That is Pangolinminer talking. There is no reason why they would need to "recognize" whatsminer.net as an official distributor. They have no authority to assess any sort of status. DJ Technologies and whatsminer.net are one and the same. DJ Technologies is an authorized distributor. The website is an online presence in the English language that helps DJ Technologies provide products/services overseas.

That's right. It's a company often referred to a MicroBT (or "Bitwei" - and often misspelled as Bitewei). Whatsminer is not manufactured by PangolinMiner.

Last night I had an hour-long call with Gaku. His team of executives speak mostly Japanese, so he does the interpreting. The company appears to be legit, but of course the only thing we can trust completely is if they actually ship working miners that meet the promised specifications. I’ll share more details soon. I’m hoping to get more info, like a bio, about the stakeholders in the company.
