this is my own opinion but it may help others.
I have found that all the ICOs i have invested in have launched at almost the ICO price but in a few days dipped below the ICO prices by half or 5X for some.
With this i have discovered its better not to invest in an ICO but wait for the launch and the DIP to buy it at the corrected prices made by market forces.
Its just too hard to tell the real or recommended value of a token in an ICO these days.

exactly, the ICO of 2018 looks not as good as last year. This is a sign of the decline of the ICO. I am really worried about ICO projects in the future because there are so many fraudulent and poor quality projects. Awesome, I will now finally get some cheap Ethereum like I have always wanted. Seems like you are overall bearish on the whole market though, not just Ethereum at the moment. I do not think that's going to happen. Forbidding ads on the crypto market would be a problem for Google. Because the profits of Google when advertising for cryptocurrency is quite large. We should only see bitcoin as a business purpose. You have an ATM card and you can pay in any service. Or you can transfer from bitcoin to cash to pay. There are many ways to pay and we should not complicate that. |

Up to now, this year is very bad for crypto investors. Everybody hopes a uptrend soon. But no one can say when it happen exactly. Some people say in april, it will start and go to peak in june and decline in august again. Some says gradual increase will happen from april to year end. Some people already converted all coins to usdt and hope further decline may be to 5k -6k. Very difficult to guess. But bitcoin will not dead. We can say it without any doubt.
What do you think about this? Will we see the downtrend continuously?
will be very fast. Recovery period is 2 weeks. That is what I learned when doing the trading. The price of all the altcoins will never go down forever. All is just deceit from the altcoins and they always make us nervous and sell out all the coins. So we have to calm down and hold the property and wait for the market to recover. |

Bitcoin price drop is simply because of the law of supply and demand. If a bad news was released, many people want to get rid of the coins they have due to panic. Sometimes fud after fud comes out so all the more people lets go of their kept coins thus further lowering the value of bitcoin. So if more people sell, more bitcoins are available for sale. This lowers the demand for bitcoin resulting to decrease of its value. So to counter that, instead of selling our coins out of panic, we must buy more coins to leverage the amount of sold coins. We must do this together so that any fud or bad news won't affect the price of bitcoin. The price of bitcoin is in our hands. Let's help each other.

I'm not sure what your opinion, I think the cost of bitcoin is controlled by whales in the crypto market. They have the power to decide all in the crypto market.
