A NPL (Non-Performing Loan) is a loan when payments are past due by 90 days or more. The bank then must set aside more capital on the assumption that the loan will not be repaid. NPLs, are Essential to the Elements Estates project.

i don't understand this - i find elementsestates project on Reddit

i am new in that sector - i know crypto a little and trading  this will be my first ICO

so i make kyc?  buy a btc  or eth  or bnb  and then when presale will start make transaction and i get back eles tokens?

am i right or there is other way?

I presale - crowdsale - there will be  BTC, ETH and BNB. How you will calculate everything up and which date will be for price lock?

and when you will change that for fiat?




Once the funds are received, they will be immediately exchanged to fiat money that we need for real estate projects. So the real time exchange rate of a received crypto currency will be used to determine the contributed amount.

Every transaction on the #ELES #platform decreases the amount of #tokens in circulation (lock down period). This has a positive outcome for the token-value, since there is less supply of active tokens after every transaction.

this will bring higher price of ELES token on long term  so this mechanism is very good for us investors  and project offcourse

Real platform will look exactly like prototype or will you do some modifications?

For now we are following the timeline. Following the timeline, the ELES platform completion is planned in June 2019. So there will be some modifications and developments regarding the platform. And maybe another 'work in progress' version along the way.

Not yet, the Elements Estates team has a lot of years of experience in the SEE region so that will be the first focus. We can't state which countries will be next at this moment.

Well you are right - i have some informations that Deloitte is working hard on blockchain technology, products and companies

so this is good news for all crypto world

Increase token value. Good good but what about if there is more than half tokens locked? And hald tokens people have in cold wallet or exchange. The price couldn't go up if there is no volume etc?

Not yet, the Elements Estates team has a lot of years of experience in the SEE region so that will be the first focus. We can't state which countries will be next at this moment.

Got it.. First see than we will see maybe just see or maybe later you expand. But you got an advisor from correct me if I am wrong... London? For family offices.

We only have a KYC for individuals that have to prove their identity with an identification document (i.e. passport). If there is contribution over company we need to get final UBO (ultimate benefeciary owner).

so we have to do just one whitelist and KYC and that's it if i understand right at https://elementsestates.io

A Smart Contract defines the rules regarding an agreement, just like a traditional contract does. But, a smart contract will automatically apply & execute the agreement between the 2 parties when the predetermined conditions are met. No more need for a traditional middleman!
