201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any truly safe bets in sports betting? on: October 21, 2020, 02:18:18 PM
Any bettor with sufficient information and acting on it will have better chances of winning than bettors without sufficient information. This is basically what reduces the risk for the skilled/successful bettor. And it applies in many areas of our life. The most prepare or informed will do better than the unformed/less-prepared.
It is all about chances but not really like being safe,

In sports there are good team or player and that we could compare their playing capabilities. There are those times that we can say that a match has high chances for this team or player to win. So, it safe to bet with them. However, there is a chance that bet will going to lose and that will make you surprises like you will going to lose in the bet and that will dissapoint you.

For me i bet theres is no such any safe bets in sports, it is somewhat depending on a high chance and having all depend upon the luck. Sports betting don't have any  assurance of what team will going to be a winner because sometimes even the stongest team with strongest player end failure in a game. So this only mean that sports betting were risky also, a 50/50 chance of winning or losing in such a sports bet no assurance of how you going to win the game.
202  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I have Good advice for investors on: October 20, 2020, 04:42:01 PM
To hope that you will be lucky in trading, provided that you have no experience in this business - this is simply stupid. Even if the first few days you will have positive results in trading, it will be only because the market for this particular currency pair is going up, as soon as the direction of the market movement changes, you will lose your income and start to go into the red.

Such feeling is just to deceive oneself because as you said, if the market do a turn around of trend, it will definitely expose the lack of training and experience by the trader. So, trading shouldn't be seen as something depending on luck. Luck don't work to have steady profit.
A precisely statement mate, trading don't be depend on luck it was a pure knowledge of what you have doing, a strong background of information that you learn from your own study about basic knowledge re trading and most especially the lesson that you learned from your previous trading will solidify the things that you must need in your next attempt in trading. We can't predict what will gonna be the next trend of crypto, turning around of the market trend will reveal to you how deep your learning about crypto is, so better be knowledgeable than depend on luck.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to move on if you've failed to meet the due date of a bounty campaign on: October 20, 2020, 01:56:04 PM
1. Stop whining
I understand some people though, it’s just the frustration that makes them to keep whining. My good advice is that people should always have other jobs to support them, because I believe is because they have placed all their mind on that money and sometimes have plans that they want to sort out with it, and at the end it became something else. So let them have other things doing, if one disappoints, the other ones are there to provide the money you need.

Don't blame the bounty manager for closing the forms just as you're about to submit reports. Blame yourself for not making it on time.
Really we can’t blame the managers in this case if they really made an announcement about it, it’s to simply move, no stress. If you keep disturbing yourself on an issue like this, nothing is probably going to be changed.

Failed to meet the due date of a bounty campaign shouldn't be blame on the bounty managers since the failed side wasn't on them but on the member. Whinning of a member is inevitable since a bounty campaigns gives a reward and they were expecting for a reward for their efforts but knowing it didn't make it on a scheduled date doesn't count them on. By accepting the fact that its your side who failed, and let the failure be a lesson learn so that for the next bounty campaigns you already learn what to do.
204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: it seems to getting more difficult now to analyse cryptocurrency prices on: October 20, 2020, 12:11:15 PM
The cryptocurrency market has always been unpredictable and all can happen, even in 2017 it is difficult for people to invest effectively.
However I think that's the great thing about the crypto market, the good guys will make a big profit. If the market is too predictable, I don't think anyone will make any money.
I think no one knew what will happen in 2017-2018, but bitcoin showing the power to lift the price in a short time. The price can jump to the very highest price, which we never imagine before. And yes, this time, we are getting more difficult to analyze the crypto price, but we don't need to give up because of this. We need to keep trying to analyze and find the time to enter the market. Maybe we need to take a break for a while before analyzing the price, so we can see a sign to know what we need to do.

Well analysing a crypto market wasn't that easy on the first place and it didn't changed after all. It still not easy up to now, its volatility, being decentralised and unpredictable prices make it more difficult to spell on. But as what i have observed to the market this past few months cryptocurrency values were in an impressed values, especially bitcoin which have a value of $10000 and this was somewhat impressing to the investors.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think we have more bounty hunters now because of the pandemic on: October 20, 2020, 12:04:31 AM
It depends. Well, that's what really supposed to happen, just like what you've said, because of the pandemic. Maybe few people will be able to discover this forum and know the opportunities of earning here or maybe the tons of sleeping accounts will finally wake up as well. BUT the question is, will they find bounties still interesting? I can no longer answer that question because for sure I'll be biased lol Grin.

I never became a fan of bounty campaigns because ibalready learned after getting a sh*tcoin. You should as well.

