1061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can I protect my self from being hack of bitcoin on: January 17, 2018, 07:09:31 AM
Just yesterday I come across one youtuber where he says
he just wake up and saw his 50 btc was vanish from his exodus wallet  and also before that another 20 btc was vanish
he says he dont even know how this happen.

pls how can I escape this.

I think you shouldnt give out any information regarding to your account. Dont make easy passwords and obvious passwords. Be careful also on filling up forms with your infos they might get information from there. If you find the form so fishy DONT EVEN FILL IT UP. Be cautious always. Dont even fall for those too good to be true links. Always review your transactions so that you wont missed out any incoming or outgoing money in your wallet. Good luck!
1062  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this normal or has BTC slowed down? on: January 16, 2018, 05:00:49 PM
Hi newbie here, so it's been a week and prices have been going up and down a little bit at a relatively same rate and not really making any drastic changes. Is this normally how btc price behaves and I'm just a wee bit impatient? Was it just the holidays that caused prices to soar in the last month?

yes of course bitcoin is very volatile. We cant never tell if the price is going up or down. Were just being so impatient to the point that were going to sell what we have because were on the panic that bitcoin might get lower. Its just because of the holiday season and more people often want to feel generous thats why theyd withdraw theyre coins that results to low price of bitcoin.
1063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: January 16, 2018, 11:16:40 AM
Bitcoin price keeps increasing. Price is x10 considering last year. Even 25k-50k-100k is predicted.

Are you adding more bitcoin by buying with cash? or you trade or invest in ICOs & altcoins in order to increase the amount you have?

or do you just hold what you have?

For me, I think it is more reliable if you utilize your coins and participate on trading. That I think was the best way to generate profit on the crypto currency world. But when it comes on choosing whats right coin to invest I think we all need to study the market. For me I used tradingview.com to serve as my marks and also to gimme suggestions when or what to buy. If youre holding altcoins that you think would be profitable soon, then I suggest that you may put a price goal. So when the market hits your desired price you can sell all your coins.
1064  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: January 16, 2018, 07:46:11 AM
Bitcoin is the future of money, or so they say.

I would like to hear your opinions on Why should people use Bitcoin?

Well for me, although bitcoin cant replace the paper money, bitcoin has many attributes like it is faster to use in transaction. People needs to use bitcoin because I think everything now needs a fast and reliable transactions. We can see that bitcoin has limits and paper money does not have limits. But, bitcoin value is rising and rising to point that no one would expect it to be. If more people know about bitcoin the value of bitcoin will sky-rocketed.

1066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: January 05, 2018, 07:00:45 PM
I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

Those who are against it bitcoin I guess is banks. And I think its natural to the banks to scared. Come to think of it, bitcoin doesnt need banks to transfer from one person to another. Theres no hassle to transfer funds unlike the old fashion bank way, you need to talk to the bank, wait for a few days before your money arrived or goes to your account. Bitcoin eliminate the slow transaction and set a new standards for it. Hurts but it is the truth. Theyre just scared. Most of them capitalist of financial banks. Smiley
1067  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: January 05, 2018, 06:20:58 PM
Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink

I think digital crypto-currencies cant replace paper money. Why? Because unlike paper money, digital crypto-currencies cant be use without an internet connection. How could you use virtual currency without internet connection it is not possible at all. Also crypto-currencies arent reproducible again unlike real money central banks could just print another batch. And we have to accept the fact that not all people are having positive insights about crypto-currencies more of them are still preferred to paid into paper money. It can be possible I think if the whole world is connected and every single person has an account or digital wallet. Smiley
1068  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: January 05, 2018, 04:30:41 PM
What is bitcoin for you? Is it a chance or a scheme to get rich? Or is it actually to keep your wealth to yourself.
What lead you into bitcoin world and what's keeping you here?

Well for me bitcoin is a major discovery for the worlds financial sector. Yeah it can make you rich as long as you know how to utilize it very well. The good thing that lead me in this crypto world is my friend told me something about earning bucks on the internet via this forum and Im really surprised coz at first I dont know if he is just making jokes then I found out that its legit. Ive learned so much about crypto world. Now aside from this forum Im also participating in trading. And believe me I just cant stop. Smiley
1069  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: January 05, 2018, 08:21:02 AM
I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

