241  Other / Off-topic / Re: Someone told me those who invest in bitcoin are occults. on: July 22, 2018, 07:25:41 AM
Sometimes you need to separate your religious beliefs when it comes to your finances. Religion is a business and sometimes be biased when it comes to your decisions. Don't be brainwashed with such FUD better yet make your own research about the project that you wanted to invest in than asking other people's opinion on the matter. The more information that you will learn about a certain crypto or project that you want to put your money in, the more trust that you can build and you'll feel secured about your money not going down the drain. We shouldn't let other people's opinion cloud our judgement when it comes to our very own money and investment plans.
242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Bitcoin-related scam attempt email on: July 22, 2018, 07:18:07 AM
Since we are moving to the digital future of payments we will be expecting a lot of more hacking incidents and scams in crypto space. The best thing that we should do is be very careful and vigilant in reporting such acts to at least lessen cyber crimes. If you happen to know someone that is doing phishing, scam schemes or even hacking hobbies then please do report it to the authority. We may not be hacked or victimized by those scam schemes but we don't know in the near future with the development of new hacking tools, everything is possible with just a simple click of a link or even here in the forum.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you are to be a bounty manager, How will you run the bounty campaign? on: July 21, 2018, 03:38:08 AM
If I'll be a bounty manager I'd definitely give more percentage on the social media part since there are lots of participants who are very much willing to join. The stakes to be given should be worthy for a 3 or 4 months time of promoting the ICO. The best thing to do is have an eth or btc to be sent in an escrow wallet making sure that if the project is a scam, the efforts of the bounty hunters won't go down the drain and still get paid. This is just my opinion though.  Grin
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Cryptos finally getting stable? on: July 21, 2018, 03:25:33 AM
It feels like it's this time of the year again for the bullish market. Not sure if it's gonna the same as last year though. But many will recover. Whaddya think?
Crypto will never be the same as last year's performance in the market due to lots of factors but we can't really tell or predict what will happen in the future. I myself is also hoping that history will repeat itself but its kinda vague. When it comes to crypto stability, that's impossible to be realized as of this moment. Maybe few decades from now it could happen because the market is still so young.

245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Congressman who suggested Bitcoin [BTC] ban accused of conflict of interest on: July 20, 2018, 08:17:06 AM
There are really lots of people who are really hypocrite in nature. If only this congressman benefited from crypto then he won't be suggesting to ban BTC. FIAT or crypto can be both used in illegal transactions. Hope that the government will stop focusing on the negative side of the technology of crypto and promote the benefits that we can get using the blockchain technology for the betterment of our economy and services offered from different business sectors of the world.

246  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Merit Earn Question on: July 19, 2018, 02:30:12 AM
Hello, I was new here, I was told by my friend to join here.
Hope that your friend didn't tell you that this forum can make you a living for you will be drawn to the wrong path. Since you're new in here you don't need to think about getting merits or to rank up. I suggest that you take time to read and learn about the technology.
After I read some on the meta section and some section is something I want to ask. Do you think looking for merit by reporting cheaters on bounty campaign then making post in section meta allowed or ethical? thanks
Merit system was implemented not to this purpose of us moderating the forum for spams and such. This is to encourage members who wish to rank up by posting valuable and constructive posts.
P.S: What I mean maybe when we post a report and get merit from a member here not directly asking to give merit to me to other members
As a newbie it would be worthwhile if you spend most of your time reading and learning in here than moderating the forum for cheaters of bounties. The merit system is not meant for those actions so its not really an assurance that your efforts of investigating cheating accounts will be merited. It's just a total waste of time.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoin be as important as Bitcoin? on: July 18, 2018, 01:43:28 AM
It really depends on what altcoins are you referring to. There are lots of altcoins that are left underdeveloped and unnoticed. Some are just shitcoins spamming the crypto market. Others are only used for pump and dumps. For me, no one can surpass or even level up the same as what bitcoin have experienced in the past few years of performance in the market.
248  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin (BTC) Price Analysis: Bulls Refuse To Back Down on: July 16, 2018, 05:26:41 AM
https://ethereumworldnews.com/bitcoin-btc-price-analysis-bulls-refuse-to-back-down/

This is what I love about BTC. With the previous bloodshed, BTC is trying to exhibit a very promising uptrend despite the FUD and hacking incidents that happened. Hope this recovery will last until next year's bitcoin halving and continue to perform well in the coming years.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Exchange In Japan Is Offering Bitcoin Loan on: July 16, 2018, 05:20:40 AM
Japanese Cryptocurrency exchange Bitbank has made an announcement to commence BTC-USD, a Bitcoin borrowing program. The idea has been developed to engage more new customers along with enhancing additional foreign exchange.
https://www.owltmarket.com/cryptocurrency-exchange-in-japan-is-offering-bitcoin-loan/

This is one way of getting the name out of crypto to the public but there are some risks in this kind of business for btc value is very volatile. I know that people in Japan are very trustworthy so no problems with the paying time of the lenders. The only thing that is the problem is the value of bitcoin which is very unpredictable. If someone will loan 1btc for just $5k and suddenly after a month the BTC will increase its value 2 times then the one who loaned it will be paying double for a BTC loan. This is the risk when it comes to loaning BTC.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoin be as important as Bitcoin? on: July 15, 2018, 11:06:13 AM
In any ecosystem, be it in nature or business, there is always a competition. And most often than not, the best always rises to the top. And here in our crypto ecosystem, a competition do also exist. Between Bitcoin and Altcoin. We all very well known that bitcoin, being the first and most proven cryptocurrency already took the center stage in crypto market. Now that altcoins came into the picture, where does it really stands? What will be the selling point of altcoin that will eventually led the bitcoin enthusiasts to finally switch places?

