Brickblock uses its in-house developed Automated Clearing Registry consisting of 15 Ethereum smart contracts — audited by Consensys Diligence last September — to register real estate shares as digital ERC-20 tokens on the blockchain. These tokens represent a share of ownership, entitling the holder to a share of rent, interest, and other benefits the underlying asset might provide. The sale, which is the first of its kind in the European Union, was available only to eligible investors, and carried a residential property in Wiesbaden, Germany, worth roughly €2 million. As I know huawei update blockchain technology. I think its very essential to update blozckchain technology. btc already demonestrate the privacy and secruty of bitcoin technology . I think the technology will more batter now.
For Huawei it is not the first time that they are working on decentralized projects. For example, in collaboration with Hyperledger, an open-source blockchain operation developed in 2015 by the Linux Foundation, Huawei has carried out a number of blockchain-related projects. Huawei also announced that they will create their own Bitcoin (BTC) wallet, which will be supplied on all new Huawei smartphones. Tencent has also participated in the blockchain world before. The tech giant has worked with various Chinese officials last June to create the China Blockchain Security Alliance. At present, more than 20 public and private institutions, including government consultancies, are affiliated. Do you think Huawei will someday have its own currency and maybe an sto/ico offering or that their technology will partner with some existing blockchain project ? .. From 2016 creating ICOs has become really popular with start-up projects around the globe. We have seen a lot of sectors take a big turn and added blockchain technology to their idea. As a result, we have witnesed a lot of ideas come to life. Now we have an interesting review of a real estate project that has set foundations on blockchain technology. The project is Slovenian based startup called Elements Estates. The project will encompass the novel ideas of cryptocurrencies and asset management through decentralized ledgers, based on blockchain technology. adoption is hard. We know blockchain is here to stay and cryptocureencies but before people embrace blockchain and implement it in to their everyday life it will take maybe 3-5 years more Great way to go. |

Thanks to the strategic use of token, the Elements Estates project will create its own eco-system managed by the platform. Every transaction on the #ELES #platform decreases the amount of #tokens in circulation (lock down period). This has a positive outcome for the token-value, since there is less supply of active tokens after every transaction. this will bring higher price of ELES token on long term so this mechanism is very good for us investors and project offcourse  Increase token value. Good good but what about if there is more than half tokens locked? And hald tokens people have in cold wallet or exchange. The price couldn't go up if there is no volume etc? |

We don't plan to go to private blockchain. But the future blockchain ecosystem will determine what will be the best also for us. But at this point we do not plan any private blockchain for Elements Estates.
We will use Ethereum blockchain for smart contracts, as it is most widely spread and working well. However, there are lots of different blockchain solutions being developed as private blockchain technology, which will be used in the future for many things, and we might use, one, or two of them, like for example for putting different reports, documents on the blockchain, which will improve transparency and efficiency, when doing due diligence on certain property.
