Ah! So instead of posting Nazi propaganda drawings, maybe you should start an online blog educating people about investment scams, and telling them about how people like me and Ken and VolanicEruption are ruing YOUR bitcoin.

With or without your help, there will be noobs ready to buy Active Mining stock and take it off my hands. You do realize that your strategy is ineffective and in fact you are just making the delusional cheerleaders believe more and are getting the noobs excitedto buy from me once the exchange opens.
...

Lorenzo:

I understand that my efforts have not been wholly successful.  It saddens me that you plan to dump your bag on some unsuspecting n00b.
This knowledge, reaffirmed by your reminder, only strengthens my resolve.

The problem is, no one on the forum has any confidence or trust in any of your posts. Your photoshops do not stop people from investing. I don't think you have stopped 1 person from investing in this company. So "not been wholly successful" is a complete exaggeration. They have been completely worthless. You have wasted your time and money by visiting this forum; not ours. You have wasted your own resources for no gain, and by the sheer amount of time you spent on this forum, you have wasted a huge amount of your own time and money. Now who is the better investor here?

JoTheKhan:
Please understand just how ludicrous you sound telling me i have wasted my time and money by posting here, while you have "invested" in Ken.
Do think about that for a few minutes before replying.
Granted, the cancer that is Active Mining is not in remission, thank you for reminding me to redouble my efforts.

Once prices hit above IPO on the exchange I will be well into the green my friend, if they don't already hit IPO prices once the exchange goes live. Also, you have lost far more time visiting this forum than I have by investing in this company. Once again, you have made the far poorer choice here.

Did you take a few minutes to think about that before you replied? By the quickness of your reply I am suspecting that the answer is no.

I wish shareholders were generally more demanding. Frequent financial statements that are normalized, honest communication. No unknown should be able to raise millions - if you're new you have to smart small. That's something 99% of the securities here do not manage. But when you ask for any of these, you're automatically a troll who wants "cheap shares". Asked for this for Cognitive, months later 4/5 of the dividend is "missing". I hope after so many "I told you so" people will listen.

Instead, they think hyping the company is going to make the shares valuable. It doesn't work. It lets the issuer get away with anything, and does not bring actual revenue.

I don't think you are a troll. I do find it quite amusing some people on this thread come on here more than actual investors and then claim they want no part of the company though. Instead they are on here for the "betterment of the Bitcoin community", by undermining the moderators of the forums. It's rather pretentious, especially when their means of gaining attention is through the use of rather subpar means, (Photoshopped images, unnecessary insults, trying to go of course of the topic of the thread).  If you have proof something is a scam, then present the proof and the scam will be brought to light. But calling something a scam without evidence is worse than waiting for the evidence to appear. If you personally think it is a scam then get out of the investment.

No one is going to yell FUD if people come on here against the company with facts. But coming on here whining everyday about how the company is going to fail/succeed is unnecessary. People's opinion means very little here. I am down to hear actual facts all day. Not facts that have been extrapolated along with extreme bias for or against the company. Just facts; everything else is worthless. Now if Entropy or Crumbs came on here in their pursuit to better the community with hard facts of why something is the case then I would be behind them 100%. Unfortunately that is not the case. If this company is going to fail, there is no reason for you to be on here then. That's like going on a thread about blockbuster speculation. Trying to sway people from investing. Let the company sink and those who wish to sink with it have the right to do so.

I was under the impression an Executive has to give 48 hours notice before making a trade. So Ken's only mistake was trading in secret, as it's not outright illegal.

Ken is selling unregistered securities to US persons -- a far graver transgression than insider trading.

We're all taking a risk and so that is even more motivation to succeed.
Go draw portals.

Just remember Crumbs probably wants us to fail just so he can gloat and laugh at us.

Oh really?  I thought he was here to save us with his cute kindergarten art  Cheesy

Volanic:
I've accepted your financial failings as an immutable, though unfortunate fact of life.  Efforts to save you from yourself are as productive as railing against gravity.
Honestly, sometimes i think you post here only to grumble and pick fights.

So what you have been doing for the last few months on this thread and quite a few others can best be described by yourself as unproductive? ahh ok.
545  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: December 17, 2013, 01:41:39 AM
I knew this would happen..
None of us will ever get to trade our shares.
Mark my words.

I like many others are willing to take your shares off your hands, by putting these funds into Escrow.
What was the price again? 0.00001?

Let me know, I will even pay in USD so you know the price your selling at.

Cheers,
Red

I will buy 5000 at .0001

Vigil: And how do you know this?
How do you know that Ken "has to have a few knowledgeable engineers/programmers" working for him? I bet he is trying to do it all by himself on his own. He does not trust other people and cannot delegate responsibility.
That is why he is so stressed out.

Ken can't be a one-man show in this operation... he has to have a few knowledgeable engineers/programmers, who are not his nephew and niece, working with him. eASIC had to have at least seen the FPGA prototype for the ASIC actually functioning, etc. before agreeing to this contract. Consider the statement from eASIC:
Quote
"VMC has used its vast cryptographic algorithm experience to take full advantage of the advanced performance and power reduction features in our eASIC Nextreme-3 28nm architecture", said Jasbinder Bhoot, VP of Marketing at eASIC. "This has allowed VMC to architect a very high performance Bitcoin miner, while reducing overall power consumption", added Bhoot.

