Its merge mined not sure u guys know the implicTions of that for mining. Mining wont get you many coins lets put it that way.
Is this true? Because all I have read is this: "As a scrypt coin we could always take advantage of merged mining in the future. That is why we chose scrypt because there is a lot of hash power available." Merged mining is dangerous for new coins. No?

I said being scrypt, we could take advantage in the future if it made sense.

Speculations on what the price will be once it hits bittrex?
So if you take a look at http://coinmarketcap.com/ and look at some of those coins and compare them using volume and [potential] (for us) success, then you can estimate around a $3 million dollar marketcap if this coin delivers, seeing as how FTC, URO, and REDD are where they are. In that case, $3 miillion converts to around 4790 BTC. With 10 million VIA in circulation at the start, we can divide out total marketcap by the number coins to see the value of each coin: 4790/10000000 = 0.000479 (47.9k satoshi starting price). Hope this helps, but remember, these are my arbitrarily placed numbers, not actual ones

BUT i hope that we don't focus too much on that. if you've done your research you'll know that this is more than just a clone to get on an exchange and try to make a quick profit from. if you are interested in turning your investment into really great returns, consider holding for a long time, and don't focus on the exchanges too much. i think where we can be in a year is a heck of lot more exciting to talk about than where will be in a week.

I would love to see this thread moderated, because I wouldn't want some valuable info to be distorted by people that have missed the boat, or some that dont understand the potential and argue without any research.
Maybe a poll? Or just +1 this for a moderated thread.

odd how the devs have been totally silent...
no mining - no updates - just an empty wallet where a bunch of coins were purchased and no distributions yet...
things that make you go hmmmmm....

Lol. The dev posted a couple hours ago. It is also well known that mining will be up and running in the next couple of days.

Do you REALLY expect dev to report every hour ? What's the hurry? Just find some work to do and come back..

are you prepared to make an apology when the dev continues to give updates and the coin turns out not to me a scam? hmmmmm no apology will be necessary since I never said it was a scam I just said what I know to be factual have you gotten your coins yet has mining started has the deposit wallet been emptied? do you personally know or have you met any of these people do you know where they live so if they have an absconded with your money you could at least go throw stones at their house??? do you at least know their real names? trust me when I say that I really hope this turns out to be a great investment for all of you and I am looking forward to mining the point no one more than myself understands better that risk reward and return go hand in hand and the higher the risk typically the higher the reward I hope it works out for all of you

I don't know. Is that the real block chain? That is block 3660, but there are no mined coins in it. If it was the real block chain there would have been 10 coins generated, right?

This is one of the alts i will hold till december, since the dev has lot of reputation and i think a dreamer. 0.01 per via/btc is not impossible since this targets apps and new market.
I'm tired of anon shit, mixers, and all that, that has no use in the real market world. Doesn't matter if u are hidden, no one will track u. All those people are just paranoid, lol
