Greetings, friends at Anoncoin! Now that Komodo Platform has a stable GUI available on mainnet for our BarterDEX decentralized exchange, allowing the average user to trade peer-to-peer via atomic swap with 80+ Bitcoin-protocol cryptocurrencies, we aim to expand the reach of our decentralized and open-source solutions and unite the coin communites - - ATOMIC Swap trading following Noel Tiernan's protocol
- Control your own funds, maximizing security and privacy
- Automatic orderbook matching, trading p2p
- Integrate and List your coin for free
- Set up SPV electrum server, allowing users to trade your coin without downloading the entire blockchain
- Anyone can become a market maker or dedicated liquidity provider, pairing your coin with any other 80+ featured coin and allowing traders around the globe to access your coin
- Native trade bots can automatically buy low and sell high, allowing low and high volume traders to provide liqudity 24 hours a day
>> BarterDEX protocol ( wp/ git) >> The following requirements are necessary for an easy integration: - bitcoin protocol
- CLTV (bip 65) support
- gettxout and importaddress rpc calls
- and 8 digits for one coin
What does a non-Bitcoin/zCash-protocl coin need to do to make atomic swaps possible on BarterDEX? "the code to do all this is quite complicated and I assumed a bitcoin protocol coin, but it is possible to do the atomic swaps even if only 2of2 multisig is supported. So i guess a bitcoin protocol emulator for the subset of rpc calls that I use and at least a 2of2 multisig, but preferably CLTV mechanism to be able to handle both sides of the trade... this would require making changes to the existing barterDEX code, unless the bitcoin protocol emulator is really, really good and it actually works as a bitcoin protocol coin via rpc calls" Our goal is to integrate as many cryptocurrencies into our ecosystem as possible, providing end-users with unparalleled privacy and control of their funds! The developers of Komodo Platform would be more than happy to assist with integration into the ecosystem. Please send me a DM if you are interested in joining our decentralized exchange!Note: according to our tracker, ANC does not have CLTV. Is this still accurate? Any plans for implementation?

The keys are in your hands, lets keep them there.

I know that ArcBlock is blockchain 3.0 so I wonder that what price it can grown up. If ETH is 1200$ now, do you think Arcblock is more?
I’m sure ArcBlock will be good for a long term HODL investment from the ground floor, but I want to let you know the Komodo Platform is about a year old, very well developed, and I think covers a lot of this territory. Check it out: https://komodoplatform.com/en

I saw this post and decided I should come here to talk! We understand your concerns with Binance’s NDA (and let’s be real - requiring thousands of dollars for a listing). Centralized exchanges were maybe necessary for the growth of cryptocurrency, but it’s time to regain control of this crazy train! Komodo Platform’s BarterDEX Decentralized Exchange is being beta tested right now and I’m part of the community outreach team. BarterDEX is a decentralized method of exchanging cryptocurrencies via atomic-swap technology, without counterparty risk. It’s completely free to use, open source, peer-to-peer, and minimal fees (<50% fees centralized exchanges, no double fees). BarterDEX uses Noel Tiernan’s atomic swap protocol as a guide for it’s technology, offering users the most secure form of atomic swap trading available. >> BarterDEX protocol ( wp/ git) >> The following requirements are necessary for an easy integration: - bitcoin protocol

Hello OctoCoin community --- OctoCoin is available for atomic swap trading on Komodo Platform's decentralized exchange, BarterDEX! Right NOW, peer2peer, on Mainnet with live orderbooks. Anyone can test it out if you'd like. We are taking privacy to new heights by keeping your funds and privkeys in YOUR HANDS! zK-SNARK coin Jumblr in YOUR HANDS! Liquidity of each coin is still building, but BarterDEX can pair your coin with any other of the 80+ coins on the exchange. If a team member, perhaps someone from marketing, would like to test out an atomic swap through our GUI, please send me a DM : ) We have a team availabe for walking leaders of featured coins through the Komodo ecosystem to teach you how your community can benefit from BarterDEX! This is truly a community project - the keys are now in your hands! YOU can be a marketmaker for your coin, making it available to BarterDEX users around the globe 24/7. YOU can create a SPV electrum server, allowing BarterDEX users to manage and trade your coin without downloading the entire blockchain. We would be happy to assist you with setting these up. It would be nice to have your coin paired with KMD - then we could introduce it to the community as having liquidity in BarterDEX! Welcome to the BarterDEX decentralized exchange! Trade freely and safely, Jay Very nice, please send more details on the SPV server setup. Hello again, I realized that I never linked you to the Github wiki explanation on how to set up a SPV electrum server, so... there it is! And if you are curious, our SPV electrum servers are customized for Komodo and were not affected by the recent security risk.

Paging Dr. Coinage.org! Hi there - I’ve been eyeballing this project for a bit now. I work with Komodo Platform (lead developer @jl777B) doing outreach to integrate other coins into our ecosystem and otherwise make it grow. We are open source, free, and for the people. Fees on our exchange are minimal, and our atomic swaps use the most secure protocol available ( Noel Tiernan’s). Coinage would be a perfect addition! Users would be able to trade their mined Coinage on BarterDEX, our decentralized exchange, immediately using atomic swaps. I know you are scarce on details on the codebase, but would your coin be able to meet these requirements? - bitcoin protocol
- CLTV (bip 65) support
- gettxout and importaddress rpc calls
- and 8 digits for one coin
What does a non-Bitcoin/zCash-protocl coin need to do to make atomic swaps possible on BarterDEX? Story time! So I saw the recent announcement from Hush about their swap. I thought I would use my funnymoney to trade for some, so I logged into my account. Oh, not on Bittrex, that's okay.... CRYPTOPIA? Pass. Okay let's check my BarterDEX test account, see if any is available to trade... So I downloaded the latest release from Github, installed. I logged into my test account that has a small amount of KMD my electrum address, activate both KMD and HUSH, then hit the exchange. THERE IS (at the time of writing this) about 500,000+ HUSH available on BarterDEX I used the KMD I had available to test a swap (as it had been a while since I tested a version of BarterDEX) and BOOM Within 5 minutes of installing the program, I made atomic swaps to trade KMD for HUSH No blockchain download. So what now? I traded my funds on Bittrex for KMD at "I-don't-even-care" sats and transferred them immediate to my BarterDEX electrum KMD address. Within another 5 minutes I had moved my funds off a central exchange to trade P2P on a decentralized exchange (and for a better price hint hint hint)... IT'S HAPPENING

Hey I know I talk about Komodo a lot, but this just happened to me:
I figured I would pick up some Hush due to the recent announcement, so I logged into Bittrex where I hold my funnymoney and realized quickly that Hush was not available. I then downloaded the latest BarterDEX to see if any Hush was available there using electrum servers for both coins. Behold, about 50k Hush is available to swap for KMD at a decent price (considering the recent surge)! I already had funds on my electrum KMD wallet, so I picked up some Hush immediately, within 5 minutes of downloading the program and without downloading any blockchain.
Marvelous, simply marvelous.
