I dont use molex
13 amd radeon 570 2x evga g2 1600w (gpu + risers powered directly from vga slots on psu) Pentium g4560 4gb ram Win 10
Currently hashing 30.2 mh/s on each gpu. Power draw from the wall: 1520W 220V
OC directly in claymore Clocks/volt 1150/0850 2150/0850
2 more rigs coming up this weekend. It is very stable. Mining for a week without issues.

So... what would you choose between Samsung and Micron memory? (Sapphire nitro+ 8gb).
Problem is usually that you don't know what memory you get as you can't check the cards before you buy. But it does not matter in my opinion. I have 14 RX580 8GN cards with Hynix and Micron Memory and all are giving around 30 mh/s per card with modded BIOS. I got modded VBIOS for my cards from fellow miners over at anorak.tech Thanks. I could choose from the supplier. Hynix was the worst. Have u tried adjusting gpu clock to 1250? That gave me much better result. (Dual mining)

Damn. Flashed wrong bios. Forgot what kind of type of card it was. Think i flashed it with micron memory when the card have a mix of samsung and micron.
What to do? I have P/N number etc. Can I contact AMD to get the original bios? (Switch 1 and 2).

hello, I have an issue regarding my miners.. when I remotely connect to my RIGS with third party applications such as team viewer or anydesk.. GPU0 shows 0,00 hashes and claymore restarts.. What might be causing the problem ?
I am doing the same. Using igpu. It works with teamviewer but not windows rdp.

Case:
Can I connect psu to port1 on mb and give power to gpu and riser that "belongs" to port 2 on mb?

I disabled fee in Claymore. Lost 1Mh/s on each gpu.
So it' s worth to pay the fee.
how come 1% is more than 1Mh/s ? what is wrong with you? I pay 1% fee. If I disable fee I loose about 4% hashrate (from 30.5 to 29.3. Dualmining). I havent tried phoenixminer though.

Core clock 1150? That affects hashrate. The more I raise core clock the more I mine. Currently on 1200 0800mv and 2200 0850mv. radeon 570 8gb

Still mining eth? Seems like the most prof. coin atm

|

Do this program support OC, undervolt and set a work temp for gpu?
Can we remove devfee?
Too bad if this is a ripoff of Claymore.

So after some more reading, I'm now rather considering the Gigabyte B250 instead of the Asus B250 Mining Expert, because shared PCIe lanes are just no good idea.
So what's the catch to be running more than 12 GPUs on the Asus B250? You have to be running GPUs from Asus for the remaining 7 slots, right? If doing it with 12 x GeForce 1070 + 7 x Asus, can it be really running stable?
Running 13 radeon 570. No problemo. Havent tried with 14. For the last 6 u need mining cards.

|
|
Do we get paid for a mining a high profitable coin? Can I mine eth directly to my nicehash account?
Or do we get paid for the buyers wants us to mine?
|
|

Are u guys using the included asus b250 software in windows?

Samsung is the best
Micron is the worst.
It definitely matters, but not a ton. 1 or 2 Mh/s if you bios mod them correctly for ETH.
Samsung cards are way better for Cryptonite, at least in my experience.
I get 30.x with micron (sapphire nitro+ 8gb). Hynix about 28-29. Will buy some Samsung tomorrow.

What gives best hashrate of sapphire radeon 570 nitro+ 8gb. Samsung or Micron? I can choose between these two.

Dummy 4K "headless" emulator / adapters: has anyone found situations where you have to use them? I see these for anywhere from $3 to $8 for HDMI and $8 and up for true DisplayPort - both of those being the 4096 x 2180 (i.e. "4K UHD") resolution adapters with 60Hz refresh rate. I see less expensive versions for 1920HD.
I suppose that I am always linking to my ViewSonic XG2704 240MHz refresh display, so I haven't run into the need for them, but I was talking to a friend last night that absolutely insisted that - in order to get the best hash rate - you really should have them for your display-less GPU cards.
Not true. You absolutelly don't need dummy plugs. Best hashrate with them? Bullshit. The gpu with dummy plug connected to it need to render also side by side with mining the picture of the dummy plug, so hashrate can be even worse. On my rigs I have dummy plugs connected just to onboard graphics output to get comfort for remote viewing my rigs, but this is rendered by iGPU, so it is not affecting mining in any way. Will a dummy plug fix the issue with using windows rdp with claymore? I didnt have -asm in my config.txt, will I loose hashrate? NO. Simply don't use the stupid RDP. VNC is great and doesn't affect mining. Thanks, will change to something else. What u recommend of teamviewer and vnc?

Today i received a Sapphire RX 570 nitro+ 8gb with micron memory. In the begining i said....well.....lets see how it goes (i already have one Sapphire RX 580 nitro+ 8gb with micron doing 32.2 with 0 errors rock solid so.....) after a big big fail for me (i reinstalled Windows 10 on my test bench rig and had not installed ati patcher...... and i was having problems (obviously). After realising that, modded the card, 1240mhz on the core (83% asic quality) ---> 856mv. Memory 2250mhz (<10errors per hour so incredibly good for that speed). Result??? guess what....... 31,4mh/s which is actually more than i was getting on my MSI 580 8gb gaming X samsung (they will not do more than 2125mhz on the memory). I'm brutally amazed of how well Micron memory performs. 100% good memory. 2 out of 2 good micron memory. Coincidence?? Don't think so. I also got Micron. Changed to 1150/900mv on gpu 2150/850mv on memory. 29 mh/s on eth and 860 on decred dual mining. 0 hardware errors.

I am running 6 RX580s, newest Radeon drivers, Claymore 11.0. When I use the memory and core voltage and clock parameters, they have no effect. This is my command line: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal ... -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://xvg.eu1.unimining.net:5770 -dwal ... -dpsw c=XVG -allpools 1 -esm 1 -mode 0 -dcoin blake2s -asm 1 -dcri 49 -platform 1 -ftime 0 -tt 65 -ttli 75 -tstop 80 -tstart 50 -mclock 2065,2065,2030,2065,2065,2065 -mvddc 800 -cvddc 850 -mport -10047 -r 1 -dbg 0
Any advice on this?
I have to restart the miner to make the config work. AMD settings ot trixx running in background?
