1701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you have a chance to become a VIP what casinos will those be on: January 07, 2022, 01:46:12 PM
1xbit of course, with their VIP cashbacks and the sports and markets they are offering I'm really sure it's worth it to be a VIP in the 1xbit casino. They also offer reputable third party casino providers. This is only my opinion since I have managed to play on 1xbit and so far I am enjoying the bonuses and the cashbacks I am receiving on it.
1702  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetGalaxy 2.0 Whitepaper Released - LAUNCH IN JANUARY 2022! on: January 07, 2022, 01:40:39 PM
That's great, what could be the reason of your rebranding? also do you consider of having a promotion or especial promotion here in the Bitcointak forum? I see that you will be offering a sports betting and metaverse casino I'm actually not familiar with that but looks promising. I will look forward in this project of yours and probably one of the early players/investor I hope we will all have a good profit in the future.
1703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin was main currency, what's gonna be the BTC value? on: January 07, 2022, 01:16:10 PM
That's what i was thinking about bitcoin adaption. If the government has no control over bitcoin, it will never allow it to become the major crypto currency of the world. And if the government has control over it, they will definitely control its price somehow.

That being said, this is one of the many factors why bitcoin as a main currency is close to being impossible to happen, because the government do not see it as controllable entity which makes it not ideal for them. And just like what you have said, if bitcoin would be a main currency then it can lose its features that we all loved since it will be certainly controlled by the government to align their ways and the system.
1704  Economy / Gambling / Re: VR online casinos? on: January 07, 2022, 01:11:19 PM
I think the real experience we get by going to a casino is the most sensational thing than using a VR to get artificial sensation of the gambling casinos.
But yeah, since the pandemic most of the stuff have gone online and people are adapting this change very quickly.
These days, many people find it comfortable to work from home instead of working from office.
So may be people will start liking VR casinos as well instead of going to a real casino.

You have a point. Although, I think people would still think that the actual physical experience in a traditional casino is still the best, they perhaps could see VR casino as the next best option they could have. People are indeed getting comfortable in their homes and have adjusted to how things are being done today, digitally, and so VR casino can be the ideal option for everyone while considering the availability of best platforms and their safety.
1705  Economy / Gambling / Re: rant coinpoker.com on: January 07, 2022, 01:06:47 PM
Poker doesn't require 200 IQ.The vast majority of the people around the world aren't even close to having 200 IQ.Having an IQ between 120 and 135 means that you are very smart.Having IQ between 150 and 200 means that you are a total genius.I really doubt that you have 200 IQ,by judging on your posts on the forum.
Good luck with your poker adventures. Grin

Indeed. Poker is not just a game of the mind but a game of skills. A player must have analytical mind of course, but should also have focus, strategy, patience in order to make a good move and be able to win. They say that the trick is to play each hand correctly, and this can be also attained through mastering the basics and the rules of the game.
1706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Betplay.io goes Solana on: January 06, 2022, 01:41:50 PM
Instead of creating new thread to announce this Solana update why not just bump your ANN Thread in which you are even Lazy to Update?

there is no sense in putting it Here while you can do the same time by Bumping your ANN Thread while you are also promoting this Solana acceptance.

As  far as it is delighting to hear such news, I agree that they should just put this on there ANN thread as an update. Bu doing so, they won’t have to duplicate information and they could promote their website in general, not juts the Solana acceptance, because their thread will be visited yet again by forum users. I think that it would be convenient and organized to stick on your original thread whenever there are updates.
1707  Other / Off-topic / Re: Novak Djokovic's VISA got cancelled [Australian Open 2022] on: January 06, 2022, 01:28:41 PM
And just because in this case it is the number 1 tennis player in the world, they supposedly given a exemption for him to play the tournament while not allowing others because they don't have vaccine? I guess it's obvious that it is not fair for others to let Djokovic play.

