1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost 80% of my bitcoins in alts, What can I do now?! on: November 14, 2018, 04:44:36 AM
For me there is no reason for selling If I am not getting any profit of it. It would be mich better to hold and wait rather than selling just to cut my loss. If you believe in what you are holding then things will be fine. I mean everyone is losing right now with how bad the market is. All we can do is wait and see things before making any decisions.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to exchange your altcoins for dollars or btc? on: November 14, 2018, 01:24:16 AM
For me it all depends on what my needs is. If I were to cash out all my altcoins, I think it is much better for my altcoins to be exchange in dollars than bitcoin specially when I am planning to cash out and not investing. Bitcoin value changes a lot and for me dollar is the better option for its value doesn't move that much.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunter's Problem on: November 13, 2018, 05:20:55 AM
Personally I have participated in many scam projects and it really sucks specially when you worked hard and spend a lot of time on it only to find out that you get nothing in the end. In cases like that there is really nothing you can do but to move on and be careful next time. For me it is a part of my bounty hunting career and makes a good lesson.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much time do you spend on bounty campaigns? on: November 13, 2018, 01:05:14 AM
I spend approximately around 2 to 3 hours per day doing bounty campaigns. I know it is not a lot but I only participate in bounty campaigns I truly believe in and not the number of bounty campaigns you join. It is like quality over quantity. No matter how many bounties you participate if it is not good you will end up losing time in the end.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet hacking is it possible? on: November 12, 2018, 04:35:00 AM
For me anything can be hacked if you are not careful with your passwords and keys. That is why it is very important to learn how to cautious specially with your passwords and keys. Hackers always find ways to hacked people specially those who are not cautious. Try storing your keys on personal hard drives or usb sticks.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't bite more than you can chew on: November 11, 2018, 08:10:31 AM
I believe you are correct, one must never be greedy for you might just lose it all. For me I follow a simple rule which is to only buy what I can afford to lose. I only invest my extra money and never my savings for if I fail with my investment, I still have money left. I am too afraid to take the risk and I like to play on the safe lane.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge for Newbie on: November 11, 2018, 04:27:09 AM
My suggestion for newbies has always been the same and that is to learn first or have an entire idea what cryptocurrency is. The most common mistake every newbie makes is they directly invest without having a basic idea of what cryptocurrency is. Reading is one of your best weapon to avoid stupid mistakes and loss of money. Always keep yourself informed not only for the newbies even for those who are not new here.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most profitable bounty tasks on: November 11, 2018, 12:32:58 AM
For me I pick bitcointalk signature campaign. It is easy and simple and it doesn't require much time to do as well. I also feel like I am not working at all. I can also help other people with my post and other opinions while I am working on the other hand. Also most often the signature campaigns has the biggest allocations in bounties which is good.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does making investment right now is still safe? on: November 10, 2018, 04:24:49 AM
For me it depends on what your goal and plans are. If you want long term investment it is still safe and quite profitable. You can also try short term investment. Keep in mind that when investing wether if its cryptocurrency or any other form of investments risk will always be involved. There is no such thing as safe investment, that is why you must only invest on what you can afford to lose.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters are not beggars on: November 10, 2018, 01:16:30 AM
Yes you are correct, I believe in what you are fighting for. We bounty hunters should also be treated with respect just like all their investors. I hate the fact that bounty hunters are the one who always gets the blame when an ico loses its value. They will say that we dump our earning which in reality our earnings are only a fraction compared to what they owned. We worked hard just like them promoting their ico and yet we get only a fraction.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why regular people are afraid to invest in Crypto on: November 09, 2018, 06:04:00 AM
The most common reason why many people don't want to or are afraid to invest in cryptocurrency is the lack of knowledge. They have little to no know idea what cryptocurrency and what it can offer to the people. There are a lot of fake news and rumors about cryptocurrency that is circulating around that scares people and potential investors.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake ico and bounty on: November 08, 2018, 08:28:21 AM
Scam ico has started to look different now which makes it hard to detect. A lot of scam icos now have a very good managements and team but when the ico ends they just vanished out of nowhere. Your greatest weapon against scam icos is still knowledge and always do your research before participating on icos.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Video call for KYC verification on: November 07, 2018, 04:56:38 AM
You have a good idea but that would be time consuming and a lot of work for them. Imagine if they have many participants and investors do you think they will have enough time to accommodate all their participants. I think the traditional way of kyc is already good enough and is a little more efficient than your idea.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My thoughts on bounty rewards on: November 06, 2018, 02:21:58 AM
I don't think that bounty hunters dumping tokens after it got listed is the main reason for its price to decline. We bounty hunters only get a small fraction of tokens compared to the investors and the team. Bounty hunters are always be the ones who is blamed if everything went wrong about the project. They show no love to us who actually worked hard the same way as them. Plus they can't dictate us on what to do with our rewards.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does panicking made you feel ease? Or depressed? on: November 05, 2018, 01:29:42 AM
Panicking is not good and you must never panic. Panicking only leads you to poor decisions that you will regret in the end. When you panic you can't think things very well resulting in to making rash decisions. Of the coins I am holding starts to dumped I will observe things first before making any decisions.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There are too many ICO, why? on: November 04, 2018, 01:10:05 AM
When something becomes so popular it is bound that others will exploit that popularity and hoping to gain some for themselves. Icos have become so popular in 2018 and everyday we see new ico launching, some are good and some are just average and will die soon. Now it is so hard to find a good ico.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think this year will be bad year for ICOS? on: November 03, 2018, 04:37:49 AM
Icos number risen pretty high this year. A lot of new icos pop out everyday and  most of those dies quickly. None has the answer or can actually tell the exact fate of icos this year. For sure if the market continues to decline then we can expect that 2018 is a bad year for icos. Personally I do hope the market shows good signs of going up.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacking kills the cryptocurrency market on: November 03, 2018, 02:07:03 AM
Hacking has always been there ever since the beginning of the internet. A lot of people get hacked because they are not careful with there stuffs. Not being hacked is all about how well you keep yourself safe. If you are not careful with your private keys and you just go into different sites without taking any precautions then you will be bound to get hacked.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto like a fulltime job on: November 02, 2018, 04:01:18 PM
Well with the market declining cryptocurrency is not just how it used to be anymore. Before I earned more with cryptocurrency than my regular job but now it seems it has become quite difficult. Yes cryptocurrency can become a full time job but for me I would rather consider it to be a side job or a source of extra income.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can we protect ourselves from scam? on: November 02, 2018, 11:56:15 AM
The best way to protect ourselves from scammers is to keep our self well informed and be vigilant. If we notice scams we must share it with others as well to help them not fall for scammers. Some people easily fall for scammers because they are too greedy. We must always read and acquire new informations to keep ourselves updated with the latest.
