There has been a issue with the withdrawals. Somehow the transaction our mastercore broadcasted were not included in any blocks.
We found its related to the current malleability attack on bitcoin since most of our withdrawals have been changed in transaction id
Due to the intensive manual process we need to make, and the fact that we only have a couple hours a day available to work on this, we expect to solve this within a couple of days
Also, to be safe in this case we have to be sure the input tx are all spend and make a lot of manual work, so it will take a bit of time

Hes delaying bitcoin withdrawals for a few months now, there is no reason for bitcoin to take 3-5 days to be sent especially when the exchange has lost it's volume and there's really low activity, if he's unable to work faster than a bank then he'll better just shut down the exchange instead of making people nervous about their moneyz. |

Well this price sucks.
When it went to the exchange, I waited for a while to see which price it would be before I decided to send fct to the exchange or not. But then after waiting for like 20 minutes, no one sent fct there. So I decided to send fct to the exchange. I was the literally the first person to make fct sell orders on the exchange. I sold about 1 btc worth at 0.004 and 0.6 btc worth at 0.008.
Then a bunch of other people came rushing in to sell and they drove the price down to crap.
I feel disappointed.
Just gonna forget about this coin. I don't want to waste time following it anymore.
It's not another useless altcoin project. but what ever.. goodbye. |

MasterXchange is very fishy lately, withdrawals are being delayed for 3-5 days as if he waits for others to deposit.. hes killing the exchange.. Please elaborate on how many factoids are in circulation , how many are planned to be in the end , how will the rest be released ?
As I've seen there was a private sale of unknown amount and unknown funding, a public sale of 4.4m for 2.2Kbtc , another 1.1m$ equity sale.

Exchanges that get requests from the community (some of them have even their request coin section) are more inclined to add a new coin, so please do submit requests to add Factoids to your favourite exchanges.
In the meantime the team will also reach out to some of the exchanges to request support for Factoids.
We hear you and act upon feedback. We can't guarantee we'll be on an exchange soon but we will try our best.
Why is everyone so eager for exchanges? Preparing to dump? If you believe in factom, patience is no problem. The more good news that stacks up before release into the wild, the better. After a few large companies implement or even experiment with factom recordkeeping, the value will be incrementally higher. KPMG and Deloitte will be buying rather than noobie cryptogamblers. Who would you rather sell your factoids to? It is only natural for a project that reached the ability to be traded to hit the exchange.. and the fact that you are seeing a few people wanting it to be traded should not bother you or others since these are only a few "small" fish.. |
