Hello!
My ticket is 773685.
I made BTC withdrawal. But it stuck in pending status for 4 hours without BTC blockchain
TxId. Support engineer wrote that I have to wait patiently.
How much time I have to wait for my BTC to withdraw?
On status.cex.io theres no info about crypto withdrawal delays. What has happened with my
transaction???
Dear EvgenyV, Thank you for your post. As we can see our Tech department has already resolved the issue and the transaction has been restored. Kindly be informed that BTC transactions were unstable at that time and our Status page was updated on this matter, but a bit later, as it took some time to identify the issue. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Shortly after sending the new documents that I have been asked, CEX.IO solved the issue. This process started on January 10. During this time, many developments occurred in crypto world that I have missed due to this verification. Thanks CEX.IO!!! |

It has been 2 months and 10 days since I have opened the ticket #740302. Please note that this is a follow-up of the ticket that you closed although I have provided the required documents. In total it's been more than 6 months to pass the AML/KYC form verification.
Do you think this is fair?

I was told on the system that my usd withdrawal with ID 5387865539 was SENT to my bank account (after waiting 10 days for preparation) and was asked to wait 20 days.
But now I see that the money is not sent, instead CEX deposited that money to my account and it shows in my balance!!!
Why did you tell me that my USD withdrawal was approved and even sent to the bank? Why did you keep my money on hold for 3 weeks?
And you claim you are not a scam?

You are absolutely right! I am also having difficulties to understand the reason behind why we do not have an official Telegram channel. The only think that I can imagine is that the team would like to avoid a communication medium below some standards (less members, no admins, etc). @suretly: Opening a Telegram channel is just the beginning. At least one official member of Suretly team should be available on Telegram and communicate with the community. The communication must be clear, satisfying and continuous. |

Makul bir vergi getireceklerini de ben sanmıyorum  Umarım bu konuda araştırma yapıp Avpurada ve ABD deki vergi oranlarını dikkate alırlar. Wikipedia'ya baksalar bile bir fikir olur ama erişim yasak değil mi? |

Dostum PM kapalı olduğundan buradan yazıyorum: Eğer keystore dosyasını attın ve mail adresi ile aynı parolayı kullanıyorsan mail adresini ele geçiren birisi cüzdanı boşaltabilir. Yok, mail adresine private key i içeren PDF yi attıysan yine aynı durum. Belki bu riskleri zaten göze almışsındır ama hatırlatıyim dedim. Sağlıcakla kal. |

Bununla birlikte dikkat edilmesi gereken birkaç nokta daha var. Bunlardan ikisi şu şekilde:
1. Balinalar bir tane değil. Diğer balinaların bu hareketlere nasıl tepki vereceği ve manipülasyonu hangi yönde etkileyeceği bana ilginç bir araştırma konusu gibi geliyor.
2. İşlemlerin absürd görünmemesi için bir anda büyük bir alım/satım değil, kısa zaman aralıklarına bölünmüş şekilde küçük alım/satımların yapıldığını düşünüyorum. Bunun için de tabi ki bot kullanımı gerekiyor.
