Panic very seriously puts pressure on a person’s subconscious, because today many projects are still very much starting to create scam projects from which people already have a fit of rabies, today it has become normal.

Obviously, there are lot of rumours like cryptocurrency is going to die, going to end etc. When such type of scenarios come in it makes a person like will I lose all my money? Such things need to be avoided as it makes unsecure for a person.

That's not the appropriate question, there's no ease from panicking maybe after that attack but during you fright moments it is so depressing to think and you can't make decisions clearly and right, the real question is that are you still panicking from certain events? it greatly affects your judgments within the market price flow and its news, you can't think of a bigger picture towards your current trade, one of the formidable enemy of trading.

When there are instances that when the coin you hold has turned to dumped hard, are you biting that move to panic sell all your coins? Do you feel ease that you sell all your coin when the dump starts? Or feel depressed when you dump your coins and turns out it almost x2 the usual price.

Panic forces every person to make bad calls. Bad calls cause major losses, so there is nothing good in panicing as for me, but you may think different.

I think that it is not just not worth selling coins for any value that is less than you bought, as the market is cyclical and prices will return after some time back.

A strategy which has worked very well for me is to just buy coins I like and hold and don't watch the markets. I have held a huge portfolio through this year and still don't care as I see the long-term potential

Panic will never give you positive results on your holdings.
Panic is the worst feeling to ever have in this community.
Make sure to study first the potentials and the market before doing any decision.,

I think the best way to not panic is just to stop following the market for a while) And I try to use this advice)

I usually set stop losses for trading coins and if I am looking for a long-term hodl of some coins then I usually don't panic sell rather if it goes down I average down my price by buying the dips.

During the initial days, I used to get pissed on myself for missing out on gains  Cheesy but over the time becoming more patient and trying to keeping my emotions away while trading.

When I hold the coin and it keeps going down I feel the need to sell and at first it makes me feel at ease, but the more time goes by the more I start thinking about buying back some of it.
If you feel the need to sell my advice to you is: sell just a bit to feel the weight of fiat money in your pocket or see the numbers on your bank account. You will feel safer and be able to keep holding without getting depressed. The market always turns.

There is no argument about it, whenever one panic sells, it is like the market has been manipulated in the favour of some. Which also means one has fallen into their trap. The worst part of it is seeing the coin mooning. Then you feel you have fallen into the trap set by the so-called whales.
That is why whenever i want to sell a coin, i always have projection and it is always hard for me to change it.

Everyone will feel that, believe me. Maybe who feel ease when seel all their coins on dumped scheme who already take profit from that and hold profit from it. That is why panic is not a good thing in trading activity.

Never make investments decision in the emotions. If we can't make the emotionless decisions than crypto just make our loss more and more. Many times it's good to sell even in loss but in panic sell make much loss  Angry

actually it depends on what happened after that, the moment that happened after panic. if we panic then the price goes down, we are relieved that we have saved assets at a better price. If prices go up again, it can also frustrate me. I've experienced this when the last time the price of Ethereum fell

I try to master my emotions and not to do hasty actions, which I can regret later. I don't panic because I know what coins have perspective and don't worry when they go down. I'll just wait.

Of course I feel bad when I sell coins at a loss, but I try to do everything right. So in most cases I don't panic because I am confident in my investments.

Of course, I feel depressed because I understand that I sell my coins at very low prices.

I will easily sell my coins if I understand that I will not earn them anymore or it will be more profitable for me to sell them now

Panicking is not good and you must never panic. Panicking only leads you to poor decisions that you will regret in the end. When you panic you can't think things very well resulting in to making rash decisions. Of the coins I am holding starts to dumped I will observe things first before making any decisions.

So thats why better research and see the market condition before deciding something. And if you already take a decision dont feel the depressed cause we are not God. We dont know if that coin will going up or going down next time. So dont need to think a lot about it.
