time crypto trader. Here're my recent trades & answers to questions on: December 03, 2019, 02:57:33 PM

The price on a large scale remains in a long-term bearish channel since the beginning of the summer.
It seems to continue fluctuating inside it. I'm rather bearish , even regarding short-term bullish impulses. till the upper border breakout.
Positive as you just analyze based on trendlines and some knowledge of support and resistance. But it seems that is still not enough for us to determine a good entry point, right?
So, are you currently using any other indicators? I often see many super traders often use Fibonacci and RSI, MA, MACD. If your graphs have these indicators, we will be easier to identify the next trend of bitcoin in the short term, how do you feel?
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing does not have to wait long on: December 02, 2019, 05:58:32 AM
what are your goals by investing? yes I think everyone wants to benefit from investment and trade. given the market situation is not yet fully stable, I'm sure you can still benefit from them.
I mean investing does not have to wait long, you can sell it at any time, when you see your coins above the initial capital price.

if you don't do that, you will starve!
not necessarily. If investing and holding long make you starve, then surely you are the worst capital administrator. Because no one is investing in the long-term and using their family's daily expenses to invest. then our mentality will be very bad and always in a state of anxiety.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to zero? This guy is dreaming! on: December 02, 2019, 05:45:36 AM
He is undoubtedly one of the anti-crypto guys. It seems that he was unable to make a lot of money in this market so he seemed angry and wanted to compensate for the crypto market crash. but he does not know that this is a market of manipulation and when the price is too low, there will certainly be some force to push prices up. When ETH fell to the edge of $ 78, the shark immediately rushed in and pushed its price to over $ 320 after 4 months. That's why I think Ethereum will forever be immortal. Grin
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors are getting smarter but why not developers???? on: December 02, 2019, 05:34:44 AM
investors are invading some exchanges why not developers? i know listing fee can be huge but few exchanges are just scam practitioners, developers should take their time to check out scam accusation thread on this forum and see how many people are been ripped off by these so called exchanges e.g idax p2pb2b among others
haha, I think you are too naive to make these comments. because only bad projects, also known as scams, they choose bad exchanges to start. We always know that listed on large exchanges must have capital, a good community and good ideas. In the case of fraudulent projects, they do not have those three criteria, so they decided to choose small exchanges to save costs as well as to fulfill their promises.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with ETHEREUM Now? on: December 01, 2019, 07:11:33 AM
I want to know the opinion of all crypto friends in this forum about Ethereum, because the price of Ethereum is currently unable to rise beyond the $ 300 figure. ethereum prices are only between $ 150 - $ 250. and this incident makes me wonder, why did this happen to Ethereum ??
This is too normal because the market will have strong growth period and there will be periods of sharp decline. That is called correction. I know that people are wondering why alts have dropped so much that the reason is that traders and investors are now focusing on bitcoin trading and obviously its price will skyrocket due to high demand. then after the downtrend ends, the alts will once again moon, maybe 2020 or 2021.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: So many altcoins on: December 01, 2019, 06:50:26 AM
In fact, the investment is also quite good and bring a lot of profits if we choose the right project. You are only talking about bad projects but there are also many successful projects such as Matic, Rune, Bittorent, ONE, ... so our problem lies in investment experience. You know, in this bustling market of manipulation, a colder head is needed than in other financial markets. Don't blame it, there are still many successful projects out there and your job is to find them.
48  Economy / Exchanges / Re: another crypto exchange hacked on: November 30, 2019, 08:42:52 AM
Major South Korean crypto currency exchange Upbit has notified users of the theft of 342,000 Ether (ETH) from It's hot wallet via a on site notice.

Upbit CEO, Lee Seok-woo has pledged to cover losses (342,000 ETH) through corporate asset and have already moved crypto assets held in its hot wallet to cold storage.

Deposits and withdrawals will take at least two weeks to resume, with Lee Seok-woo promising to inform users as soon as they reopen,

I think there is nothing secure.

