It may also feel like despair if you have to wait and you can't do anything. However, the only thing they can do now is wait until a result of investigation comes from the mediator.

After that you can always argue or enter into a discussion what the course of events is. I think speculating at the moment is of little use.

The truth will be somewhere in the middle, it's just a matter of waiting now.
2182  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have 223 USD skrill want BTC on: November 14, 2020, 10:11:41 PM
I don't want to make you feel negative, but I would watch out with Skrill.

I used to do transactions with them once, and they explicitly emphasized to me that the online exchange of money is prohibited.

I received a warning by then. They can also block your account just like that.

You should check the terms and conditions before you decide to proceed.

Is anyone familiar with one of high roller name on above?   Grin
Congratulations on those whales who win big amounts not really familiar on some of them, I just saw some names on the high rollers section. I hope I'll be on that list today, will  be trying my luck in few hours.

Hopefully in 1 day I will also be a high roller with a nice final balance. That will require some luck.

The wonders are not over yet, of course.

I think I have better luck with football matches or at least can enforce my luck more and have better control.
2184  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: betnomi.com SCAM - confiscated $ 3,000 from me and closed the account on: November 14, 2020, 04:04:26 PM
Just give Betnomi some time to come up with decent evidence. If there was really another account, I am sure they have no problems with proving.

I only think it is not a good idea to post this information on the forum, since this will consist personal information like Ip address.

They can address this information to the customer, and if the customer wishes to share this information, he can.
2185  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits 2.0 |Instant BTC & ETH withdraws | Live Games & Slots! |Rakeback | VIP| on: November 13, 2020, 02:36:45 PM
How is everyone enjoying Duelbits 2.0? We have notifications for deposits and withdrawals now too.

Everyone has been paid from the contents Cheesy

Best of luck on the new ones!

It is nice to see that you have provided the site with certain updates.

I only think if you keep the name 2.0, that it looks like a kind of new engine.

Maybe you should remove that 2.0 and then just add update for example.

If you put down 2.0, it looks like you are in an experimental phase.

24hours waiting for 20mbtc. This is disgusting. Do i have to believe that 24 HOURS is not enough time to check a withdrawal??

Maybe it's your first payout on the site? I have often read that it can take longer with a first payout.

Unless you have won big money, but that is not the case with 20 mbtc.

Maybe they have a plausible explanation for the long wait.
2187  Economy / Gambling / Re: 💰BUFF.bet | In-play| eSports| Sports| Casino| BTC, ETH and Litecoin accepted💰 on: November 12, 2020, 10:16:01 AM
You do have a considerable selection on the site.

Do you focus your own solely on ESports or are there other branches of events and bets available?
2188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: November 11, 2020, 08:47:38 PM
I know this is the topic for the UEFA Nations league, but tonight it's only exhibition games. Assume we can just post it here too? Belgium is behind against The Swiss.
I can remember that they once also led 3-0 and then lost 3-4 in the past. Or something.

I still think that Belgium and France together have the best teams in the world. Brazil used to have, but they have fallen somewhat.

What often amazes me is that you see teams like Argentina messing around, while they also have one of the best teams in the world based on individual qualities.

Must be especially frustrating for Messi, never achieve anything with his country.

Maybe my previous message wasn't very useful. In which I referred that France is the best countries in the world with Belgium.

Now at home with 2-0 behind against Finland.

I have a strang phenomenon going on these last couple of days. When I am playing a game in auto mode, after a while I am (without reason) redirected to the homepage, which is very annoying.
Anyone else having the same problem ?

I have the same problem. Please fix that, Betfury! It disturbs the gameplay...

Ok, thanks!
There seems to be another bug, the faucet is now giving 25 satoshis (every 20 min), but as we are still in the birthday week it should be 75 satoshis...

They stopped the faucet giving extra a little early.  Seems like dishonest people were using bots to get as much as they could from it.  Shame that the bad ruined it for the rest of us.  Either way they still give out a decent amount every day.
Unfortunately, this always happens.
The developers did something good for the project community in honor of the project's birthday.  So there will certainly be bots and mults that will ruin everything.
But to be honest, 25sat instead of 75 isn't that bad either.
It's just now 75 per hour  Smiley

What is the minimum withdrawable possible from the site and is there any conditions before withdrawing a wagering required or no? Will try if it’s worth the time or not needs to be checked else in the end should not happen that realizing had no results and in mid-way have to give up. Will try to play some games to find out the luck.