In this time of crisis lets expect that there were a lot of people searching for a source of income especially online. But i doubt that because of this pandemic, bounty hunters will flooded and may able to get into a bounty campaign because i can say that to those who haven't any idea about crypto this thing would be on their last list. Aside from it the mere fact that almost less chance to get a legit  bounty campaigns are also being an issue.
206  Other / Archival / Re: Potential shortage of bitcoins? on: October 19, 2020, 02:49:11 PM
There is no shortage of Bitcoin because even though there are many Bitcoin holders or large investors who buy Bitcoin there is no downside, because there are still exchanges to buy Bitcoin and Bitcoin will still be there when someone buys it. So if Bitcoin is hard to get, it doesn't mean Bitcoin will have a potential shortage or won't exist anymore, Bitcoin will always exist, but there is a possibility that the price will be even higher if Bitcoin becomes difficult to obtain.

I didn't get it when it comes to shortage of bitcoin, i was thinking that if this whales who have gotten a huge amount of bitcoin will surely just put that purchased bitcoin of them to a hodl system? Maybe its a no right, those whales are investors, wanting to generate a lot of profit than in their investment so those purchased crypto will only circulate in block market and just come and go to every investors. The prices may vary each time depend upon the movement of demand and supply of crypto in the market.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has the properties of an employment opportunity on: October 19, 2020, 12:39:41 PM

Moreover, you are to register, meet up with a given task at stipulated time, your delivery is accessed and paid as token. What else makes it different from an employment?

Different? You cannot called it as payment since its not guaranteed payment and you don't know how much value you will get if you are doing that task.

Unlike you are employed you will know how much salary you will get every week or every 15days .
Too way different if you compare it to real world job.

Well for me when it comes to employment meaning to say you have a certain job, having a consistent salary monthly and has a specific salary that was intend to pay for the job well done. The difference of bitcointalk or bounty campaigns and signature campaigns from employment was the mere fact that we don't have any assurance that the payment that we earn from the last month will be the same for the next month. Bounty campaigns and signature campaigns may considered as passive income but with such a indefinite value of payment. This signature campaigns wasn't intend to generate money after all, it is a forum that each and everyone could exchange each ideas, can inform each and everyone about what happen in the crypto market.
208  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: DITO stocks - dapat ba mag invest na DITO? on: October 18, 2020, 01:05:08 AM
With the current price talagang magkakaroon ng interest ang mga taong maginvest sa company na iyan. If I have the money siguro maginvest din ako kaso I have other plans with it. Just imagine if 10 years from now yang 3 pesos na yan magiging 30 pesos so for example ang 10,000 stock investment mo na 3 pesos magiging 300,000 pesos in 10 years so may kita ka pag binenta mo ang stocks mo. If you have the money then go for it. Invest, nakatulong ka na sa kumpanya, kikita ka pa in the long run.

Mukhang maganda ngang mag invest sa DITO, the mere fact kasi na telco company sya at alam naman nating gamit na gamit ang internet services dito sa bansa natin lalo na't nabansagan tayong mga Pinoy na social media engaged e for sure na kikita ka din if ever first bago palang tong company, medyo mura pa kung bibili ka ng stocks and mga within 5-10 years na in the operation na ang DITO may kikitain na din. Though its too early na epredict kung magkiclick ba ito, pero kung ung services naman e kayang tapatan o higitan pa ang globe or smart no doubt na kayang kaya ungosan ni DITO ang 2 big telcos dito sa bansa.
209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm very worried about my Crypto Trading. on: October 17, 2020, 12:42:24 AM
Learn the logic of trading first. Trading seems simple but difficult. Don't perform surgery before going to medical school. Follow influential that have been in the field for decades, watch YouTube videos on how to minimize risk and trade successfully in any market condition. Don't follow pump and dump group and avoid extra grated price prediction YouTubers

In a simple explanation we should educate ourselves first before we will going to trade in any kind of cryptocurrency. Yes, trading was simple to think of but difficult to execute since you need to put a money in it and thinking of a money involve makes it terrify. Observe the market for a while and study the market fluctuations though it may not predictable but atleast you may develop your gut feelings of which crypto was worth to trade
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin truly moving forward? on: October 16, 2020, 02:38:21 PM
Market prediction of bitcoin and altcoins weren't that easy as people predict the market changes of stocks. The growth that has taken place with bitcoin over the past few years of time has been moving gradually with unpredictable price move at times as the one that happened during the previous bull run. Based on the history of price move, it is true that bitcoin is moving forward.

