I messaged Minersource again, asking for an update on the LCD and compensation and to ask for a partial refund due to the lie I was told about my ordered being valued at $100 when it wasn't. So far it seems they dont give a shit and ignoring my emails.
So if anyone is considering buying from minersource, just stop, because as soon as you have an issue. They will ignore you!
You honestly need to file a claim with the FTC to get their attention. We've got 3 Raspberry Pi's with Hashra software on it with a total of 38 gridseed blades (19 devices).
We tried to mine this coin with a few pools but everytime we encounter the same problem.
A lot of rejects and suddenly it will go to the backup pool.
Does anyone know what the problem can be?
Hi! I am encountering a similar problem. I have three miners from zeusmining. Two blizzards(small) and a hurricanex3(bigger). The small miners get about 17% rejects! The bigger miner gets about 0.1% rejects. With other coins they are close the same. So anyone with the smaller miners may be having trouble... Don't know why! |

 I am trying to add the coin to my pool in linux. So far sucessful compile but i cant get the wallet address since viacoind getaccountaddress "" or viacoind getinfo does not work. How can i get this? viacoin-cli It should be where you compiled. ./viacoin-cli getinfo |

Its merge mined not sure u guys know the implicTions of that for mining. Mining wont get you many coins lets put it that way.
Is this true? Because all I have read is this: "As a scrypt coin we could always take advantage of merged mining in the future. That is why we chose scrypt because there is a lot of hash power available." Merged mining is dangerous for new coins. No? |

I still don't know much about POS. Can a coin without miner's support survive?
But, if as secure as POW then this is much better for everyone. And this coin seems simple and well organized. I like it!
I wonder about the coins in the genesis block and how the transfer from SAT1 to SAT2 works. I need to learn more programming.

Nobody has answered me about coin staking. Maybe the dev ought to elaborate on this topic. I asked if my coin stake when there are locked in the wallet. And second,when I close my wallet,it is automatically locked,isn`t it so? Can the dev give more technical/practical insight into the coin staking. Theory is what we know,we only miss few practical points. I'm not the dev but the quick version: You need to unlock for staking ((Settings->Unlock wallet, you can check 'For staking only' for extra security). Yes, after closing the wallet it is automatically locked again. Thanks man,that was what I needed to hear. So,in a line:I need to keep the wallet running and unlocked in order to benefit from staking. Sounds unsecure to me since I had "an accident" 6 months ago when I was left without a few millions of Doge... I think I will skip the staking process,nevertheless I wont dump my SAT2 before 25 as i said... .000025 BTC? |

After you pay someone in DRK, is there a way to prove that you payed?
Yes, the receiver generates an address just for you. You transfer monies to that address. The blockchain shows that monies have been transferred to that address. I thought the blockchain was hidden. Sorry for noob questions. |

I'm very confused about the SAT2 staking feature. It was my understanding that coins which stay in the wallet, earn interest over time. For a few days now, I have been receiving micro transactions ... about 0.01 - 0.02 SAT2 every 15 minutes or so. The thing is, my balance is actually going down. When I woke this morning, my balance was 13959 SAT2, as of now, it's been reduced to 13956 SAT2. Can anyone elaborate on this?
I don't understand fully either. It seems your coins go from "coin" state to "stake" state. I guess you can still use them? Maybe qt doesn't show this? I'm only running the daemon. I suppose your max coins will continue to decrease and stake increase... Edit: i just checked and my stakes went down while my coins went back up. I don't know how POS works! Any good links? |

Be warned I had some issues setting up the pool to mine against the daemon compiled in Ubuntu. Mines perfectly fine when I point it at the windows wallet though. I'm having no problems running a pool on Arch linux against the daemon. Using this pool software out of the box: https://github.com/Crypto-Expert/stratum-mining |
