701  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [research] Bitcoin insurance, do we need it? on: April 24, 2014, 04:19:57 PM
It would be good for us, but I doubt there will be companies like that because they would probably go bankrupt. Maybe there will be few but that's risky business looking from the company operators side.
702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card!!! on: April 24, 2014, 04:16:14 PM
Our card will work in a way that you are in control of money (private key for spending is only on card). Fees are non-existent if you have bitcoins (if you have only EUR USD in account then exchange fee is applied)

No fees? that sounds great. I must check your website, could you tell what your card can do and all  advantages of it? thanks.
703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin will succeed on: April 24, 2014, 04:13:33 PM
We never know maybe there will be invented another great cryto currency which would change GPB or even euro, maybe even better than bitcoin technology is always moving forward. Bitcoin would be the same as dollars and other X cryto currency would be Euro. And think if there is only one cryto currency we couldn't do FOREX! (foreign exchange).
704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card!!! on: April 24, 2014, 04:05:49 PM
Bitcoin debit card is really cool feature, but as far as I heard companies charge a huge fee for withdrawing bitcoin with that debit card. What is the most trusted and cheapest BTC debit card companies to use?
705  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will this forum be like when Bitcoin becomes the major world currency? on: April 24, 2014, 04:02:08 PM
This forum will become useless. How many USD forums exist?

I would disagree, Bitcoin is something else than dollars or other FIAT currency. You can't mine dollars you get them only for specific job done. It will still be alive for mining discussions and other alts. If It would become major currency, bitcoin would get relevant for everyone and people would probably flood  here to get more information about bitcoin but yes in a long term probably It would get less popular.
706  Economy / Gambling / Re: Zero to $10,000 Sports Betting Challenge on: April 24, 2014, 03:54:33 PM
Good luck with this challenge. What if you lose the sum that you made with 200 GH/s mining in 12 hours? You'll mine again and start over? The starting sum seems really small that should take a while Cheesy
707  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Name Needed for Bitcoin Poker Room on: April 24, 2014, 02:09:05 PM
BitePoker.com/net  sounds good for me Wink
708  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: CoinTerra Refund Issues on: April 24, 2014, 02:05:56 PM
I asked them a refund on the 25/03 and still nothing.

They said 2-4 weeks.

I am in Europe so it may take an additional delay ?

The status is still refund pending ....

Be careful with them, so far i just heard bad things from people about them, It doesn't come from nowhere you should consider that and make decision If you want to deal with them.
709  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Experience on: April 24, 2014, 02:03:14 PM
They are nice when the deal isn't big for them.. But they are not so nice when the deal comes to more solid price.  It's just like getting feedbacks for doing "small" things and then scam on some big fish. It's just balancing good deal, good deal, bad deal, and other 5 good deals and so on..
710  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Review of the Spondoolies-Tech SP10 „Dawson“ Bitcoin miner (1.4 TH/s) on: April 24, 2014, 01:58:47 PM
I STILL HAVE A UNIT IN MY LIVING ROOM, YOU GET USED TO THE NOISE LEVELS AFTER A WHILE.

I don't understand how people can sleep in the same room with their rigs??? I go sleep to other room or otherwise i couldn't sleep when hearing the noise.. That just doesn't sound a smart thing to do.
711  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 0.818 BTC for 180GH/s on: April 24, 2014, 01:55:45 PM
For 180GH/s 0.8 BTC sounds really cheap? Anyone buying It now?
712  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: S1 connecting ribbons needed on: April 24, 2014, 01:52:56 PM
How could they forget to send the ribbons? They should send them to you additionally then? I don't know where to buy them but you should be able to find at least something Like It which should work too.
713  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: PBmining - legit? on: April 24, 2014, 01:49:21 PM
I'm also using them. At the moment i have 20GH/s and It's mining really fine, i'll see how the pay out will go this weekend. The price looks really low so If everything goes good might buy more hash in the  future. Though It's only plans..
714  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: best cloud mining site on: April 24, 2014, 01:46:33 PM
I say cex.io is the best right now as they have the lowest rates and some contact info

What do you mean lowest rates? The price isn't the lowest at all, there are other sites that offer much cheaper hash but i don't know if they are legit..
715  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mining contracts - the new ponzi on: April 24, 2014, 01:43:28 PM
Well i kind of agree, let's say you buy 1TH/s for 10 bitcoins and if we count It should give us about 3 bitcoins a month or something but that's unrealistic you will probably buy the contract and will never pay off your investment because if you want to keep your income stable you have to add extra Hash as difficulty increases and that's endless circle..
716  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not here to stay and won't save the worlds economy on: April 24, 2014, 01:38:29 PM
I disagree with this, look bitcoin was created in 2009 It already have his "little" economy history in that 5 years  and In that time despite the price crash It has grown alot, i think It will get stable price one day. Smiley
717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Explain Fiatleak to me please? on: April 24, 2014, 01:35:10 PM
Why the bitcoin animation on that site is moving only to china somewhere from Australia Cheesy? What is that site all about i don't really get.
718  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mtgox Stolen Bitcoins moving into MaidSafe's IPO? on: April 24, 2014, 01:32:32 PM
The question remains: who owns those coins?
Someone had to move them there. Is someone planning to invest with stolen coins?

Probably Mark Karpeles or someone close to him controls all the coins. Since now the wallet is tagged (and probably blocked by all the major exchanges), he can't exchange them for fiat via BTC-E or Bitstamp. So the only option left is now to invest them.  Grin

So yes people like these effect bitcoin? There are always people who want to gain from innovations like bitcoin . That happens when bitcoin is not really coherent with any laws. We say bitcoin is freedom but corruption Is also mtgox is great example..
719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I no longer consider bitcoin as a decentralized currency... on: April 24, 2014, 01:25:59 PM
Maybe the richest and smartest people trying to "squeeze out the most juice" of bitcoin and maybe they really effect the price somehow and the price is bouncing but I hope It wont last forever...
720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank Of America monopolizing cryptocurrency! on: April 24, 2014, 01:21:24 PM
I don't think that they can monopolize bitcoin. Only if they create more improved alt then bitcoin that would oust real bitcoin, then they could monopolize their own coin of course but that's very unlikely because  i don't think they could create something better than bitcoin and even control It.
