Dwolla is a possible major competitor. Fast and very low fee ($0.25). Based on US dollars so more stable.

Sometimes in a pinch people want to buy and sell BTC through paypal.
RULE #1 do not mention it in the transaction. Just make it a service for computer software help

I would like to buy about 10 btc right now from a hero member on here. Respond here first... I guest safest is to do it 1 by one or divide it up with people you don't know. Post your want need here, then post confirmed /reliable / or problems / scammed.
Obviously I would only start with proven forum members.
I am also a seller. Right now I don't have access to my BTC and need some. I will be selling later.
That doesnt help to prevent chargeback. Personal experience. |

I think best would be to put staggered bids and asks. So you dont commit too much to either ask or bid & close out trades for small margins. In that way you benefit from swings in both directions Also, may be you can hold some % (lets say 50%) and put the rest on the above. P.S. Thats what I am doing |

I have refused to buy it and so it has risen over $6. As long as I refuse to buy it and have no coins, it will keep rising.
But if I buy it, it will start dropping.
Please do the opposite then... (for your sake) Or wait to buy (for other's sake ) |

We aren't quite ready for a rally yet, there will be heavy resistance @6 but it will probably overshoot. In fact I'm betting on it I expect it to break $8 |

The market is trading in small range for quite sometime now. High:4.93 - Low: 4.75001 == ~0.18$ Looking at past history, there is a big movement coming, may be up or down, but there should be movement coming. P.S. Down movement has higher probability than rally  (though would be more happy with rally than down movement) |