Did you heard that there is one person which have a prediction regarding on the rising of cryptocurrency or even bitcoin? Did you ever experience having a prediction or expectation that the value of bitcoin will become $11k? If no then i am with you, never in my wildest dream i could encounter this cryptocurrency that i am truly admitted become the biggest part of my moving forward life. I witnessed how market values tossed up and down, each time you check the blockfolio you see the green lines and + sign you will be relief but after time you checked again you may see a - sign and a red lines and that was terrifying. But in all aspects of crypto fluctuation i guess  were the sole consistency that crypto has. But based on my observation despite all of these, i can see that bitcoin were truly moving forward to a more profitable crypto that each and everyone would be delighted to have.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just discover possible reason why btc is safe heaven on: October 16, 2020, 01:13:48 PM
The price is already above $11,000 right now, although it doesn’t mean it won’t go down, since that’s not much, but at the same time there is still the chance that the price can continue going up from there. I have been holding my bitcoins for a long time now and I know one thing for sure that it will go up in future, even if the price should crash, there is more chances of going up in the future.

The problem some people are having is because they are always hoping for the price to go from $1 to $100,000 in a day, they are looking for quick money, but it doesn’t work that way. It can take months, depending on when you invested for you to make a good profit from it. I tell people that if they can’t have that kind of patience, then it’s best they look for something else.

As of now bitcoin price of $11,000 was a safe heaven to think of but we cant assure that this value may take so long because we can't tell when this price would take dumped off or much better if it going up. Fluctuations of price may happened anytime in the market and it depends upon the supply and demand of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency value varies anytime, unpredictable and you are the one who can control your lose be careful enough and have patience.
212  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bangko Sental ng Pilipinas on Crypto adoption on: October 15, 2020, 03:17:36 PM
Ito na kaya ang hinintay nating pagkakataon na ma-fully legalize na ang paggamit ng Bitcoin sa bansa natin at saka maging yung maliliit na establishments ay tatanggap narin ng ganitong pamamaran nang pagbayad?

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency was never illegal here in the Philippines. I think the right term to use is to "fully implemented" bitcoin as a mode of payment and support online wallets like coins.ph and gcash (to adapt) bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as well.

What comes in my mind is the disadvantage of it, because if they announced it in public, either it will be misunderstood or will create some hype that will be an opportunity to scammers to scam people by selling it to them in a cheap price.

If this will became a reality, that the whole country will start to adapt bitcoin, I hope that the Government first will educate people about it and safety precautions to avoid getting scam.

Pero based on my research may nabasa akong pahayag ng isa sa mga kawani ng gobyerno natin na they are open minded and open handed by the cryptocurrency. Pero sa tingin ko malayo pa ang panahong aantayin natin bago pa man maipaimplement ang pagaadopt sa bitcoin.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Enpugh is enough time Truth about btc on: October 15, 2020, 01:38:42 PM
your title is verry serious but the content is half funny . can you show that " more evidence " your saying while you dont need to show evidence that btc is built by satoshi because we already know that ,

theres alot of evidence left on the internet that satoshi did built btc althought he didnt create the whole cryptocurrency ecosystem but there are other people thats behind for that  . there are crypto that are created by banks or related to banks and one of it is ripple  .

An appropriately title but the content may contain something half curiosity if does it have any concrete evidence to prove that the bank created bitcoin and not Satoshi and half funny instead. Something funny to think if ever the bank created it coz as we all know bitcoin or cryptocurrency was decentralised and volatile, non of the banks have a control on it. So why do insist this certain topics without proof attached??
214  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I Don't undestood why not use funds to earn stable profit on: October 14, 2020, 02:53:15 PM
1. It's going to be difficult to find traders that actually has a good past record of trading profit.
2. Even if a certain trader's past records are pretty good, "Past performance is no guarantee of future results".
3. Personally, I trust my investments and I know what I'm capable of; simply because I've done extensive research on my investments. I'd assume the newbies will also have the same reasoning.

From what i heard about bitcoin some says that generate a profit from it was can be huge as what we are expecting but i already have an idea also that generate a profit from it was not as easy as im expecting most especially generate a profit from trading. Trading for me was a riskiest thing that could be imagine in crypto. No assurance if you will going to win, no assurance if you can maintain if the amount that you've invested be still the same if ever or worst case scenerio to lost all of them. As what i have said it is not easy to gain profit in trading research, learning from past mistakes even learning from your losses would be your best teacher here.
215  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is bitcoin just for investors on: October 14, 2020, 01:18:07 PM
Bitcoin is not just for investors alone. Some people choose bitcoin as  their investment, where they can buy coins and sell coins to make profit at the end of the transaction. While some choose bitcoin as a platform where they can have more knowledge to use to differentiate bitcoin with other cryptocurrencies and for them to be identify as a bitcoin users not for investment alone.
Some just choose bitcoin as a course to study, so that they can  impact all new users and,how to relate with bitcoin to get a good rank from the forum.

It can be used by investors, traders, merchants for their business, people for transferring money etc. So it shows us that it can be used by anyone and not just restricted to investors. But majorly people use it as a investment as it is one of the most profitable returns over the years and all have witnessed that 2017 bull run.

