342  Economy / Speculation / Re: trump is the cause of drop prices bitcoin on: November 27, 2019, 12:28:07 PM
In fact, news about President Trump not liking bitcoin has spread a long time ago. that has often been the cover page of crypto magazine, and I don't think its hatred of bitcoin will affect the price of bitcoin. even the current price decline, I think it has nothing to do with president trump. however, I still think that this is a normal increase at the end of the year.

Strangely, it is way less important what Trump twitters about Bitcoin compared to the chinese guy. Strange west world.
343  Economy / Speculation / Re: Exact reason for the dump on: November 27, 2019, 12:27:21 PM
FUD is still continuing, Bitcoin is trying to drop again below $ 7000, now the news about UPBIT hacked by hackers makes bitcoin prices low again,
this is causing a dump on altcoin, hopefully it can survive this dump

CME futures closing in two days with a starting price of ~$9500. In what direction do you think we will go in the next 48 hours ? Tongue
344  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Weekly Update: $7k Lost, Bulls Vanished. Will The Gold Fractal Play Out? on: November 27, 2019, 12:26:10 PM
now is recovering a bit and improving after yesterday saw a great battle, I only see we are above $ 7k and if it continues until tomorrow we will see an increase in the next few days and the next few weeks, I don't think it will push to the price of $ 3000, there is still buy support at $ 5500 - $ 6000, so let's look at that in the next few days

I can't be sure what the lowest bitcoin price for this year is $ 5500 - $ 6000. It's still not predicted yet, but I strongly say bitcoin will last at $ 7,000 and the highest in the next few weeks is only $ 8,000 but we have to be aware of that. it could happen worse because at the end of this year there are always bad and encouraging surprises.

The bottom is in. Up we go.
345  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis on: November 25, 2019, 08:05:24 PM
Seems like he is reading these posts again? Wink

Taм нeдeльнaя мa200 y нac нa 4000 cидит. Я дyмaю пocлe oтcкoкa мы тaки мoжeм ee нaвecтить. Hy и этo впиcывaeтcя в кapтинкy вышe.

There we have a weekly ma200 for 4000 sitting. I think after the bounce we can still visit her. Well, that fits into the picture above.

Another visit to the 200-MA, seriously!? That idea reminds me of early 2016 when all the late bulls thought they could buy the $200s again. They were all left behind.

Bizarre proportions on that triangle too. Did he stop practicing EW? Huh

That is the problem with Masterluc. Half of his predictions are so fucking on point one could think he can see the future, and the others are just so incredibly bad. Nevertheless, I still lvoe to read his analysis and thoughts.
346  Economy / Speculation / Re: Disturbing on: November 25, 2019, 08:03:41 PM
A sudden change on becoming the apple of the eye.
They have done too much ruckus in the crypto space and that is why analysts out there are always looking at their move.
The bad thing though is there is no fact that could back up if they are the reason behind all this pumps and dumps that is happening with bitcoin.

They are just speculating and it could be anything.
Some whale maybe using this opportunity to manipulate the market.

Just try to swim with the whales when you're a small fish.
347  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much can bitcoin cost in Future. on: November 25, 2019, 08:02:44 PM
Bitcoin has come a long way in just 10 short years. Despite the bitcoin price struggling to regain its highs this year, the long-term trend is hard to ignore.

It seems to me that sooner or later bitcoin will go to the target price about 20000$, the question is just when. There are a lot of various researches and opinions which try to prove that that price is the actual value of bitcoin. I never used to believe in such high price values but why not? Bitcoin is the most posh cryptocurrency which is vital for many various usings therefore possible crowd will begin buying bitcoin actively as it happened once before. I do not pledge that something similar will happen but I am awaiting.

Not currently in a trade right now, but this is what I'm seeing:

I expected a lower test of 6k before the bounce, but it looks like it is happening. My target would be 8200 range, but we have yet to reach the .5 fib level as of yet, so 7800 might be a safer target if you're looking to short or take profits.

