Guys, lets not forget that after setting up the mining farm he pocketed ALL of the coins 'to cover development costs'.

Those coins should have been paid out to shareholders but instead they just disappeared

Edit: I can't remember how many there were but it was in the hundreds

It was 366.32541676 BTC (http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa)

Roughly $168K USD in today's value.

provided they purchased them direct from Active Mining.

Only the Whales bought at 0.0025 and they have all sold up long ago and gone. I bet almost no-one left here will find in their BF log that they bought at exactly 0.0025.

So this is a joke.

Pretty sure I bought most of mine at 0.0025, but is there any way of getting BTCT data now?

what's the story on dividend payments?

Here you go:

Weekly Update 5/7/2014

...

1. You must initiate this migration request before May 21st, 2014 00:00 GMT.
2. Dividends will not be paid until after this migration.

Also wow, someone wants out, sold all the way down to 0.00005.

Holy sharetrading batman, it's happening.

Just sent my email. Thanks Ken. Hope this isn't another red herring  Smiley

So we just start getting some semi-decent news in, mining farm and shipping some boards (albeit not perfectly) and someone decides to contact a lawyer?

That's just going to slow the progress of getting shares / dividends going, adding more power to our farm and shipping boards (see MSD investigation).

As someone who put all their BTC into ~4000 shares of this company (a miserly amount), the above just makes me angry as we knew the risks going in. Sure there has been poor communication and things didn't go the way they were supposed to but that's life. Throwing another legal issue into the mix just stalls everything that little bit more.

Think I read something about the stats being in fail-safe mode and not reporting correctly, but the warning on the page is gone now, so I'm not sure.

Hey, guys I have been gone for some time what is the status on the shares?

No real news at this point, it's still ongoing. Ken has said Havelock / C-T would be a temporary measure before coloured coin or Counterparty support.
Has been cagey on Havelock as he is worried the same thing will happen as did Bitfunder.

Hi Ken,

What's the deal with the hashrate drop over the past day?

Wednesday update this week?
11  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 19, 2014, 10:11:27 AM
Weekly Update 3/19/2014

Here is the good news for March, we are rolling off the production line ~100 TH/s of mining gear which will be installed in our soon to be leased data-center.  We are expecting to have the 100 TH/s up and running on our BTCGuild account in the next 2 weeks, so everyone will be able to see the new hashing power.  We will then convert to sole mining over the next month.  After the first 100 TH/s is on line we will be increasing our hashing power on a regular basis.  We are expecting the next increase in hashing power to be ~100 TH/s within a month for a total of ~200 TH/s.

Active Mining PR Staff

Good news. But we still have no way of receiving the mined profits until our shares are tendered Sad

Thanks Ken.

Sure is quiet in here now (I like it).

@Ken, once the MSD stuff is sorted, will the focus return to share trading?

How long after CT setup will the accrued dividends be payed out? And how much is it per share at the moment?
14  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 23, 2014, 05:05:56 AM
Does anyone know the value of Bitcoins ACTM lost out of BitFunder?
15  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 20, 2014, 10:58:36 PM
Well that didn't reveal anything. But to be expected I guess. If the vibe is good, then hopefully the next few weeks will reveal more.
16  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 16, 2014, 10:26:20 PM
Can someone explain how dividends work through Coloured Coins?
17  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 10, 2014, 12:06:08 AM
The deletion notices clearly state that it's the thread creator doing it.

Fair enough. In that case I agree that Ken shouldn't be focusing on deleting posts questioning his update...
Surely it's more productive to come in here and actually answer the questions and concerns people have if you have time to delete posts?
18  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 09, 2014, 11:56:09 PM
Generally I loathe when forum members post back to back to back to back - I mean learn to use the damn edit button - but I couldn't agree more with mabsy here...

It's good to see names from the beginning of the ActM saga pop back in and shed some light on things with the board which stayed behind closed doors or demand more answers. Members and shareholders alike shouldn't withhold the scrutiny. Ive always been wary of optimistic folk here.

The last thing I want to see is this house of cards fold under a curtain of "incompetence." I've said it before and I'll say it again. Where is the accountability, responsibility and transparency of a gentleman from the south much less a CEO of a million dollar start-up?

soon to be a deleted post . People don't bother to post in this thread any more, it will be deleted by the CEO whom is busy deleting posts as they come in, he doesn't have anything better to do with his time!!

That's just not true, see this page: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297503.msg3943732#msg3943732 where SaltySpitoon is talking about how they are moderating this thread and deleting things clearly off topic.

Which is not to say Ken isn't doing that too, just that it's more likely to be a forum mod IMO.

Does someone have a good master list of people to ignore here?
I've got a few of the big fish on there but don't have time to read everyone to see if they're a moron or not (and there has, on rare occasion been genuinely good discussion that I don't want to miss)
20  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: December 10, 2013, 11:38:21 PM
Since tomorrow is Wednesday, should we expect and announcement from Ken. Or does this trend of Wednesday announcements start next week?

Today is Wednesday in all the important places   Wink
