1  Economy / Auctions / Re: [AUCTION] Coin #8 | RAVENBIT Physical Bitcoin | {ends May 1 @ 11pm EST} on: May 06, 2014, 09:27:25 PM
TF also explicitly claimed on coinlenders that he had significant personal assets to back it in case of failure.

Where are money from April 850k batch? Its millions ... Maybe Friedcat is waiting for China banning Bitfountain's bank accounts so he can tell : "Sorry guys, no dividends, *they stole our money*, we must retain profits of all gen3 to cover our loss, see you next year."  I saw that before in Bitcoinland, after past year nothing is able to surprise me anymore Tongue
I doubt it. Friedcat and ASICMINER is legit, business does not go well all the time.

hey buddy, still owe me btc...wow...just wow.

WTF! Why the hell would he come back?! He still owes me      a ton of BTC from coinlenders. I hope law enforcement is catching up with him.

How about giving me 100 of those ~600 AM shares you own and calling it even, TF?

5  Economy / Digital goods / [WTS] asicminersales.com Domain - .05 BTC OBO on: April 03, 2014, 01:15:21 AM
Hello,

I own asicminersales.com and am looking to sell it. I purchased it with the plans of setting up a website for selling ASIC miners, but I have not had time to develop it into anything. I am looking to sell it for .05 BTC OBO.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!
6  Economy / Digital goods / Re: SELLING: Automatic BTC-E Arbitrage Trader - .3 BTC! on: December 26, 2013, 05:21:45 PM
Price has been lowered to .3 BTC! Also, a new version has been uploaded that improves the download speed of BTC-E's order book!

Please remember, TF also has 599 AsicMiner shares registered with his 1GLadosEkeAsLReqS3yQ51E1R3wVtbJCDF address.

1.19598736 / 0.00199664 (latest div) = 599

8  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: CoinLenders Lawsuit on: November 30, 2013, 07:05:50 PM
Is this lawsuit actually still happening?  I read several pages ago in the thread that Australian litigation funders aren't likely to fund this given the circumstances of what happened.  So unless someone finds another law firm willing to take it on either pro bono or contingency (which apparently Australian firms don't do), it doesn't sound the suit's going to happen unless someone wealthy decides to go ahead and fund it.

I think the general consensus was that we needed a criminal charges to go through before a civil suit.

If TF (gladoscc) really spent $30,000 on eRepublic, there should be a huge paper trail to follow and find him.

what is this?

Its something I found when looking for gladoscc accounts. It claims in an interview with a player named gladoscc, he admitted spending $30,000 on in-game things for eRepublic.

Edit: search for gladoscc, there's about a paragraph on him. Thw article is about people who overspend on free to play games.

Whats the possibility of figuring out which address is his that holds all the AsicMiner stock that was supposed to be owned as collateral for the balances in CL?  We could get a better representation of his wealth by looking at how much AM he owns.  Or did he have it all on passthroughs?  Could we contact pass through operators for this information then?

This shows he own 599 AM shares at his glados address.

Edit: Maybe we could talk with friedcat about paying his divs into a fund that gets distributed among CL victims.

I'm interested.
13  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: COINLENDERS - REMAINING DEPOSITORS on: November 22, 2013, 09:03:21 PM
I think we would all settle for our initial investment back. Unfortuantely, he's offering less than 20% as a settlement, which doesn't make sense because he won't show a balance sheet and is making people agree to some legalese before sending them any of THEIR money back. He's obviously scared of the lawsuits and must have some assets to lose or is afraid of a jail sentence.

Notice how he has also quit posting and responding to email... I wonder if he's retained a lawer already.
14  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: COINLENDERS - REMAINING DEPOSITORS on: November 21, 2013, 03:02:23 PM
116/122 after interest

I have not settled.
15  Economy / Lending / Re: CoinLenders Script :: Bitcoin Bank (Borrow+Deposit) Software :: Demo Available on: November 21, 2013, 03:32:25 AM
Ask yourself...how many people would want to go from being in power and control of people's money, to having more money yourself that's stolen, and losing power and security becuase you're being tracked down by people for your theft.

I'll try a guess.
99.7% ?

I seriously doubt it. My guess would be 5-10% of which TF is a part of. I would much rather run a profitable company than a ridiculously profitable scam which could end me up in prison for the rest of my life.
16  Economy / Lending / Re: CoinLenders Script :: Bitcoin Bank (Borrow+Deposit) Software :: Demo Available on: November 21, 2013, 03:27:16 AM
Can we perhaps nominate someone to liaise directly with TF on our behalf?

The reason I ask is because I'm refraining from emailing at the moment as I realise that TF is probably flooded and the last thing any of us need is to cause him to have a nervous breakdown - therefore, I'm sort of backing off a little bit to avoid adding to the trauma. HOWEVER - if I keep a low profile and then find out that I'm not due anything back because I didn't make enough noise quickly enough, I will not be particularly happy.

Therefore, can't we just have one elected guy in constant communication with TF, who we know will act in a trustworthy and even-handed way so as to productively work with TF rather than spooking him with threats of legal action? It really seems that we might get more down towards a full resolution that way, particularly as TF won't be spending a chunk of his time answering the same question over and over again in the multitude of emails he's no doubt being bombarded with....

I would make sure to email him and get some kind of a response.  He's not dealing with anyone who isn't contacting him.  Not that it will get you any money back.  He told me I get nothing back (which I'm not accepting as the final answer).

He's not dealing with people who do contact him. I've sent him probably 5 E-mails and still have not gotten a response. However, he's probably not responding because I won't settle for less than a large majority of my principal unless he can prove he is defaulting/insolvent. If he truly defaulted he should have to go through bankruptcy proceedings or be charged with fraud and theft.

I feel this is obliviously a scam because he will not disclose the BTC he expecting to receive from outstanding loans and investments, while only settling with people who contact him based on a USD valuation.

If I hadn't been screwed over by TF I'd be buying right now  Undecided

Same. :-(
18  Economy / Digital goods / Re: SELLING: Automatic BTC-E Arbitrage Trader - .5 BTC! on: November 20, 2013, 09:40:11 PM
Due to the recent rise in BTC prices, I am lowering the cost to .5 BTC!

Have anyone from the US started talking to a lawyer?

Please PM me.

I've started looking. I've filed fraud complains with both the US and Australian governments have have been collecting as much data on TF as possible.
20  Economy / Lending / Re: CoinLenders Script :: Bitcoin Bank (Borrow+Deposit) Software :: Demo Available on: November 19, 2013, 08:39:43 PM
Until TF proves otherwise, we should assume he has assets to pay us all back 100% of our BTC and anything less is theft. The burden of proof should be on him as legal proceedings and investigations move forward. He's in a lot more trouble than being incompetent, securities and banking fraud is very serious.
