Motivation is the power of a person who can produce the level of perseverance and enthusiasm in doing activities both from within and from outside the individual. A person's motivation can be influenced by biological, intellectual, social and emotional factors.

Sometimes there are many obstacles and difficulties in one's life that make him lose motivation. In the face of such problems, one must be sensitive to what might happen.

The way to motivate someone to work is to:

1. Set an example of yourself. While we have a good quality of professionalism.

2. Communicate privately. Because caring makes a person motivated.

3. Provide support when getting a job.

4. Do not stop trying, because the world is still very wide to live.

By undergoing this motivational way, one can rediscover the passion for work, to achieve what makes the goal achieved.

The motivation to achieve what our ultimate goal is to appreciate everything that is gained. Both small money revenues and large revenues. With gratitude and appreciation of all struggles we will achieve what our ultimate goal is to succeed

Try to work first. Anything you do, when you get the first fruits of your work - that is the best motivation to do more!  Smiley

To motivate a person to work: Tell people exactly what you want them to do. Limit the amount of time or effort that you're asking for. Share in the sacrifice. Appeal to their emotions. Give people multiple reasons for doing what you want them to do. Be the change you want to inspire. Give reward for every job well done.

1. Getting a monthly salary

The first motivation is to get a monthly salary. No matter you as a civil servant, permanent employee, or contract employee, monthly income is the one thing you are looking for.
It's true that every job we do will earn a monthly salary, but to motivate him to be more enthusiastic and more active we should appreciate what he does. and give a bonus for his hard work.

The best motivation is the reward awaiting them at the end. You know, that cake in the game Portal. Cheesy
You need to give them something to think of while they're working. That new car they'll buy and drive, the trip they'll be able to make. If all your job is giving you is the money to pay the bills you'll slowly fall into depression.

To make someone work harder in his work, a person should always look forward into his goal in order to achieve and take the step by step process to achieve the success they all wanted in their life.

What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.

Motivating a person to work is really hard to do especially if that person does not have the courage/ initiative to work hard but as an individual if you want to help a person you have to  lose the judgment and focus on influencing based on the other person’s perspective. Remember that everyone is willing to work hard for things that truly matters on them.

To motivate a person to work is by giving them a proper wage, give acknowledgement in every successful things they do. By praising your employee you will give them the couragement to do better with their job.

Motivate individuals rather than the team. Aligned incentives are the only true way to ensure everyone on a team is working toward a common goal.

Find out what your people’s goals, values, aspirations and futures are all about. This can be an overlooked detail, yet it is valuable for fostering a group of loyal and motivated people. If we want to motivate others toward a greater initiative or sense of accountability, then reach out to each person in the way he or she best understands. Learn each individual’s preferences and personality styles, and communicate accordingly.

Money is the answer. People can do everything for money, most of people can't love their work for a small salary and do their job responsibly

Everyone in the team must be interested in the result. This can be a personal gain, for example, money, diplomas, better working conditions. This motivates me.

You can motivate differently, you can just think about the goal of which you will achieve, or simply about something good, most likely.

Challenge them. People aren’t inspired by doing the ordinary or by meeting expectations. They’re inspired by the exertion, creativity, and sacrifice needed to exceed what they themselves thought possible.

Motivation and inspiration are not the sole province of professional speakers and preachers. They’re tools leaders use all the time – in one-on-one conversations, in meetings and in formal presentations – to bring out the best in their people. It’s just a matter of knowing the right time and the right situation.

When there’s an immediate, short-term and specific goal that you want your people to achieve, you need to motivate them. When you want to shape people’s identity and their long-term aspirations and commitments, you need to inspire them.

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, the French aviator and author of “The Little Prince”, wrote, “If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.” Sometimes you need to do both. You need to enlist and organize people to do a specific task-to build a ship according to specs, on time and on budget-and sometimes you need to activate people’s desires and stand aside. Who knows, you may be surprised by what they do.
