1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess personal wallets are a thing of the past now. on: August 16, 2021, 01:34:53 PM
This outcome is expected, this is what makes most altcoins dangerous for long term hold without looking back, they can change from a Chain to another, they can swap smart contract, they can do lots of other things and if you aren't following you will lose out, it's always good to stay active
I appreciate both coins with proper blockchain and wallet clients and coins that using already existing blockchains and ecosystems. But the main point is as long as you have the wallet.dat file, your coin stays with you forever without any daily checking or mishaps that need to swap and such. While the same can't be said for coins that utilize token ecosystems.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does bounty still kind of worth on 2020? on: September 03, 2020, 08:45:51 PM
We all know that we can get free bucks on these "bounties" since a long time ago. But today, is it still worth it hence there are so many cryptocurrencies like millions of them I i'm correct.
I wonder for you guys who always participate in bounties, I really want to know your portfolio's.

Pls no shitpost here for your signature campaign thing so people know your real opinion.
The truth is that bounties have become like lotteries or something like a lucky draw where if you are lucky you can earn good rewards while mostly you will end up with small rewards or totally no rewards and scams in worst case scenarios.
No, the lottery requires solely on luck while bounty only needs partial of luck. You need to learn the partem to chose good bounties with good rewards when it come to end. Yes, it is still worthy of doing bounties in 2020 as long as you learned to join in good bounties. If you replied on luck alone when choosing bounties then, of course, rewards will be hit and miss like the lottery.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT TYPE OF CRYPTO INVESTOR ARE YOU? on: August 23, 2020, 11:43:21 PM
I'm more likely as a crypto enthusiast. There is still a lot of things I don't understand about crypto and too scary cat to venture out of my comfort zone that just doing a few bounties and airdrops here and there, have a few bad in holding but not very significant in term of price.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always consider and be a wise investor! on: August 23, 2020, 09:22:39 PM
Being wiser is not enough since there are many factors when it comes to cryptocurrencies. Although I do agree if you have a good mindset from a wise investor, you will fare much better compared to without it.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi coins have turn the market into confusion on: August 23, 2020, 09:20:20 PM
It's becoming scaring to me the rate at which Defi projects are trending, I am very skeptical about investing in Defi projects now because scammers will surely take advantage of it. I just hope people can stick to solid projects that are credible instead of investing in anything called Defi.
Yeah, I also feel oddly scared for how some DeFi project suddenly took the top spot on CMC while many altcoin took years and not even come close to it. I feel a strong sense of denying and couldn't believe it. Pretty much in confusion now and don't know what I should do.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS on: August 23, 2020, 04:24:19 PM
You had a very nice idea tho I don't think any project wants to do that unless there is strong pressure from everyone, not just bounty hunters alone. Why paying a fee to conduct bounty aka escrow as long as no one can force them to do that?
Yes, creating a bounty and escrow is something that you don't have to force if the project doesn't need it, but if that is done then there will be a good effect for the project itself, because on a real foundation they will be really strong in the future. if the project can be successful in a timely manner.

Some of the legit projects already have similar things like that. They hold bounty with a high reputation bounty manager and pay all the fees, funds to him just like it was in escrow. In the end, it's really up to each project if they want to do a serious business or not.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thought about New projects? on: August 23, 2020, 03:42:56 PM
Crypto market is a very competitive scene with many new projects try to establish themselves over many old projects that already have a strong foundation and base. Of course, the market will demand more and more so most new projects will fail, abandoned, and never surface again. Only a few able to survive this process and you should get use to it.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sometimes late bounties can still pay rewards on: August 17, 2020, 01:37:39 PM
How many projects hold on the promise and pay eventually after years in limbo, tho? You must have known that only a few legit projects fulfill their promise while the rest don't. Should you treat every late bounty like that? Waiting for years and stay in their telegram channel? No, don't clinch on an empty promise.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: August 06, 2020, 06:03:48 PM
In all games I've played so far you do need to invest money to generate at least some type of profits and usually you have to invest a significant amount of money to really receive enough rewards.

The only one I've seen so far that was worth investing in the early days is ChainzArena. Their native token, SOUL went from 0.08 EOS to 0.24 and daily users are also a relative big amount.

Yeah, a lot of blockchain game revolves around p2w model of normal MMO when you hit/invest to a certain threshold, your investment finally has return profit. Since that turn of me most so I don't play any blockchain game but from your suggestion, maybe I should give that game a try. Thank you.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DONT MARRY YOUR ALTCOIN BAGS on: August 02, 2020, 07:11:24 PM
I never let my altcoin bad holding more than 50% of my portfolio. Only Bitcoin and ETH or strong altcoin in top 10 holding more than 50% of my bad. When marking the uptrend of the downtrend, only top coin will survive and not the low tier altcoin that people holding it like they're married to it.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties managed by team themselves on: August 01, 2020, 04:56:08 PM
I saw so many newbies make mistakes like this, participate in a bounty project without asking who's the bounty manager. They don't know what a bounty manager from the team could do and though every bounties are the same with management. Only when all things crash down hard that they realize it.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are buying when the price is going up and not when it is down on: August 01, 2020, 04:48:03 PM
There's an old saying "Buy when the market is green and sell when the market is red".
It's arguably one of the better strategy as your money won't remain stale. When you see a bullish trend, you  buy the first moment you can and when you thin it's turning into a bear, you sell. Short term investors earned a good profit in last 1 month as compared to holders that are holding for last 2 years. Different people have different strategy when it comes into trading but the essence is to increase your profit while limiting your loss.

