Oh OK.Good work.
102  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinSports.eu - Bitcoin Sportsbook - PLAY or INVEST - No Registration! on: September 30, 2013, 06:52:51 PM
My wager placed 9/26 was shown as sent 3.4 BTC but now that the event is over it says pending 3.38 BTC.  This is a winning wager.

www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/8b2cd (Bet placed Thu, Sep 26, 9:22 PM EDT)

I sent 3.4 BTC to the address provided, here is the blockchain info:  http://blockchain.info/tx/d0f4656f140fc6dd98dff0b80d93cf2cdc4c50257f6b6398d675fbf9520a0442

I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

That slip said to send UP TO 3.38, so you placed a wager too large to be handled by the sportsbook. Maximum wagers are based on the bankroll of the book, so I wouldn't expect this bet to be processed as a wager, but you should probably get it refunded.

This is incorrect. On 9/26 it said "send up to 3.4 BTC to this address."  On 9/27 it said "3.4 BTC sent from 1GaJ4VaQ2XuRWiVHtt98AhbECjNg3J9Tj6", ACKNOWLEDGING THE WAGER HAD BEEN PLACED.  Now on 9/28 it says pending, "please send up to 3.38 BTC".  They accepted the wager on 9/27.

I hope you have documentation of that, since your story doesn't add up with what is shown on that slip.

And that is my point, it was changed after the fact.  Do you think I would be silly enough to send more than the maximum wager?  I always check the wager to make sure it was accepted, and it was.

It's hard to believe that it was manually changed. Bit365 responds quickly, though, so just sit tight for him to investigate.

The max bet amount changes slightly hour by hour as bets are graded but the max amount at the time your bet is placed will always be honored.

Cheers

I am disappointed my bet was not honored, but thank you for returning my 3.4 btc bet amount to me.
I am disappointed as well and I am investor not a bettor.I assume you have a reason for this policy, but I think you should consider to accept such a bets, grade for the maximum allowed and return a change.I don't know how big software changes it would require. This guy
didn't try to violate the max. bet rule.As it is I wouldn't feel comfortable making max bet and it shouldn't be.

My main problem with NEOBEE is not bitcoin fluctuation directly, but but with the optimistic projections how many people will trust them with there money in relatively short period of time. Because there is considerable cost to run the business, they don't have much time to prove
that the business is sound.
My second biggest concern is regulation. There is graveyard of bitcoin companies who in the time of there lunch did comply with regulations but was not able to keep up as the regulators reacted on presence of new element and try to protect legacy businesses and there constituents.

Mikon can you answer my question?
106  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: September 20, 2013, 08:20:10 PM
Yes. I'm trying to ask directly, and also seek permission for this kind of thing. It's much better if it's site supported rather than trying to scrape the data from the screen (it can be done) or packet sniffing.

If x supplies the network data, that would be better. While I haven't looked at it, this kind of data should somehow be encrypted, if it isn't already.

I'm counting on Seals not being like Stars and being "friendlier" with their poker players. It's not like I can see what the other players are holding.

Dabs hit me up micon@sealswithclubs.eu / let me forward you to some boys that may be able to help.
I don't think anybody should be aloud analyse his hand before the hand end.Any reason why you want to help him Mikon?I don't consider this "friendlier"to me.