Altcoin values really depends on the adoption and acceptance of the people. If the altcoin has promising technology to offer to the community then there will be a high chance that the particular altcoin will have a huge value and people who believes in its technology will definitely support that altcoin. I doubt that bitcoin enthusiasts would literally go switch their investments from btc to a certain altcoin, that would never happen.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / CRYPTOCURRENCY/FIAT TRADING ON COBINHOOD on: July 15, 2018, 09:42:01 AM
https://bitcoinist.com/cobinhood-launches-cryptocurrency-fiat-trading-pairs/

Brace yourselves guys. This will surely create good effects on the crypto market. The mere fact that we can just exchange directly our FIAT to our favorite altcoins will really make a difference in accessibility and fees. We don't have to purchase Eth or BTC first or any other coins for us to do trading. This is really a great news to all of us. Hoping that other platforms will implement this as well  for our convenience.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of crypto money on: July 14, 2018, 05:16:23 AM
Few years from now everyone who loves to venture out or learn new technologies will eventually adopt in crypto and as long as the adoption rate is high the higher the values of crypto as well. We just have to make sure that we take advantage of the low prices right now for more profit in the near future. The crypto market will always correct itself and eventually will go from bearish to bullish one. Happy hodling everyone!
253  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Worth To Be Currency? on: July 14, 2018, 04:53:45 AM
Due to the volatility of bitcoin's value as of now it will never be worthy to be a currency. For me personally I find bitcoin more as a store of value rather than use it as a currency for the fees are so high and sometimes slow transactions speed. Maybe few years from now when its value will be more stable then we could say that bitcoin is really worthy to be come a currency and use it in our everyday transactions.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India may green light Bitcoin- U-Turn Decision on: July 14, 2018, 04:50:13 AM
Great news for every one. This really could give good effects on bitcoin's performance in the crypto market. Hope that other countries who are banning cryptos will also lift their bans and embrace this awesome technology. This is just the beginning of some great news that we will experience in the coming years. Just really hoping that every country will see crypto as an advantage if used properly rather than a threat to the economy. There are still lots of technology improvements that blockchain can offer so better take advantage on this side of the innovation.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Crypto go down ? on: July 12, 2018, 04:30:57 AM
There are so many reasons why crypto market is bearish. There are so many FUD happening and lots of investors are pulling out their investments. If you believe in the technology then you hodl. One reason as well is the hacking incidents of exchanges that really affected the market performance. Hopefully anytime soon the market will correct itself and will be bullish again for us to profit.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FBI Is Now Investigating 130 Cryptocurrency Related Cases on: July 11, 2018, 04:36:28 AM
At least the FBI is not neglecting crypto related crimes. There are lots of people taking advantage of other people's money in crypto space. That is why the government is really vigilant in regulating cryptos due to these criminal acts like selling illegal drugs, money laundering and funding terrorists. Hope that these cyber criminals will be placed behind bars for their crimes.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crime Using Other People Accounts To Follow Bounty Campaign on: July 10, 2018, 04:23:35 AM
Doing KYC in a place like this is somewhat risky. Imagine if the forum will be hacked and all information will be compromised. There are millions of active users in here and I bet majority of the high rank won't allow KYC. Theymos would definitely won't let that happen even in the future. I know that there are lots of scammers in here and wanted to earn money easily, we just have to be vigilant when it comes to those kinds of members by reporting them to mods.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the current trends in the crypto market? on: July 10, 2018, 04:07:36 AM
Q4 is fast approaching and it has been predicted that by the end of the year crypto market will be bullish. No one can really predict crypto values but as you can see right now, the crypto market is slowly recovering from bloodbath hoping this will continue to climb up slowly. We should take advantage buying promising altcoins for future profit in the near future.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Big company involvement in crypto will make Bull market come earlier? on: July 09, 2018, 06:13:33 AM
Recently Microsoft Taiwan announced its partnership with Digital China and Hot Cool in the hope that the three companies can use blockchain technology to improve the financial, e-commerce, entertainment, and other industries.

The collaboration will combine Digital China’s Digital DADA, Microsoft Azure Blockchain Workbench, a blockchain cloud technology platform, and Hot Cool’s MSP. Azure Blockchain Workbench gives blockchain developers a pre-built network and infrastructure, which supports Azure’s blockchain network with Azure Active Directory, Key Vault, and SQL Database.

From my point of view i think this wil bring the bull market earlier than we think before the end of the year because there will be massive pump of money into the crypto market as big company like Microsoft partners in blockchain enterprise.

We should be shopping for promising coins right now since there are lots of good news that could possibly make the market bullish in the near future. Hope that those companies will pour their wealth into crypto and make a bullish market before the end of year 2018. I would somewhat believe now in the predictions that by next year 2019, the market will be bullish again if we can see some signs of bull before the year ends.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Western Union getting into crypto on: July 09, 2018, 06:08:25 AM
Great news! If this is really true then we will be expecting a bullish crypto market anytime soon. There are lots of transactions that are made everyday with Western Union and we all know how big this company is. Hoping that we will see some great effect on the news. Let's all spread the word out about this adoption of Western Union to blockchain.
