121  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: March 06, 2018, 04:26:24 PM
It's like a bank account. You know that a lot of your users, have it to convert btc to cash. So without card, how can we do it ?
"The next is on the way" ; But who, when ? Give some real infos

You can withdraw anytime. I don't think the admin have any control over the card issuer. They will issue new cards when they want and they don't have to tell when.
122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lightening Network, does anyone actually think it will work? on: March 06, 2018, 04:22:28 PM
Can't keep your funds in cold storage, which creates a real security risk.
Wallet must be open to receive the funds. May not be a channel open for the transaction to reach your wallet.
Anyone coming with that argument using exchanges as wallet, not running a full-node and having cold storage is a huge hypocrite. That's like 99.99% of people.
Those are just some, but probably the biggest concern is that if you are using your wallet as a node/hub for the funds to hop through then there is a good chance that you could be seen to be involved in the transfer of money and depending on the jurisdiction you reside in, may be subject to anti-money laundering laws that require you to KYC the people sending and receiving the funds or even worse comply with anti terrorism laws.
Same as above.

You really think everyone is going to run a full node just so they can use lightening network & secure there funds, your dreaming. The simplest route is the most successful and there is nothing simple about that at all. The whole concept is to make it easy, cheap and fast to send BTC and so that those 99.99% of people you refer to, can use it . Your delusional!

WTF you're talking about ? I'm telling you that you cannot criticize LN if you're already using exchanges as wallet.

Lightning network is not on the original Bitcoin whitepaper. This is not Bitcoin. We have seen a lot of forks. They didn't succeed enough to beat the original Bitcoin. There are reasons why Satoshi set the parameters  on the whitepaper.

WTF ?

BTW LN is both working on test-net and main-net already.

Comme on dit : "any news is good news".

LOL 60 BTC une arme ? Gros scam !
124  Local / Altcoins (Français) / Re: USDT on: March 06, 2018, 04:09:13 PM

125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of Increasingly Sophisticated Malware Infection Attempts on: March 06, 2018, 02:48:33 PM
I was thinking if there is way to automatic delete any Malware link post on this forum so that we may not even get to open the link.

You can't detect if an URL is malicious or not.
Either all URL are ban or people are very careful.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XMR] monero.crypto-pool.fr | Large Monero Mining Pool on: March 06, 2018, 02:45:28 PM
not sure why you lumped my request in with this other unrelated one.   I am looking to disrupt a hacker who has placed a mine  bot on my webserver.  looking at the current hash rate i would say they are also running it on many others aswell.
what if anything do you want from me evidence wise ?  i have sent a direct email as well.   looking at this pools info it seems like a no/low support type, that probably is going to do nothing ?

Sorry I misunderstood the first time I read.
Yes it's a botminer but he's already mining on other pool as well. Disrupting him would require all existing pool to track and block all his IPs at the same time. Also he's probably using many XMR addresses to hide.
I'm not sure what the admin could do at this point. If you sent him an email, he'll have a look at it.

hi
i just found a mine bot on my webserver,  with wallet   41ruyFu2ZgUUMFZZVsMmWQYLL9ivjuQiLe9chPGeeSw4Fp8aaDqRtbYTAnRMv8kyQHUovDDgZ1Fo3ZZ WDkUwKiDo8qun3M7
what details do you want from me ?

@superresistant Hello, I've sent an email to mine@crypto-pool.fr regarding combining balances and withdrawal of the remaining balance of 0,27164 xmr. Could you please have a look at it? I am wiling to pay additional fee for the withdrawal.
I would be really thankful for any help. Thank you so much.

I finally reached the admin. He often change his phone number and email so it's hard to reach him. He's a shadow.
The email mine@crypto-pool.fr still works so you can send him request.

Please provide :
1 - Your actual XMR mining address
2 - The XMR balance
3 - The new XMR address if you need to change (optional)
4 - If you are ready to pay a bit of fees for the transaction

It can take up to 3 weeks to get the job done depending on his workload.
Sorry for the delay.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XMR] monero.crypto-pool.fr | Large Monero Mining Pool on: March 05, 2018, 02:35:04 PM
Hi, I'm something new in this.
I have a wallet address in coinpayments, this page is considered exchange? Is it necessary to use paimentID to deposit in my wallet? Saludos!

I never heard about coinpayments. Please be careful with online wallet, there are a lot of fake website.

Hello. I mistakenly mined at the XMR Exchange wallet (At the current difficulty, I do not know when I will reach a balance in 2 XMR). Can you transfer my balance to my personal XMR wallet?

I am sorry but the admin is too busy to deal with support.

Please do not mine if you don't have a decent mining rig, cheap electricity and a lot of patience.
134  Local / Hors-sujet / Re: Comptes suspendus... TWITTER abuse on: March 05, 2018, 12:50:37 PM

https://www.toytowngermany.com/forum/topic/360579-number-26-closes-my-account-without-giving-me-a-reason/

European smartphone-only bank Number26 has finally provided an explanation for its decision to cancel hundreds of customer accounts last week: users were making too many ATM withdrawals.