Youre right sir thats the general purpose of bitcoin. But the thing that impresses me is I can generate money out of thin air. I mean just imagine, youre getting payed by sitting on a computer and answering some questions. And the greatest attribute of bitcoin is I can buy meals and also provide for my family. I know that bitcoin gotta lot to offer and I also believe that we didnt yet unveil its full potential.
1070  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people says gold is better? on: January 04, 2018, 08:13:51 AM
Probably because they can actually see the gold unlike the bitcoin it is virtual. Hahaha. But I think if most of people really knew the story and what bitcoin could do I think they gonna change their minds and shift from gold investment into bitcoin. Those two are incomparable. As you can see its bitcoin is a essential for technological transaction. And what is the purpose of gold? People like gold because it makes jewelries out of it. Bitcoin price compare to gold price got a big distance. Bitcoin was develop for purpose and I think gold didnt have those attribute. Thats my opinion about this. Good luck mate!
1071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: January 04, 2018, 07:46:13 AM
Thats because theyre probably protecting their consumers and native businesses. One of the most fascinating attribute of bitcoin is it is non-traceable. And that also could be the reason why government tend to ban bitcoin from their country. People can buy goods using bitcoin but the government didnt catch any of those transaction to make it taxable. We all know that the all revenue of a government comes from tax, bitcoin is non-taxable also thats why they didnt earn single penny out of million of transactions around their country and I think thats disturbing for them. And last but not the least, government controls a bank. Which means if all of their constituents uses bitcoin, theres a tendency that they trusted more the bitcoin than the banks thay may results on closed banks. And the government didnt want that to happen coz we all knew most of our government people have their shares of stocks in banks. Smiley
1072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: January 04, 2018, 07:31:56 AM
Nowadays its really hard to find a good and reliable airdrop. All airdrop seems to be bogus or scam. They ask you to do this and do that and after you completed the task you didnt earn even a single satoshi or what alt coin theyre promoting. If you have an airdrop gift that would be great coz you have a chance to earn big bucks soon as they developed their project. But for me nowadays, airdrop is not reliable and I prefer trading than airdrop coz airdrop is one in a million at the moment. Thats why instead of hunting airdrops, I prefer myself spending time on trading. Smiley
1073  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: January 04, 2018, 07:27:29 AM
Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin

Well in my case, I already knew the bitcoin back then but I didnt give it much attention compare to now. For me back then bitcoin was for hackers and those web developers and luckily a friend of mine introduces me and give me the right infos about bitcoin and I find myself laughing that I was so stupid to think that way before. Pity coz if I only knew the real purpose of bitcoin before I wont waste a time and invest with it right away. Now, Im participating in trade and in this forum that I can say that gives a lot of people an idea on how to utilize in the crypto world. Thanks to my friend and also to this forum. Smiley
1074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be more profitable in the upcoming years? on: January 04, 2018, 04:31:30 AM
Bitcoin will be highly profitable soon. Why? Because eventually in the future many people will be interested in bitcoin and because of that the bitcoin demand will hit high in the market. Up to this moment bitcoin is hard to get. You will see that they need big mining rigs in order to generate good profit. It will be soon a very valuable and I think it would be a necessity to have bitcoins in the near future.
1075  Economy / Speculation / Re: what you think about bitcoin in like 5 years? on: January 03, 2018, 04:22:45 PM
Bitcoin I think in five years will dominate the internet and also the financial sector worldwide but not to the point that everyone got their own bitcoin. I think bitcoin will be more efficient and sooner we will unveil more opportunity that may results on another major discovery. Who knows. Im maybe too futuristic but I think that technology should enjoy by all of people. Thats why it needs to be recognized and allowed world wide. Coz trading probably get a lot easier. Smiley
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I buy BTC? on: January 03, 2018, 03:28:41 PM
Is buying BTC currently a good idea, or should I be going with ethereum?
Pls suggest...

It is the right time to buy sir because the bitcoin price now is low. On the other hand if you want to buy ethereum I can say that it is up to you. But if I were you, I would split my money into two. Half on bitcoin and half on ethereum and then I would suggest that you participate on trading. You can earn via holding you bitcoin by long term investment and you can also generate profit on trading it is easy to study trading strategies. Good luck buddy!
1077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: January 03, 2018, 01:32:11 PM
Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

Yes sir! Bitcoin is safe. Actually no one can steal bitcoin. Except if your careless. Coz as far as I concern most of people are prone on hacking because they dont know how to value their information. You should be aware of each and every form that youre filling up. You have to be vigilant and mindful for every info you give. Dont give out infos that needs your security or account password. If you think that somethings fishy about the form dont fill it up. Always think twice. And of course stay safe. Smiley
1078  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: January 03, 2018, 06:36:24 AM
Bitcoin is basically like a money. We exchange it for some goods like for example theres a shoe store that accepts bitcoin. It is like money. Although unlike the real money bitcoin has its limits. It is capped for 21 million only. But like gold which is precious, bitcoin is precious also because were revolutionized and striving for technology. Yes it is like money but technically it is a virtual money that technology gives us. Smiley
1079  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: January 02, 2018, 08:46:43 AM
I totally disagree sir! Bitcoin couldnt replace the banks. Although bitcoin had many attributes like decentralized and fast transactions. We cannot say that bitcoin could totally dominate the finance sector that may results of closed banks. Aside from bitcoin has a limited supply, a bitcoin wallet is also prone to hack if the holder doesnt know how to handle it unlike banks they gives us assurance that our money is safe on their hands. And I think world bank wont let it happen.
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: December 31, 2017, 12:58:39 PM
It would be your call dude. But for me its a green light to invest in btc while it is on a dump price. You can acquire btc with low price and i know soon it will recover and pump again. Its never too late sir. But if i were you i would buy btc now and wait until it will grow again. Yes you didnt profit as soon as you buy it but believe me it is a long term investment. You could earn big bucks if you buy btc now. Good luck! Happy new year!
