Why are you always so into pooled mining? solo mining is a lot more fun and way more important to the network than pools I can't wait to mine this coin solo!

I'm getting now 390Mh/s on MSI 280x Gaming with this cgminer config -> -I 14 -g 1 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-powertune 20 --gpu-engine 1150 --gpu-memclock 1250 --gpu-vddc 1.15 --gpu-dyninterval 7 --gpu-memdiff 0 --shaders 2048 --lookup-gap 2
Anybody squeezing more out of 280x? Please provide better config.
around 409MH/s with my 7970 1215 gpu clock and 1900mhz memory clock :-P

Epic graph action you've got going there!
Thanks, Simon. By the way: Any suggestions on the p2pool frontend design is appreciated. Such as what information you find important that should be shown or such. I was planning on including things like: uptime, current hashrate, active miners, payout table, last blocks, announcements (for pool restarts or anything like that). what else do you consider "important" ?

Crazy to see. Wonder where that 100mh came from!
Don't ask. :-D Look! Here's a sneak peek at my "custom p2pool frontend" custom JS written from scratch by myself - a total programming noob the graphs: http://www.florianuhlemann.de/thecypherfunks/globalpoolratehour.htmlLast EDIT: I have a little announcement: I will be donating 250,000 FUNKs sometime over the weekend to all active miners on the p2pool ( http://94.23.196.92:36363) equally split up according to their active hashrate around that time.. so if you are contributing with 10% hashpower of the pool, you will get 25,000 funks You guys really should come work with us - we are trying to make pooled-mining much more fun than a simple stratum/mpos-clone pool P.P.P.P.P.P.S the actual fee that the pool collects usually varies and isn't the full 2% I announced a while ago. it's somewhere between 0.8%, 1.3% and 1.7% - depending on... i dunno .. something^^ And with my "little" donation, you will actually get pretty much all the fees back Though don't count on it - haha.

We're going to be doing some longer & steady mining over the next many hours! Time to get your miners pointed to our P2POOL! http://94.23.196.92:36363(stratum+tcp://94.23.196.92:36363 = url) (your_wallet_address = username) (123 = password) Have fun! Let's find some blocks !

Got a bunch of new followers on Twitter! Plenty of musicians too. Looks promising. Also, I know of 2 people working on a remix for your song! Baby steps. This community is growing. It's not a pump and dump. Sweet.. thanks for the feedback on the song. can't wait to hear your remix. Let me know if I can help you with anything related to cypherfunks

Any news in our small, but great community?
Btw guys - thanks for the tip for my song :-)

Syncs fine with me. Got you guys a nice pool - one with a custom design http://p2poolcypherfunk.cloudapp.net:24242URL: stratum+tcp://p2poolcypherfunk.cloudapp.net:24242 USER: your_own_wallet_address PASS: 123 enjoy and give some support to the taxicoin network!

Hey, Simon, got a song I'd like to share sometime. Not sure if it fits the project - but it might be a good basis for remixing? Whatcha think? I'm very happy about the successes of this project and the currency involved with it. Just had a decent hashrate increase on our p2pool which means it has just become a bit more attractive to new community members!

I'm losing so much time with all the fail launches recently. I really don't get why people can't test everything before launching. Ever saw anything sold ever that wasn't tested before being sold??
yes. XD steam-alphas... simcity, BF4.. just to name a few^^

Hi any way to reach out to the Tao pool? Tao: http://31.220.43.75/MPOS/public/index.php?page=registerI started mining there but could not configure my wallet as it needs to send me an email to unlock the send payment. I have tried to use support email function and no response, is Tao working ok for anyone? Thanks I have 5417.52113592 stuck in there but am not receiving the confirm email so unable to cash out I hope you are mining at my pool now? ( http://94.23.196.92:36363) working on an exclusive new web design for it.

Here's a p2pool set up for you guys! I consider it the safest way to mine - no signup necessary. http://p2poolcypherfunk.cloudapp.net:32323 for details stratum+tcp://p2poolcypherfunk.cloudapp.net:32323 (url for miner) and username is the socialcoin-wallet-address. password doesn't matter, but 123 is okay. cgminer settings (suggested for lower rejects): queue 0, scan-time 2, expiry 8 Payout is instant when a block is found to your wallet, no payout fee, but mining fee is 2% to pay for this very good performing server (located in Dublin, Ireland). Payout-scheme is PPLNS.

Oh, I love the actively participating community here. :-) Let's keep spreading the word out to everyone!

edit: Look at my reply from cryptorush:
Crypto Rush: @TheCryptoRush @florianuhlemann Do they come with a music video?
Isn't that an excellent idea? Simon, I can make you a video - but I'm note sure if I have video material for the clip... but that might be an interesting idea to get it very popular!

Cryptorush is becoming bigger for altcoins - but I would initially target something like coinedup.com or even cryptsy - make em clear why you differ so much compared to other coins and I'm sure they are willing to include our fabulous project. @our beloved miners: Please come and mine with us! Many blocks are being found and the payout is instant, no risks and no sign-up needed! http://94.23.196.92:36363 (Be sure to set queue 0, scan-time 2 and expiry 8 (or anything lower than default settings) for optimized hashing) I just donated 250,000 FUNK to our fabulous dev (Simon address: CXfgJPSbY1C5paVwiSHnm942tJPyK9xSfy). TX info: http://162.243.83.13/tx/e1c74b9cab70bed6324353234d91f6ac3f43f286d3e7c56daefabc215760e271If you believe in this project as much as I do, you should support him - as well as make sure that this great project is getting the attention it deserves by telling everyone you know about it (and others! )

Oh, nevermind, solved Edit: the linux daemon is closed source ... It's precompiled? Open source is available at github! That's how you compile the daemon anyways. LinuxQT is a different story. Can compile yourself, too though if you like.

nothing wrong with this launch. Way to bash. Why the f*ck you need an exchange a few hours after the coin has launched?
well, you could get people into this coin that are not capable of mining... buy having them purchase it.