Bitcoin was for all means of purposes that a person may use wherever he/she wants. It may not solely used for trading or for investment but some of us here uses bitcoin as a mode of payment in their transaction via online. Well i guess the means of being convenient of bitcoin in payment system was best fit for all. Aside from it the mere fact that having a 1 bitcoin token if ever converted to fiat may valued much and can be used in such many transactions and can buy much goods than using a fiat.
216  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Rather learn to trade by yourself on: October 14, 2020, 11:59:00 AM
I have some friend that rely from others and get paid to trade for them. Understand the risks in crypto as we all know price is volatile. I agree with this statement learn for yourself and trade on your own. If your money lose all you can't blame anyone the group that you paid for. This is why it is best to learn and gain knowledge, anyway you will be the one who can gained benefits for your hard work.

Its your money so the onus also lies on that person because trading in crypto is risky as it is highly volatile. So, learning and knowing is very much necessary before anyone start to trade. The more you learn and get experience better as an individual as this will help you in future to trade and you will not have to depend on anybody else for trading tips.

I know from the start that cryptocurrency was risky and so trading. We cannot blame others that they entrust their money, their token to other people which is knowledgeable in cryptocurrency rather than taking time for themselves to learn trading easily. Its not easy to trade, maybe they are afraid of getting lost their money. And im sure also that even they entrust their money to others maybe they are studying the crypto market and planning some strategic plans regarding trading.
217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you prefer? Live casino games or slots? on: October 13, 2020, 05:22:42 PM
I'll take a live casino game over slots any day.  Personally to me there isn't a whole about slot machines that will keep me sitting there for hours on end.  I want to competition, and I want my skill to be able to help me win.  I realize some slots are skill bases but most are just luck.  To me , if I'm going to sit down for hours at a time I want to be playing something like Texas Hold'em where skill is being utilized.  There's more of a "sport" aspect to it IMO.

Personally, i didn't play live casino even once in my life. Well i didn't have any idea about it, nor didn't give a chance to talked to a once a live casino player or even the active casino player so no idea at all. But this topic gives me an option to choose whether live casino or slot if ever i would have a chance to play or gamble with this kind of game i would choose to play it live, well i guess i can have a probability of chance of winning since it is all about the skills and techniques that you should apply than being independent in my luck cause i'm not that type of a person where luck was always on my side.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you fear the president of your country, one day, making Crypto illegal ? on: October 13, 2020, 04:12:43 PM
There are chances of regulation on cryptocurrency by country leaders and I also see the chance of total ban reduce daily by the regulation from first world countries. Most regulations by country is to make investors pay tax and to prevent scam. Most government wont openly give the support to cryptcurrency as coin subjected to speculations, well understandable. The volatility is scary and not everyone can cope with the risk, so it is safer for government to be indifferent.

Any possibilities may possible but i'm afraid if ever that our government may declare cryptocurrency as ban in our country. Here in our country luckily that our government leaders doesn't declare it as illegal nor declare it ban that's why for now it still better to trade and invest. So far our government has some sign of being approved in crypto hope that they are open handed to welcome cryptocurrency here in our country.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Not User Friendly Yet on: October 13, 2020, 02:47:48 PM
Therefore many people do not understand Bitcoin and seems too complicated still.

If you will think deeper, every new invention come out in this world is not user friendly at first and Bitcoin (the concept of cryptocurrency as a whole) i not an exception from it. Of course all people will have a hard time to cope with it since it was new. Hello, even our ancestors spend lots of time before mastering how to forge a sword lol. It is the same as using bitcoin. You can't master it in one night, adopting it for a very long time is required for you to fully understand it Cheesy.

So give it a chance to prove its worth. I know this one is tor the geeks but with the right amount of interest and determination I believe that all of us can apprecaite its magic.

I agree with it, and as i what observed me either was not an exception to the advancement of technology and its not a user friendly at first. Everything that was an advancement of technology today needs our patience for us to be able to learned it. Even if up to now bitcoin was not totally a user friendly yet due to it is not really easy to access and needs expertise before you can dealt it perfectly, also you need more time to be able to study and research about it.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China's digital yuan vs US dollar on: October 13, 2020, 01:20:29 PM
Very good for China winner take all

I wonder if the relationship between US and China will improve if Biden becomes president.

No it won't who ever the president is it will never change the situation with China they are now battling for power .

And for digital yuan it's a wakeup call for every country to adopt this new technology and have thier own if they don't want to be left behind with other big countries.

I am not sure but as what i know china and US wasn't in good terms and the competition between this two countries gets stronger. China wants to prove that they will become a dominant country in terms of goods and services and so businesses. The development of digital yuan was an indication that this country has become open to digital currencies, and this may affect the economic growth of fiat and this may become an advantage of China over any country.