I think you nail it perfectly about why people doing it. Not just because of FOMO alone but there are short term traders make an investment like this by 'surfing the wave' as I call. If they are too greedy and refusing to sell when there is a sign of bearish, their loss.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SIMPLE ADVICE TO ALL NEW TRADERS on: July 31, 2020, 06:20:31 PM
I studied trading and during the first year, I was not allowed to use a balance of more than $ 100. I entered trades for very small amounts just to practice discipline. in the second year, I was allowed to trade for 1000 dollars
No matter how much money you use to trade, as long as you can learn more about trading, you can make a profit, so your funds will become bigger. When your funds become bigger, you can trade using big money, and if that happens, you will have a chance to make more profit in trading. Many people start trading with a small amount, and many do not give up trying to make a profit. But only some of them can survive and finally, make those profit while the other trader leaves the market.
Many people with a small fund never actually made their funds become big because of leverage trading. Too impatient with a small fund = putting at very high leverage and easily lost all of their funds. You need to be slow and steady when it comes to leverage or better yet, don't do it at all and stay with spot trading, buy low sell high.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waste to crypto? on: July 31, 2020, 06:16:34 PM
Give us full information regarding this, so that we can understand it very well. If this project is really good then many will patronize it. It's difficult to trust a token easily,we need to study all about this project to know if it become successfull in the future or not.
Yes, that's right, information about the project is very important to be known by everyone so that we can all learn how the prospect of the project going forward, just to find out whether the project was successful or not will also not be easy for everyone, because it still depends on the performance of each project team.

There is no more information. This an idea that I got and it's just a simple combination of these two technologies that I mentioned. I don't know of any existing implementations or projects.
So I thought there is such nice crypto that actually helps to improve the environment. I think you should edit your first post to stop the confusion asking for information about that project or should I say 'concept' project.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fill your bag with caution on: July 30, 2020, 05:44:28 PM
The cryptocurrency industry is full of shitty projects and most of them are only interested in deceiving the investing public and cashing out. One thing I've learnt the hard way is never to join a project when it's fast rising. You never can tell when it would drop and may never go up. My take on investing is to only invest in a project I'm certain would be relevant in years to come.
Yeah, when I seeing people invest in a project that has climbed over 2x or more, I really wonder if they take in the calculation over when the rally would stop and fall down.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you sure crypto is the future currency? on: July 23, 2020, 07:01:01 PM
If you look at how any digital e-pay currency work today, you will found how much it has in the similar with cryptocurrency. Clearly, both going toward the future and there no doubt about cryptocurrency.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The return of ICOs on: July 19, 2020, 07:46:21 PM
Guys, do you think that ICOs could make a come back? I do and here is why. Every year dozens of companies raise money in Silicon Valley for startups, many pre revenue. Also, with the economy injured from nCov19, it would make sense to allow for new economies. This would include letting new startups in Blockchain raise money, and imo if they are well vetted, and trusted by the community, they should be allowed to raise money. What do you think?
I read your post again but still don't see why ICO ever comeback as a way to raise money in crypto when right now, IEO work better that it. If they have all the advance well-vetted and trusted by the community then maybe but IEO still a preference for many of us now.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers favorite tools on: July 18, 2020, 10:02:06 AM
Their creativity to make new ways to scam people will always improved. Those scammers knows how to ride which hype they should enter so they can take advantage of those newbies seeking to gain more profit from your money. Just remember that too good to be true giveaway will always associated with scam. There are no free money easily. You should be able to recognize that after you been scammed.

I notice that scammers do not bring anything new to the market. They repeat the same schemes without coming up with anything new, only the investors who are newbies in cryptocurrency change. Only newbies can believe that you can earn 100% in 24 hours.
If they have any kind of creativity, I doubt they would use it for trying to scam people. Scammers are the laziest person you could find out there so most of their tricks are also very repetitive. When you see some new project keeps pop up one after another without any creativity, pretty sure scammers project are in it too.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins can be frozen on the ETH blockchain on: July 18, 2020, 09:58:26 AM
Good, it's one of the best ways to get rid of criminals in crypto space, we've had enough really, very soon Fiat will be more safer for criminals than crypto, I'm sure that address had something to do with illegal activities or money fraud
You should check the news, criminals love to use fiat in their illegal activity more than crypto. This kind of action to crack down on assets involve in illegal activity is just a child play for both police and criminal.
