Sanctions always hurt both sides. Need to be careful not to shoot yourself in the foot. "targeted" SWIFT restrictions sounds like BS talk to appease the masses

Quote from: Germany in the EU
“At the same time, we are working flat out on how to limit the collateral damage of a disconnection from #SWIFT so that it hits the right people. What we need is a targeted and functional restriction of SWIFT."
https://twitter.com/germanyintheeu/status/1497629293937049606?s=20&t=Y6In-oQI9lj9gA1sz5xrKg

Yeah, likely BS. SWIFT disconnection is the financial equivalent of nukes. China will help Rus,

China's support for Putin wavers as state banks limit finance for Russian oil and gas - in case THEY also get hit with sanctions for appearing to back Ukraine invasion.

Quote
China has found itself walking a diplomatic tightrope after Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine took many in Beijing by surprise.

It was reported today that several Chinese public banks are limiting financing to purchase raw materials from Russia for fear of Western sanctions should they be seen to be supporting the Kremlin.

About 30 percent of oil and gas produced in Russia now sold to China.

Putin is relying on his ties to China's Xi Jinping to bail him out of the increasingly tough sanctions being put on Moscow by Western nations as the invasion escalates.

Last night, China, India and the UAE abstained from voting on a UN Security Council resolution condemning Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine.

The vote was seen as another sign of the widening of the diplomatic split between the West and the East over Putin's aggression.

However, China's decision not to fully veto the motion - as Russia did - will come as a blow to the Russian dictator, who is growing increasingly isolated.

Russia is probably getting kicked out of SWIFT.

Not so sure about the swift thing, Germany is against it, they can't pay for their gas if they can't use swift.

Cyprus, Hungary, France, Italy and Greece agreed, all eye's are on Berlin now to negotiate to figure it out.

Even Germany made the shift, instead of sending only 5000 helmets they gave the green light to send anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons.

Lot's of countries showing solidarity sending equipment, Ukraine is getting armed to the teeth.

Seems to be deleted and unlikely to be true given Turkey's position in the conflict.

Just like with Kremlin propaganda, posting clearly biased pro-Ukrainian tweets isn't the best source of news if that's what you're aiming for. It only takes a few minutes to cross check with other sources.

It was reported in The Guardian and they changed it.

I don't read news all day long refreshing pages every minute.
Sorry for the inconvenient report.

About time Russia and China were erased from the world map.

https://uk.news.yahoo.com/russia-military-repurcussions-finland-nato-163803214.html

If Finland joins, Sweden will not hesitate to do the same and there is one reason for it; they are getting sick and tyred from Russian aggression.

I don't play games but Vikings: Valhalla released today on Netflix, going to watch some episodes tonight.

First show was great until they killed the main character Ragnar to early which was disappointing.

Ukraine’s military is showing strong resistance, it will be hilarious if this turns out to be another Afghanistan 2.0.

War is never hilarious, imagine if you were in Ukraine right now. The only way forward is peace. I think it was wrong of Ukraine to bomb Donbas for the past 8 years, and it was wrong of Russia to declare war, nothing good will come from this.

Russians where forced to retreat in Afghanistan because they couldn't win that war, Poetin will be even more bitter if he loses this campaign and losing face when he needs to do that, that's what i mean with 'hilarious'.

Normal Russian people somehow supported taking out Donesk and Lushansk but what Putin did today was unacceptable, they changed their opinion and support against him including lots of senior officials. (Valkyrie 2.0?)

Thankfully with social media they know what really happend over there so they don't bite the state controled media broadcasting 24/7 propaganda.

With comming sanctions those people will suffer, Putin and his inner circle doing all they can to stop the protests.

Congratulations communist ass kissers, Putin did not only attacked the Eastern part but the ENTIRE country.

You must feeling embarresed ore like a total idiot, isn't it?

Russia is a communist shithole, every (political) opposition, activists and journalists are geting killed and/ore arrested.

Remember Alexei Navalny (a good Russian), which Putin tried to kill but survived in Europe? When he came back at home he was immediately arrested with years of prison time which means Russian justice system is rotten to the bone.

Even Memorial Human Rights Center is banned...you know...communism and human rights does not go hand-in-hand.

Anyway, i had a nice breakfast with a pre-work out drink, going to the gym for a 2-hour workout.

Gonna join bro …. This CF thing really clears my head

Program for today=

Only starting with the deadlifts

Pre workout drink @9.45, class starts at 10.15 cheers

Increased my gym subscription from 3 to 4 times a week since it re-opened.

Monday: chest, shoulder and triceps. Tuesday: legs, back, bicep and abs with planking positions.

Wednesday: rest.

Thursday: chest, shoulder and triceps. Friday: legs, back, bicep and abs with planking positions.

Saturday/Sunday: rest.

Doing compound exercises like barbell row, military press, deathlift in the begining when the muscles are still fresh. The deathlift is the king of all exercises which you can't ignore.
A full-body workout, it targets your upper (back, shoulders and arms) and lower body (glutes, quadriceps, hamstring and calves muscles) including the abdominal region.
It does not only helps with testosterone levels and growth hormones, increasing/strengthening your posture overall, it is also a real calorie burner for losing weight. Even back at home you continue burning calories.
There are serval types of deathlifts, pick one which is best for your weakpoints to train.

Russian stock market tanked with almost 30%.

There will be no world war 3 ore a total war that requires a long build up fase with factories transforming into producing war materials, millions of men joining the army, securing resources, war cabinets etc..and i don't see that happening.

Russia has no change against NATO otherwise he already took out the Baltic states.

Anyway, i had a nice breakfast with a pre-work out drink, going to the gym for a 2-hour workout.

Given everything going on in my life, managing a LN node is more negative, parasitic energy that has complicated my life beyond any rational measure.

I need to step away, for my own mental health and sanity.

Geez - I've been away for several quarters, and the news don't change. AKA history repeats

Managing high end technology issues -which will be resolved irrevocable in the foreseeable future- in Bob's current stressful personal life - he just needs a break to get things sorted- has nothing to do with supporting your beloved bCash SV, which has plummeted to oblivion, like we all expected it that history will repeat itself endlessly with all shitcoins. Giving that, youre shattered shitcoin dreams meets harsh reality while Lightning is vigorous flourishing in all metrics like never before.

Aww, jbreher is back for 5 minutes after months of absence and you he smack him! instantly talking nonsense again  C'mon...  at least let him get in ONE jab first. rethink his inscrutable. Smiley