Source: CoinTelegraph
Large exchanges are also often hacked, but they often give investors money back. This is the responsibility and forcing them to do so otherwise they will be sued. Besides, large exchanges often have a lot of big funds and they are always able to compensate. so we should still be trading at large exchanges. When there is a risk, we will still be able to get our money back.
49  Economy / Economics / Re: The US & China Trade War is Nothing, Worry About Business and Bank Failures on: November 30, 2019, 08:12:16 AM
what? I don't think the failed businesses and banks are unrelated to the trade war between the US and China. You know, the constant taxation will make the business of many businesses much worse and lead to bankruptcy. Besides, banks have to adjust cash flow continuously and interest rates are always falling and many people do not want to send money to banks anymore => banks can easily go bankrupt.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Taxation on: November 30, 2019, 07:55:30 AM
I quite agree with you on the tax issue. but indeed it will be very difficult to control the government on this matter. because we make money trading, buying low and selling high in a decentralized market and there is no record that the government can check. so they won't be able to tax us in the future unless they partner with banks to control our accounts.
I just hope that in the future the government will not be too harsh on traders and the tax rate should still be maintained at 10% for income.
51  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I still get wealthy through Bitcoin? on: November 27, 2019, 12:57:45 PM
Bitcoin and the blockchain have been presented as the future for a decade now, and it turned many of those who found out about it early into millionaires.  Some rank these two as the greatest inventions of this century: cryptocurrencies, of which Bitcoin is only one, and blockchain, the record-keeping technology that underpins it. Is the prediction of bitcoin's strong future coming true within the next few years? Is it too late to have a chance in getting wealthy through Bitcoin?
Anyone can be rich through bitcoin or other top alts. The important thing is how they can get rich with it. I see many people using their bitcoins to trade for people who need to buy other bitcoins at a higher price than the market. There is also a way to get rich.
or you have a knowledge base of trading, you can participate in the fields of trading such as margin trading, future contacts, ... it can completely help you be rich if you make efforts.
52  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where you take inspiration when you tired from trading? on: November 27, 2019, 12:50:27 PM
Where you take inspiration when you tired from trading?
i hard to say when you sometimes tired from trading or have stress from ico or lose part of deposit. What you do to relax refresh youself and get inspiration for new trade. How much time you need to refresh youself for new hight.
I've been through that awful time. It was all over my limit and I was tired of watching the market go down in 2018. This is crazy and I seem to want to give up. But then I realized that I needed to rise and continue to develop myself. then soon, books about legendary traders appeared on Google and I read more and more, which gave me more motivation to strive. This is also considered a powerful trap of psychology.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO investors are more excited on exchanges than product developments? on: November 26, 2019, 07:50:44 AM
You are telling the real situation of the crypto market now. because all ICO projects are now scams and just want to get as much investor money as possible. after that, they only spent one-tenth of their money to list the exchanges and then they didn't continue to grow their business. because they have no motivation and no investors control them.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long term hodl ! What a joke on: November 26, 2019, 07:41:36 AM
Why do you refuse to face the reality of the present state of the crypto market? I always laugh when I see people still talking about long term hodl when the reality is staring us in the face. Don't be a fool, only the smart are leading the race in the crypto sphere of today. Why do you decide to hodl when you know that the price may dump? Why not sell at the peak and then you can buy back at the bottom. The race is not to the fool but to the wise. Selling at the peak and buying back at bottom is wisdom but holding at the peak expecting a magic spike is foolishness. Bull run is not here yet, do not expect a magic spike. When the bull run is here, you don't need a prophet to tell you that. Be smart.
Yes, hopefully this will be communicated to new people as soon as possible. Many people believe in the enticements of scammers and spend all their money to buy shitcoins and hold in the long run. I myself have encountered similar cases and lost over $ 20k for bullshit whitepaper and roadmap. Besides, for the crypto market, nothing is real. All is manipulation and money laundering, long-term hold only dead road.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrency market continues to blood shed on: November 25, 2019, 04:03:18 AM
In the last 24 hours market has witnessed the superiority of the Bitcoin trading volume over the entire market capitalization of Ethereum. the volume of Bitcoin achieves $ 20 billion while ETH fell to $ 18 billion. Interestingly it was amid decreasing the value of BTC ‘s $ 8000 to $ 7500 marking a fall of 5%.