Long term definitely more than 20000$.
348  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin is dumping? on: November 25, 2019, 08:01:21 PM
Could it be that people are betting against Bitcoin in the futures contracts? Without even owning actual Bitcoins, they could be moving the market.
I've wondered that myself, but how is the preev price (the one I look at most frequently) influenced by an exchange like Bakkt or another one where they trade futures?  I don't have an answer to that, but I do know that the price of gold for example is determined exactly like that--paper gold being traded instead of physical gold.

Hard to really understand the amount when it is difficult to gather all data. I think the future markets are very important to the price direction. Watch us go up until Friday.
349  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price drop but institutional investors on Bakkt are buying like crazy! on: November 25, 2019, 08:00:09 PM
Bakkt always moves slower than ordinary markets, is this just my mind? I am just a little immune to fud, the institution always benefits from this, some of the panic things that I did in the conversion of usdt in the end still have to think clearly that the trend may not always be like now, I just protect the value of my assets for some time.

I don't think that they move slower per se but they are just waiting for the right time to buy and sell any asset. These is how financial institution works they don't participate with the noise happening around the market and they just wait for things to settle down a bit or if they decided to join the noise they'll make sure that their participation would result in a short which they have a power to do so, just by joining the noise with a little effort they are just risking all the money they have for nothing. At least when they participated buying BTC back at around the 6,500$ area it instantly paid off for them, they might also be the reason why BTC prevented to go down more with a little help of some whales of course.

I think they are the first on the market with a physical(lol) delivered bitcoin product. So definitely not a slow mover. I agree with all the rest of what you said.
350  Economy / Speculation / Re: One more dump before halving? on: November 24, 2019, 05:01:29 PM
Usually, price falls slightly on the weekends and the bear pressure continues to squeeze the bull side of crypto traders. The major altcoin pairs will go to check the dippest level of charts and the higher dominance rate also affect the total altcoin index. The risk management is necessary during the volatile trades, I use stop-loss orders in case of a flash crash to the next support level, it is impossible to keep under control leveraged trades too.

I assume many investors are waiting for their fiat transaction to clear on Monday. I strongly think that we will have some sort of upward pressure from Monday on up to the CME future contract ending on the 29th of November.
351  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't react to the fluctuations on: November 24, 2019, 04:59:13 PM
You can't stop people from making ways to sell their bitcoin hold today as the price of bitcoin is falling. Because we have different reasons, others may have to cut losses to buy back at cheaper rates. Some needed money, so they quickly converted their hold of bitcoin into fiat money. And they can do it because nobody controls bitcoin, so we can't stop these people from their freedom for it.

It is not that difficult. Sell high, buy low! Not the other way round.
352  Economy / Speculation / Re: Devastating signal: bear market, 6.4k support, 12.4 resistance on: November 24, 2019, 04:58:29 PM
At least the OP has open our eyes that $6k-$7k is now in the radar and I do hope that with this warning, traders specially newbies will learn and adjust their strategy. To be fair, there are a lot of TA's floating around months ago that we are in the entering a bearish trend, but that artificial pump (because of China news) put that on hold, but now we are back and this is the reality, no more artificial pump.
Now the support of 6,4K support seems real as the market is floating around 7k and it is not looking great as the market can go down further from this stage and for the market to break a couple of support level is alarming in a normal market but i am just guessing how the market will end this year.
6900+ at the moment and reaching out that support wont really be that far.Seems like there would be more pressure to put the price down on going for the preparation of
halving event. We don't know if this is part of the plan with big players but who knows? Price manipulation is inevitable. They are just making the movement go too slow just
for the public wont notice such motive. (just my speculations though).  Grin

I would be surprised if we make new lows at the end of a year after the devestating end of 2018. Sub 7000$ levels make me a little shaky tho. At least that region is a nice base level for the next bull run at some point up until 2021.
353  Economy / Speculation / Re: trump is the cause of drop prices bitcoin on: November 24, 2019, 04:55:57 PM
What kind of joke is this? First someone said it was because of China and now it's because of Trump? Lol
I've read some thread also that telling the price drops because of those protesters. Come on, people, just relax why are you all so upset with this decline when you can make a money from it in the future. Just buy now and hodl until bitcoin skyrocket to the moon.