Agreed. Everyone must understand that such measures are exercised now by every country as a way of protecting public safety. And if ever they would allow an entrant in their country or region without undergoing and completing the right protocols then that would also mean allowing a threat to public welfare to enter. Considering that other players were able to follow policies regarding the need for vaccination should have moved Djokovic to also follow such.
1708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin was main currency, what's gonna be the BTC value? on: January 06, 2022, 01:21:49 PM
Not sure where you get the idea that bitcoin can and will become the main currency in the future, because I doubt that it will happen. But in any case it will, I have no idea what will be the value of bitcoin, it still depends on the basic economic concept of law of supply and demand. Again, will the government allow bitcoin to be the main currency though, and we all know the answer for that one, they won't simply let that happen to their USD, and there's no way that any crypto will be for that matter.

I agree with you. And I personally think that if there would be a main currency, that would be something that can be controlled by the government for sure. But in hypothetical manner, I wouldn’t also have an idea as to what will be the value of bitcoin, if it were to be the main currency then. Maybe we’ll just know when we get there, if we ever get there.
1709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stick to altcoins or switch to Bitcoin or stablecoins? on: January 06, 2022, 01:15:47 PM
-snip-

Indeed. Having faith with your chosen coins, and continuing to believe that it will get better even when it faces the lows, is the key in successfully gaining from investments. It also nice to hear that you are saying this based on your experiences, which I think has made you even a strong believer of bitcoin. Crypto is truly not for the fainted hearts, and it should be done with the intention that is beyond of just making money, because in the end you might just lose everything.
1710  Economy / Gambling / Re: VR online casinos? on: January 06, 2022, 01:07:51 PM
Well right --pandemic was still there and I think metaverse projects have been there already giving their effort to improving the gambling industry to give more productibility regarding using VR which was slowly adopted by gamblers.

Exactly my point. VR casino is the effort to fill in what we have missed since this global crisis started. While it is true that it cannot equal to what we used to have before, but at least it can be the next best thing that could happen in the gambling industry. Considering that the current state of the crisis hasn’t been improving, one way to take the gambling industry to the next level is through such innovations. Nevertheless, we all have our choices, and there are available options for us to fulfil those.
1711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stick to altcoins or switch to Bitcoin or stablecoins? on: January 05, 2022, 02:20:23 PM
Depends on the coin you selected since if the coin you pick is so shady also doesn't have any decent volume nor have proper plans set then we must back off on it. But if we stick on top alts and pick the one who listed above on the market and also we add up the presence and seriousness of the project since we really on it a little bit.

What you said is true. While others are really panicking when thinking and during bear market, some remain to be calm because they are confident with the coins and assets they have. This is why choosing what coin to invest with in the first place is really important, most especially considering its vulnerability to be significantly affected whenever the market move and changes, and the credibility of the project itself.
1712  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy 13th Birthday, Bitcoin. You are a teenager now! on: January 05, 2022, 02:13:35 PM
Congratulations to Bitcoin for being able to survive for 13 years, this indicates Bitcoin is strong and can maintain its position from the past until now as the king of crypto.
I will forever be amazed that a new type of currency like this could come out so quickly, get a ton of backlash and then be so powerful that everyone has been forced to take notice and get on board. Happy birthday for sure !

Indeed. Bitcoin has long been thriving, even at those years that it is ignored and doubted. As the years passed, people realized its essence and eventually adopted it, especially during this pandemic where crypto has showed what it can offer even if the world is caught up in the middle of a crisis. Truly, change is inevitable. And those who refuse to go along that change, won’t improve and worse be left in the back of time.
1713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Could Gambling Legalization be a positive thing for Brazil? on: January 05, 2022, 01:33:57 PM
The way Brazil's government will take action for gambling legalization would be the answer on whether what will be the impact of gambling to their country. I just hope that their government will thoroughly think, plan, and organize before the actual implementation and permission of any gambling activities so that they won't have any problem in the future. Or if ever there would be any, they could resolve it in a snap.

Well said, everything you said is on point. The gambling legalization could be a positive thing for the whole nation of Brazil if and only if it is planned, executed and monitored at the utmost possible way. As much as positive outcomes could be reaped out of doing such, setbacks could also be resulted form lack of discipline, communication and integration of the different essential agencies and parties involved in doing the legalization successfully.
1714  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't bet more than you can afford to lose. on: January 05, 2022, 01:23:04 PM
I gambled so much before and I became an addict but now I gamble with only the amount I can afford to lose. I gamble just once or twice a week depending on favorite matches that will be played in the week.

