Generally I loathe when forum members post back to back to back to back - I mean learn to use the damn edit button - but I couldn't agree more with mabsy here...

It's good to see names from the beginning of the ActM saga pop back in and shed some light on things with the board which stayed behind closed doors or demand more answers. Members and shareholders alike shouldn't withhold the scrutiny. Ive always been wary of optimistic folk here.

The last thing I want to see is this house of cards fold under a curtain of "incompetence." I've said it before and I'll say it again. Where is the accountability, responsibility and transparency of a gentleman from the south much less a CEO of a million dollar start-up?

soon to be a deleted post . People don't bother to post in this thread any more, it will be deleted by the CEO whom is busy deleting posts as they come in, he doesn't have anything better to do with his time!!

That's just not true, see this page: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297503.msg3943732#msg3943732 where SaltySpitoon is talking about how they are moderating this thread and deleting things clearly off topic.

Which is not to say Ken isn't doing that too, just that it's more likely to be a forum mod IMO.

The deletion notices clearly state that it's the thread creator doing it.

Fair enough. In that case I agree that Ken shouldn't be focusing on deleting posts questioning his update...
Surely it's more productive to come in here and actually answer the questions and concerns people have if you have time to delete posts?

Can we get confirmation that it was Ken who deleted it?

I know it was Ken that deleted the other ones, I was interested in that one specifically to see if he was online.

if ken would get these shares on an exchange, we could at least see our divs...we are owed divs since bf shut down...if we saw divs, that would quell a lot of the shit-storm of scam accusations. until these shares are fully listed, we don't know if ken even has the btc he already owes in past divs. the longer the shares sit in limbo, and the longer no divs go out, the more I am inclined to decide that YES ActM is a SCAM!

the balls in your court Ken, are you going to do something, or simply delete?

p.s.-crossposting in the unmoderated thread-just in case.

Well I don't really have anything new to add other than disagreement over Intellihash. We posted months ago about issues with the marketing and lack of help Ken has running things. It's all been too reliant on him for a long time now, as far as I know anyway.

I was more expressing surprise that the engineering failed and the lack of information at a critical time. I really thought there would be significant miners on-line by now, if of the more expensive to manufacture variety.

Also, what was said precisely about delivered hardware?

Are you talking about kslaughter's outright lie from the official "progress report?"

I believe this lie will hurt him the most when it comes to criminal fraud accusations.

Ken, we need answers.  You have taken a lot of money from a lot of people and have apparently been lying this whole time.  Lay out the truth for everyone with no bullshitting.

Again, if this was a scam, I highly advise you to get the shares on the exchange, liquidate your assets, and pay as much as you possibly can back to the investors while kissing ass along the way.

By the time ActM has miners, their chips will be about as good as AM's are now - pretty fucking useless.

QFMFT

Actually about $4-8billion needs to be spent on mining hardware at current BTC prices before 28nm chips will be obsolete....

And you base that on what? Power consumption?

If you look purely at power consumption then the ASICminer chips are still totally viable.

You need to look further than purely whether or not a chip will break even in power usage. ASICminer stopped deploying their chips because they couldn't find the space, power and cooling for a reasonable enough price to make it profitable. The security, management and set up costs all figure into the equation.

Its about efficiency of deployment, not just Gh/w

Haha!  Nothing like showing off your new car by putting yourself in the trunk and pretending to be kidnapped by a muscle car mobster.  Very cute.

meh… a car like that (early 70's Dodge Dart) couldn't cost more than $4000. no big news there.

Be A Digital Miner

Ok, I am not the smartest guy in the world so let me see if I understand.
Ken Slaughter and his relative have taken in $4M from investors (number correct?) and claims to have taken $6M in pre-orders (number correct?) and the only picture/evidence of progress toward the investors' end goal has been a picture of Ken in a garage looking warehouse space that would cost less than $2,000 per month to rent?
Is this correct?   Or can someone please post some stuff showing some sane reason that people would have bought $6M of pre-orders based on a dirty garage picture?
btw, how many months did it take for him to rent the dirty garage?   Perhaps, you can use this as a benchmark for the timeline of how long it will take him to design, produce, de-bug and deliver a miner?

The point of the post wasn't to point out the value of the car.  I wanted to show that nothing was going on in that garage other than using it for parking space and goofing around.  Also keep in mind the generally accepted fact that most facebook pictures are recent to their posting date.  For this reason I believe it was in fact taken in November, although I can't prove that.

Interestingly after that post, "John Smith" unveiled his shady anonymous vibe and started using his real name within days after I posted all of that.  A desperate attempt to show some form of transparency I guess?  Pretty lame, nonetheless...

My post turned out to be a very true indication of what has been going on -- nothing.

Apparently Ken has all the time in the world now to delete posts.

Ken, just do the right thing, have our shares available for trade, which you know you can have done at a moments notice.

Thankfully people are waking up, even the staunch ActM enthusiasts, and realizing how outlandish this engineering disaster is to the companys' futures', but hitting the hardest toll on all investors.

How did his saying go again?

So much for making the shareholders successful...

Ken, if you can't stand up and answer the direct questions a true businessman would, it's time to throw the towel in.

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.
Secure. Private. Untraceable.