I was also unable to find that information. But it is nice to know what you have to pay out as a minimum amount.

And then there will also be a limit on the maximum. And what I also find important is that a payout takes place quickly.

And not that you have to wait days.
2191  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: November 10, 2020, 05:38:50 PM
askgambler's refuses to take my case because it has to do with "sports betting".

How did he get accepted?  Is he a casino gambler instead?

I still have received no word about the facts presented in the case.  How is his resolved and not mine?  I have lost tens of thousands on the site and have shown that it can be proven- in these cases in the past precedent shows that Cloudbet returns the money.  Their reasoning for keeping the money sent to them was that my deposits were less than the withdrawals, however this is completely false in my case and I've proven it!  What is going on seriously?

Cloudbet pushed me to make a complaint on AskGambler's just to get my money back- and AskGambler's doesn't even accept complaints having to do with sports betting.

What is your guy's take on all this?  Please respond Cloudbet it has been almost 2 months since your response.  The case was closed very prematurely.  Please allow us to resolve the case.  I'd appreciate it, I'm sure other people would appreciate seeing the resolution as well.

I still don't understand why Cloudbet doesn't want to solve this neatly and in a human way. They could still calculate how much has been deposited in total, and how much this user has cashed out.

If he has cashed out more than he deposited, then the case is closed, I think. If the amount of deposits is higher than the amount in payouts, they can still refund this amount.

They don't even lose money with that. But then it must be possible to prove it. I thought Askgamblers was doing all gambling related business, but apparently only casinos.
2192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: November 09, 2020, 07:31:31 PM
Real have just lost 4-1 against Valencia.
Oh really ? I missed that game last night. But it really surprised me because 3 of Valencia's winning goal came from penalties and 1 own goal from Varane. I think Madrid was bad enough in that match because there were 4 time the referee gave a penalty to Valencia despite failing the first time and only 3 chances were successfully converted into goal. According to statistic, Valencia's game was more effective than Madrid and that led them to victory. Very nice.

I personally cannot remember that Real Madrid and Barcelona both started a season so dramatically.

If you look at what kind of capital there is in those teams on the field, you could already start a whole la league with it. And Sociedad at the top.

Nice team, plays nice. Would be nice if we get someone else like Barcelona or Real Madrid as champion. The loss from 4-1 was really unworthy.
2193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC on gambling casinos on: November 09, 2020, 05:59:28 PM
Some of the Gambling casinos I've seen are requiring its user to conduct a KYC (not mandatory but they said there's a chance or something) however my concern is that the gambling casino is not licensed are you going to trust this or not? Imagine winning a big jackpot and they asked for you to conduct KYC but they are not licensed.

This is an important point that will be discussed. For me, it always starts with the reputation of a casino. And the foundation must be that it has a valid license.

If you won a lot of money and they didn't pay out, who do you turn to? You don't have any reference material. I think that most casinos controlled by a certain commission are required to request customer documentation.

That could be different with bitcoins. At a casino with a traditional payment method, it is more logical that they want different documents from you.

So, simply avoid a casino that does not have a gaming license.
2194  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: November 08, 2020, 04:23:39 PM
Lately, this site seems to have lost a fair bit of reputation and brand awareness. Similarly, there was a case of a player, where they also refused to come to a solution.

I don't really understand why they want to suffer so much image damage for a relatively small amount. a KYC, that should be arranged like that?

A few days, that would be a long time for a KYC. And besides, what can be checked since these are crypto transactions? In principle, this should be arranged. Too bad it is now taking a long time.

At Cloudbet they really have to do something about that and speed up the process considerably.
2195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: AML/KYC Explained on: November 05, 2020, 02:45:40 PM
Thank you so much for this thread, it really helpful knowing the difference between KYC and AML.

They are in principle linked to each other. at the KYC you request documentation, which in turn can consist of an AML.

You could see that KYC is the primary process and the AML a secondary or ancillary process.

Many users are scared when they read AML, but this seems to be something increasingly and more entrenched by a government.