I use 5% or less than 5% of my monthly income to gamble monthly, but I have noticed it is not always up to 5%, I have been using more of 2% to 3% recently which I am enjoying.

Beginners are more prone to go against their money management plan when it comes to gambling.

I can really relate to what happened to you before and what has changed with your mindset today. I, myself, have been meticulous with the games I chose nowadays, compared to when I was just a beginner in gambling. This is because I make sure that the games and bets I do are really worth risking and losing for, within my set limits and boundaries which is also within the range of 5% of my monthly income. I have been so reckless and impulsive when it comes to gambling for so long, I could say now that I knew better and became wiser of my decisions.
1715  Economy / Gambling / Re: VR online casinos? on: January 05, 2022, 01:10:13 PM

I cannot help myself but to get excited with this concept. If this VR technology will really push  through to become fully integrated gambling industry, it is what can fill the gap that arose in terms of the physical experience ever since the pandemic happened. VR casino could be the way for us to have similar experience as before, but in digital version, nevertheless it could really simulate real-life gambling experience. I am one for sure to look forward for the progress of this, and will be happy to try it as soon as I could.
1716  Economy / Gambling / Re: VR online casinos? on: January 02, 2022, 11:07:53 AM
Well, that really interesting and I want to try or have an experience using VR while in gambling, wireless is far better than wired connection because the wired connection could cause trouble while you gamble. Perhaps you can find all your queries on Google just search on it, everyone here has less or does not have experience when it comes to that high-tech gadgets and we don't even have a VR gambling casino here.
However, please update your thread if you found it so that this will perhaps be a good reference when someone asks the same question as yours and also I want to know how good to gamble using VR than the online website casino.

That would be some kind of experience, but having to try such would require pricey resources, in my opinion. If only everyone could have access to such technology, I think that it would make a difference and let us all experience what VR has to offer compared to traditional and online casinos. This is year is predicted to be the start of even greater influence of NFT and metaverse, so I think we could all look forward and see ourselves the rise and development of such technologies in the market this coming months.
1717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sport's betting experience on: January 02, 2022, 10:54:36 AM
I am also intrigued about this information from OP, and I would want tot try it and see the results for myself. You are indeed right about the downside of this strategy, and that being said although it may have worked, there still risks in doing so. I bet you would also agree that no strategy has nor risks, right? Nevertheless, you’ll never know if you won’t try, so I’ll go try it while taking note of what you guys have been responding here.
1718  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which trading strategy would be a good start for new traders? on: January 02, 2022, 10:48:12 AM
Don't focus on day trade, long term or short term trade. Maybe try to challenge yourself, for example study about the support and resistance and within this day you should only rely on support and resistance to get used to it or to be familiar with it and another day you should add another indicator or tool that would help you with trading. With that you are not just only experiencing trading but also applying the things you have learn into real trading.
1719  Economy / Gambling / Re: MISTAKE TIP 3.8 BTC on: January 02, 2022, 10:35:18 AM
Well if the evidence is complete then I am ready to give this forum user a negative trust for begging scheme. Maybe the 3.8 btc is received through begging of tips. I also wonder why that kind of amount is tipped. My guess would be that the btc price that time is low and it is less than the amount in usd compared to now. It could also be a way to earn merits by doing a so called good deeds by telling people to return the tip. It took a long time to decide to return the tip so this is most likely fake.

I couldn’t agree more with you about this. Maybe you are right that this is just some kind of staged act of kindness and honesty, perhaps this is clout chasing, after all, no evidence on receiving such amount has been attached as well. And not to mention that OP hasn’t been reacting to the responses in this thread since he posted this. I also agree that this forum user shall be given a negative trust if proven guilty of such things.
1720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your perspective on a new casino on: January 01, 2022, 01:13:32 PM
Yeah, I defintiely try to avoid using new sites unless I absolutely need to or there is something super appealing with some current offer that they are putting out.

I also do the same as with you. Even if I check out new casinos, I prefer to not play or do any transaction with them unless good feedback are given out, and their reputation has been established. Although I must admit that there are few occasions that I do try out during the first time I encounter new casinos, especially if it really caught my interests, but I won’t continue to do so, not until the above are satisfied.
