the main problem that it's to many ICO  now, but good news if you find good one its can make x2-x10 profit. So how to find good one?
Now there are lot of ICO rating and benchmark site so you always can find good one

Tether is backed by USD. India isn't banning Crypto. The SEC is adopting a favorable but investor protecting approach to ICOs. South Korea finance minister confirmed  they are adopting a warm  approach to Crypto. Robin Hood brings 1m new users to Crypto. Those are the headlines..

IMO, NEO can reach $1000 easily this year but its hard for Ethereum to reach $10k till 2020.

What do you suggest?
It's clearly better to buy more cheap coin instead of only 2 ETH. NEO and ETH  its 2 very similar project so NEO can easy hit 1000$