Companies or casinos cannot do much about that. They are guidelines that must be adhered to.
2196  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★BetBTC★ Sportsbook | Bitcoin Sports Betting | Since 2014 | Instant Withdrawals on: November 04, 2020, 10:17:50 PM
More and more I see instant withdrawals advertising on sites. What I have read about it so far is that it is not instant everywhere, but only at a certain amount, can someone explain to me which policy applies on this site?

It's true lightening fast instant (unless you ask a very big amount)  Wink

I have asked 2 times to process my withdraw in this thread.  Please stop saying your withdraws are instant, which they are clearly not.

(unless you ask a very big amount) Take note that 99% of withdrawals processed are lower than the amounts you ask  Cheesy

Sort of scary that you would consider my withdraw of .1 BTC a "very big amount" but ok that explains it.
Youre on record saying "it got stuck" so at least now we know this isnt true

(sometimes it gets stuck..)
but don't worry because next withdrawals should go without any hassle as usual  Wink

No one is here to tell lies - Withdrawals are true instant for the big majority of withdrawals lower than 4-6k$.

The reason it doesn't apply for bigger amounts is not because we have budget or cashier issues, it's just a matter of risk management. We never had issues with instant payments but safety is a priority for us, nothing is more important than keeping user's funds safe.

Just checked now, and that specific withdrawal was really not processed because it got stuck - with that amount it is usually instant. You or other user can confirm this anytime.

We process on a daily basis withdraws worth dozens of thousands of dollars, never in our history since 2014 there were issues with payments. You already had opportunity of getting some withdrawals instantly, and other big withdrawals pretty quickly, so really not getting the point of these complaints..

Payouts that are processed right away are up to 4-6k seems quite acceptable to me.

It would also be illogical if very large amounts were automatically paid.

I can live with this policy myself, but I have not tried this site so I can only give my opinion based on the information from the op.
2197  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 04, 2020, 02:05:50 PM
I'm afraid it's never going to be resolved this way. It might be useful if we start looking at the figures in concrete terms.

@efxes
How much have you deposited in total on Cloudbet and how much have you withdrawn in total?
2198  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto exchange with lowest fees to withdraw USD (Fiat)? on: November 03, 2020, 01:10:09 PM
In my view, it is more important to find a good and reliable exchange with a good reputation than to pay a little more commission.

The reason that an exchange charges more commission normally also has a reason. Quality for quantity.
2199  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetCoin.ag closed account and stole around 1 BTC on: November 02, 2020, 09:20:20 PM
At the moment, Betcoin is getting a bad name and its reputation is being damaged. What could be easier than publishing the evidence? You do not have to enter specific IP addresses or personal details.

They can tell the user to email the evidence to them and ask them if they are okay with posting it on the forum due to privacy rights. And maybe he will post that on his own.

Then the damage is still manageable and the image is polished. If Betcoin is really convinced that the user has committed fraud, then I really don't understand why they don't come up with evidence.

Little effort. That story about third party ... well, I don't really know what to think about it.

If you let a lawyer and judge look at it now, it makes sense. But SBR as an assessor? No sorry, that's too easy. Especially if the user does not receive any information.
2200  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetCoin.ag closed account and stole around 1 BTC on: November 02, 2020, 07:14:26 PM
There is no point in proving that i did something wrong?

Man... they have my bitcoin, they have the bitcoin of the other guy, they made accusations, they took the bitcoin... and all this without ANY PROOF

As has been previously mentioned in this thread all you have to do is let the mediator sort this out and if you have done nothing wrong they will rule in your favor and Betcoin has vowed to send you all the BTC you feel you are owed. Why is that so hard? Why are you insisting that they post it all in this thread? What good will come of that? They believe that you have cheated them, posting the proof in this thread will change nothing.. Clearly you must understand this?

I think it is especially difficult to confirm that it is a mediator and not someone from an official organization. So they could be biased in this case.

Besides, what's wrong with providing evidence if you accuse someone of cheating? Is the most normal thing in the world.

This has nothing to do with hating, but it seems like you're the one who doesn't read or understand the situation, Hhampuz

They don't have to post the proof in this thread at all, but they can also email it privately to the player. They don't and that's a bad thing.