However, no reason so far justified this, The wind has turned to the reverse, due to the sudden drop encryption and this has put a great amount of pressure on Bitcoin as well.

On the other hand, other cryptocurrencies gather even more severe fate. ETH recently seemed to rise above BTC but the rapid reduction in supply, despite the addition of points to him, pulled him down on more than bitcoins.

The freefall trap has not only reached the world of encryption but all other assets like gold. The reason is not yet resolved.

Source: TheCoinRepublic
The reason is simple because bitcoin has risen from $ 3k3 to $ 14k over a long period of time and this is where sharks sold bitcoins. If you look at the weekly chart, you will see a great growth and now it is decreasing, just like the Dow theory. so this is the cause of the crowd psychology. We need to wait for more market movements to make a more accurate judgment.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top Crypto for 2020 on: November 24, 2019, 02:19:43 AM
Well!! Did you know? 2019 is coming to an end, the cryptocurrency market is booming really well in the crypto space, as day by day the crypto is performing really well in the crypto space.

Several crypto experts predict that bitcoin will go up in the upcoming years and other cryptos like ripple, litecoin, ethereum and one of the top crypto for 2020 to invest.

What's your take on top crypto for 2020?

I will definitely buy more BNB and ETH. It is understandable that the transaction volume is large and they are doing very well. Binance is undoubtedly one of the largest exchanges and they make lots of money to buy coins and burn it. It will make my portfolio grow stronger than ever. When the bull run comes, I think these 2 coins will grow very strong.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any clue why whales are pumping shit coins at DEX? on: November 24, 2019, 02:01:15 AM
As you know , if you are trading at Dex you could easily see x100 pumps . After that pump, price down to usual point. So what is that meaning?  If any whale wants to collect the tokens, there are many better ways to collect them more cheaper. Any clue ? is that money laundring?
You were right. it's just the act of money laundering that whales don't want anyone to discover. As you often see shitcoins are always pumped over 1000% or even higher but the buy order is still at the bottom price. it's a sign that the whales are gathered there to manipulate the value of the coin and the main purpose is money laundering.
58  Economy / Economics / Re: New bill would make Facebook’s cryptocurrency a security under the law on: November 23, 2019, 09:19:27 AM
Congress want to ban libra in any way
Well, obviously. When you have something disruptive to your monetary industry which offers control over other people, analogous to a religion, you would want to remove it as quickly as possible.

It's clear.
I think they do the right thing. Congress has its own reasons because a large enterprise like Libra that operates in a decentralized market is likely to cause major problems for the US economy and its neighbors. In the United States, they always control businesses very closely and Libra is really out of control of a normal business. so I have no idea unless Facebook is going to publish the internal balance sheet regularly for the SEC.
59  Economy / Economics / Re: How to prevent fraud? on: November 23, 2019, 09:04:34 AM
I guess fraudulent is not preventable but you can minimize being a victim if you will be very vigilant in your actions towards your investments. Doing more research before engaging to something which includes money will reduce the chances of being a victim of fraudulence.
Yes, we really should search Google for ways to avoid investing in these types of scam projects. There are lots of bloggers at google who make quality posts on analyzing ICO projects at hot times (2017) and it's really helpful. I have read it over and over 100 times to help me be more careful in investing. You can search in the link below, it will be more complete.

60  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Smart hodling vs just hodling on: November 22, 2019, 12:24:49 PM
I think you have misunderstood the definition of speculation and investment. The investment is for investors who want to hold in the long term and do not want to sell to buy back at a low level.
As for speculation, that's how you're applying and it's completely different. Sometimes your strategy may not completely produce as much profit as an investment because you don't hold long enough like them. Everyone has their own strategy and nobody is smarter than anyone.
