I been doing crypto trading for a few months now, I did the opposite I started doing stocks as well last 2 months benefits to both
you know stock market will always be there
there are so many funds and products you can invest in stocks Mutual, ETFS stocks are good for a retirement in long term
crypto is good as well
but in general if your looking to find a quick rich thing over night, probably neither will do that
all these posts of people claiming to earn millions over night, be careful but if you educate your self and take your time you can see success

Seems many schools are now offering courses in cryptocurrency?
your thoughts? too soon or good thing?
you think students should learn this or learn on own online?
pros and cons?
would it be better to learn from a creditable source? where people pay for a course and learn it properly?
has crypto been around long enough to have it as a regular course in schools or even a night course?
your thoughts? is this good positive move in the industry?

Just wondering if this technique would work. I did buy coins and have a good portfolio which I bought at dips but now market has dipped even further. so by selling off any coin now, I end up at a total loss.
however my question is there a way to gain profits , even in when slight greens.
such I am thinking this
at a moment of a green, even though value still be below what I bought a certain coin at. can I regain a loss as in make a profit as in selling out a coin at a green and buying into something else, that is low value but has faster gains?
if that makes sense?
an example I bought BTC when it was say 8000 usd. say now its at 6500 usd , just using this as example then market goes green and raises to 7000 usd I am still at a loss but is it possible to sell my BTC and then buy into a low value coin that has development lets stay Dragonchain. as I don't have dragonchain yet could I regain my total overall value in a gain by buying into an ALT coin like this and hope for the faster growth in green to regain a loss I made on BTC
just asking any of the expert traders out there?
or am I best to wait 2 years for market to fully raise up above the prices I bought my BTC original for even in my example this same scenario could work for LTC or ETH, if not BTC if that makes sense thanks

I am considering maybe less popular coins, but ones that do have a developer behind them still but only small.
more less this would be for entertainment value to as well. as sometimes old projects could have a learning aspect to them to answer How did something happen? or could be seen as the result of something else, in reason this coin is now ranked 1200th as it used to be 98? or something to that aspect? can help with new comers?

is it true ripple is in court?

Would you have interest in researching or reading or watching reviews about lessor known alt coins
such as ones ranked on coinmarketcap over the 1000 rank etc
why or why not
sure some are frauds, but always interesting to learn new things? thoughts?

it is probably a good thing considering with all the scams in crypto going on many of those scams pry on social media to show a fake business
seems not for crypto but any industry in general, the ads you get in Facebook are some what sketchy to begin with
in general with crypto is more about you going to them if you want to invest or get involved no one should be coming to you. with it
as some say the crypto industry should regulate itself
considering Zuckerberg wants to get a crypto coin later for FB this could be consider the industry regulating itself
your thoughts ? but does this make sense?

would you like to see a channel entirely devoted to crypto. like cnbc but has regularly debates etc all crypto i know cnbc talks.crypto abit.but not much your thoughts

in general overnight wealth never really happens , just in rare occurences, long term and research is key for everything and hodl.
no such thing as quick rich schemes
|
|

As if you look at trends, almost similar in last few years , if your in for the long term, like able to wait till end of year or even 2 years you will be fine.
as many of the altcoins etc, are just beginning their projects and those take time to develop and implement as well. you cant expect a full investment in something that doesn't exist yet
look at TRON, good project, and its only been a few months and their projects will take some time to develop, a year or 2 or more as what they plan to do could change tech worldwide, that is why one must be patient. as things take time. just watch those markets and don't have weak hands remember if in doubt HODL!

Figure I get everyones opinion i started in crypto back in October and been investing for the long term in many coins. and a major HODL in all of this so i have confidence even though, the market is so volatile and keeps going down. i did buy at lows but with constant dips i am not making $.
I have since diversed myself and investing in stock market for now anyways do you think crypto still worth investing in? is it possible to still earn in the long term?
why or why not?
i am thinking yes but just questioning myself as things keep dipping.
thoughts?

Again we have another dip in the market. Once again the media and the anti crypto people are saying this is it. bubble is burst.
my thoughts. reason we see the numbers drop so much is Crypto market is still new and only a minority of the world population are involved in it. if you walk down the street and ask a few people what Litecoin is, most wont know. still
which is true cause of this the numbers we see in crypto are quite small compared to the numbers of people investing in the stock market
in crypto when a small groups start to sell out like say a few thousand in bitcoin we see the numbers move quite a bit
however in a stock market situation like lets say Amazon where millions of people have invested, when a few thousand there sell out or buy, you don't really see the numbers much on the overall stat
so in general yes small numbers make a small dent in crypto market.
nothing to be scared of, just that the higher ups are trying to get the weak hands out.. anyways that is my thoughts. i could be wrong, but its a thought based on trends.
looking at past years of markets in crypto the stats are similar in same aspects
what do you all think on this?

i am looking for a practice account to do simulation or demo trading to try new techniques anyone suggest a good source please and thank you

If one is to day trade, as the numbers do make noticeable changes hour by hour, would you be making change, as in a buy or sell every hour, or would you be doing it by every few seconds?

So much speculation on this question. As beginning to end of 2017 Saw a Major Boom and increase in BTC and other Cryptos Do you see this happening again? As large growth spurt again for BTC for 2018? or at least a steady long growth that could carry into 2019 again? or do you see things staying stabilized and just small growth? maybe the day of Bitcoin millionaires are over? thoughts on this?

would day trading would also be similar to just taking a coin like ETh and buy and selling it back and forth to USD?
