How do BATA and Verge differentiate from each other?

The main difference would be Verge has a lot more resources when it comes to anonymity. Bata has the ability to connect markets that have traditional boundaries or restrictions on trade utilizing BTA I2P or TOR Nodes - optional privacy and security - this will be the key to a Barter Service ( more information will be provided shortly with roadmap )

Bata was developed with the long term goal of replacing Barter Trade dollars, which are essentially tokens with no real value.

Bata's specs are also different.

I put in a request for BTA to be added thanks to @cryptowho on twitter who reminded me - previously contacted alcurEX in Oct 2015:

It appears they will add BTA under the condition that orders are maintained etc.

So its looks like we soon will be added to Livecoin.net

wow livecoin is really nice place for bata.

Would be a welcomed exchange. Will keep you posted.

Nice little bump today, Also got some volume on 1ex.trade to, someone bought all my lower sells.

Yes I agree it is good to see more volume all around. We have been getting a little more recognition since the last article written.

We will have an updated roadmap in the coming days.

Sweet.. bought a few more to move over to 1ex over last few days to create a market.

Are you aiming to be a Bartercard or BBX styled as a coin?

As I mentioned I worked for them before and used them in my business afterwards.
It's An easy model to follow but flawed by the bunch of pricks on the Gold Coast running it.

Dunno if your out to get Aussie businesses to sign up or whatever but I would accept BTA at my restaurant and on catering jobs

Yes that is the direction for BTA. The platform is the question. Whether the platform becomes part of the production process or whether BTA is added to an existing platform.

Discussion by the community is required.

Fuck existing platforms, they still require paper work and phone calls to validate often,

A clever App could do the whole thing,

you come to me and pay with the BTA somone gave you for a service.
Then work to explain how your getting the discount of your markup.

like say I have 30% food costs in a cafe, so everything I would buy with my BTA would be at a 70% discount!!
Extra bonus is you not charging 15% fees each way and a $50 a month account fee. like the extortionist bastards are here  Roll Eyes
I know there system inside out because I rorted the fuck out of it with my zero fee account  Grin

hmm app - I think your onto something...

whether the price will go 400 sat again Huh Huh

Assuming you mean 4000 sats?

Considering it's only 1 BTC to buy to that level again I would say yes.
Just at a rest stop

We are now past the half way mark for halving of miner rewards. This will also help supply and demand.

956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BATA] 6 Exchanges | 15 Mining Pools | SCRYPT TOR I2P ANON on: February 12, 2016, 12:25:01 PM
Network Hashrate: 686.58 MH/s
Block Reward: 6.25
Blocks: 248,869

Nearly half way now to mining halving reward.

So how much longer is that?

Depends on the hash rate which keeps changing - Network Hashrate: 938.06 MH/s, hard to predict - but moving quickly.
Block# 249,280 now