That is past tense... suggesting they had already seen a working prototype running on FPGA.

Maybe this is a good sign?

The only thing that bothers me is NOT that Ken was supposed to have share verification done, but that he has not come online to acknowledge that he is late, and to tell us his new expected deadline.  THAT is something to worry about... it shows that he does not care about breaking promises, and it just seems like "too much trouble" to pop his head in and say "hi, sorry for being late""

I honestly think share verification is such a low priority at the moment. I do think it needs to be done ASAP. But there is a lot of stuff that needs to be done ASAP.
549  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: December 16, 2013, 04:40:21 AM
You are right Crumbs. But I don't think 1 million USD is a *enough* (In your sense of the word) to toss at eAsic to have them waste time doing something for someone they think is not qualified enough to not ruin their reputation; which is kind of at stake here. If Ken comes on here and screws up and finds a way to make it look like eAsic screwed up (Don't waste time trying to figure out how he can do this as I would not like to start another conversation about this, lets just assume this event happens), then eAsic could lose a potential market as ASIC's are on the rise in the BTC community.

Actually many chain stores/restaurants want you to have far more than the necessary amount of cash to pay for the costs of opening the store. They also want you to have experience in owning and managing such a store along with the desire to open more than one. As it is cheaper and more efficient to have each person who is willing to open said store be able to afford to open more than one (as they will have less people to communicate with, support and train).

Not sure where the chain store analogy fits in -- Ken is not a franchise of eAsic.  eAsic is selling him a foundry run.  At a markup.

P.S:  If i walked into Apple headquarters and threw *enough* cash at them, i'm sure i would be allowed to retail Apple gear.
All this talk about "partnership" is absurd.

Not with the stock price in btc.  Conversions are another game.   Do you convert your shares of Petrobras priced in usd to Brazilian Real constantly, although most of their sales are in Reis?

when ken receives a US dollar for selling hardware, what do you think he does with it next if he wants to pay the shareholders?

Hmm.. What is.. Shit, Can I buy a vowel?

lol anyways, so I guess we can't expect shares this weekend?

i hope you were being sarcastic.. jasun still doesnt quite get the concept

I definitely was lol.

It's a discussion thread, not an announcement thread.
555  Economy / Securities / Re: Should we just delete the Active Mining Thread? on: December 14, 2013, 04:43:58 AM
You might find this funny. But recently Ken actually Locked the thread and shut it down for a good 30minutes or so after he and VE got in a fight. He then unlocked it, closing the thread is not a smart idea. We will then see dozen of posts about "What happened to AcTM??? Why is the thread locked? Omg Ken scammed us?!?!?!?!?!"

Keep it open, use the ignore button and stop complaining because you have to scroll through a few pages when you have big money tied up into shit. People need to stop being lazy. "Omg but Crumbs won't stop posting!! I feel like I'm gonna die!" So many god damn cry babies on this forum man.
556  Economy / Securities / Re: 1128 btc -- you are off by an order of magnitude my friend on: December 13, 2013, 10:47:47 PM
yeah, and I am down to buy a Lambhorghini for $2000

Stay in the loop.
Read this wonderful thread daily.
The most recent asking price is 1128 bitcoin for all the shares I own.
Do you have 1128 bitcoins?
(0.0067456 bitcoin per share)

I have changed my mind, because you show so little faith in Ken, for you the price is .007 bitcoin per share.

LorenzoMoney... is your selling offer still valid and was it 0.00075BTC per share?

You know im asking to buy... i dont see little faith in that. Thats no buying price anymore.

I already own many shares. A higher price is good for me the other way around then... Speaking about faith... i wasnt the one trying to sell low... Smiley

Down to buy 600 at .00075

Shit! Thought I was the only one..

Anyways. What day do we think our shares/accounts will be up? Tomorrow? Sunday?

I am making a promise to the company, that if my shares are active on crypto-trade by Sunday, I will give Ken 7 Bitcoins.
You have my word, I swear it on my families graves. Smiley

The fuck? Give them to me. Or sell me your shares D=

Weekly Update 12/11/13

Crypto-Trade:

Still working on the verification program, which should be finished this week.  After the verification program is finished we will have a time where shareholders will be able to verify their shares.  After that we will move this batch over to Crypto-Trade and start trading.  Lagers will still be able to verify there shares and will be moved to Crypto-Trade in batches.

VMC:

We are continuing to bring in all the parts for mass production of our miners.

AMC:

We will be using a minimum of 50% of our manufacturing capacity to build miners for AMC's mining farm.

+1

Thank you sir.

Why do you guys continue to argue with other people who have the same information as you (none)? I'm sure your time can be better spent. We understand; for the few of you who think it is a scam. We get it. We will heed your warnings and proceed with caution. There is no more reason to try and beat it into our skull.

For the rest of you who don't think it is a scam. Please proceed with caution because a few others who you don't know at all think it is a scam and wish to protect you from the real world. Say thank you. Now can we stop this conversation which seems to have been going on for weeks. As you can see we have made NO ground in this regard.

It is Wednesday, do we expect an announcement from Ken today? Or is that starting next week?
