402  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: January 30, 2018, 11:30:05 AM
Motivate individuals rather than the team. Aligned incentives are the only true way to ensure everyone on a team is working toward a common goal.

It's very easy.
Just start to learn technical analysis, then psychology of the crowd. Then 7P - practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice.
And after 5 years you can predict price movement.
I need  3 years more...
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Cash beat BTC? on: December 15, 2017, 07:54:18 AM
So we see that something like a real fight between Bitcoin and Bitcoin cash has started. While BTC fell and go on falling, Bitcoin Cash has shown a fantastic growth!
Does it mean that there is a possibility altcoin will be the winner?
It's never happen. Bcash can't bit Bitcoin. Majority from community don't let it happen. It's only one true bitcoin everything else just shit fork coin.

There is no such thing as minimum amount to start trading you can start from $50-100. You need to learn and probably you lose your first deposit,  a lot of traders learn from their own mistake.  Start learn TA and try to analysis price change.

What do you do after you suffer a huge loss?
If you have more money would you again take the risk and invest or would you just stop trading and try to earn in some other way?
First you need to rest and clear your mind. And then analysis why you lose,  learn from your lose. Don't give up.

415  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you have any idea why the WORLD has so many religions and beliefs? on: December 06, 2017, 08:11:14 PM
I think it's very hard question... Maybe people just need to believe in something, it's easy than just take responsibility for their lives.
416  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people are unhappy? on: December 06, 2017, 08:01:07 PM
Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?
I think the main reason why the people unhappy is when our expectation doesn't match reality. When you have the huge gap between what you expected and how thing really works most people just become unhappy.
417  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the next crypto coin that will shake the world? on: December 06, 2017, 07:56:10 PM
I also agree on Ethereum, that's why I still hodl my ETH and never sell a single unit. Ethereum's infrastructure is much much better than bitcoin and practical in payment gateway.
Ethereum has huge potential, I think it will hit $1000 by the end of 2018.
418  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Does ages really matter in relationships? on: December 06, 2017, 07:54:24 PM
Age signifies so much more than just a number: it can reflect your maturity, your stage in life, and your experience.  At the same time, age can be deceptive.Does  it matter if men date younger women? If so, how much of an age gap is an acceptable one?
I think it's doesn't matter at all. As long as you feel good together, age doesn't matter.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Selling 5*D3 from Europe on: December 06, 2017, 07:39:51 PM
Hey,

I think it's my first thread here and I am not sure if it's in the right section or  I am allowed to sell anything here.

So if I am breaking the rules please let me know.

I just received my 5*D3 which I ordered from Alibaba and Bitmain and overpaid a lot and paid 20% tax on them. I would like to sell them each for around 1200$ if anybody wants. All are new in boxes, have  proof of shipping and how much I paid for them etc.

I can drop the price a little for a real  buyer.

Maybe somebody believes they are still worth something.
It will be hard  to sell them on such price... I just checked  rewards and  it's so poor due to high difficult https://whattomine.com/coins/34-dash-x11?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=15000.0&p=1200.0&fee=1.0&cost=0.1&hcost=1200.0&commit=Calculate