Haha true, next week it's Musks fault with his cybertruck presentation. In my opinion people read way too much into news when it comes to charts. I don't believe BTC is that much associated to news anymore.

I'm all on your side with your last advice. Not much left to do anymore now that the fiat fuel is already gone. ^^
354  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will reach $100k within 5 years from now on: November 24, 2019, 04:53:56 PM
Five years is a long wait and many things can happen, So for now if we remain supportive of bitcoin I'm sure there are good consequences that could raise bitcoin prices in the future, The only problem here is the government and banks because government and banks find it difficult to know if our transactions are legal because bitcoin transactions are anonymous.

They are pseudoanonymous. Almost every onboard and offboard ramp is 100% KYC. Difficult to stay anonymous anymore. Hopefuly a better LN integration and more anonymity on the base layer will help with that in the future.
355  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bobby lee predicts Bitcoin price to reach $1 Million in a Decade on: November 23, 2019, 12:34:12 AM
There is no guarantee that Bitcoin would exist in a decade. Most speculations and predictions are not really that, but mere guesses. The motive behind it is what I'm yet to understand. An outrageous, imaginary figure for an abstract time in the future (when most would have forgotten about the guess) does not sound like the right thing to attract a new user or cause FOMO. Media attention is the most plausible reason

Would you sell the same about gold? Maybe it won't exist in a decade?

You can see that we're capitulating again when people are bashing bullish predictions. I agree that anything can happen but bullish predictions are as viable as bearish ones.
It's very possible that Bitcoin will be worth a lot of money because it's better than gold. The only advantage of gold is that it's much older.

Now the price is fixing above the $7200 level, which is a bullish sign after all. Moreover, there is a convergence on RSI , it is completely oversold. However, we can't expect a clear upward movements from current points. This is quite possible to see a flat (consolidation) from now.

What should we do now? Look for reversal patterns to go LONG. Dump can't last forever.
356  Economy / Speculation / Re: No need to PANIC! on: November 23, 2019, 12:31:30 AM
What we need to remember is that just a few months ago the price was a little over $3000 so it’s doing fine. That spike to $14,000 was way overpriced.
It is not easy to judge a valuation and its worth just by looking at the price and you cannot call the past rally overpricing and massive boost manipulation might happen in an unregulated market and nothing can be done as if now.

It doesn’t really matter to me if people panic because it gives me an opportunity to buy more Bitcoin at a cheap price.  And I still am very confident that the price will hit $20,000 sometime mid next year and probably quite a bit higher by the end of the year.
It is easy to make a prediction and there is no guarantee that the price will rally after the halving and looking at the past exchange movements we can  very well say that the price of bitcoin will reach another all time high valuation but these are mere speculation and hopefully the market recovers in the near future before the holidays.

It looks like the price is going to break the local support zone and move downward to the 1st bottom at 6000.00 level. If you search for buy opportunities, this movement will be good for you. There will be a possibility to buy at the support zone formed by the middle line of the price channel and 6000.000 using reversal signals. Such trades will be as good for investing for the long run as for the medium term with the profit targets at the nearest resistance levels.
357  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cryptos Are Exploding Higher, Bitcoin Up Over $1,000 In Minutes on: November 23, 2019, 12:22:11 AM
The thread has its initial post almost a month ago, by that time there is more growth in an unexpected way happened. Now the price has fallen over $1000 in few days of time. Now to what margin this gonna fall back is completely unpredicted. Maybe after correction price will get to make everyone happy through some unexpected changes in price.

It fell much more than 1000 only today it lost 800 but does it mean anything? We are still going up in the long run and the long term trendline remains at 6 thousand.

Short term price has a meaning only to traders. Many people don't have any coins on exchanges and don't care what the price today is. Next week is going to be different and next year you won't even remember this small panic.

We're at the bottom of the downtrend channel, so it looks that there should be some resistance and we 'should' bounce back up with the closing of the current CME future contract. Let's pray for the whales.
358  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin is dumping? on: November 23, 2019, 12:17:24 AM
I think it is dropping because right now we are at the exact "nothing fun happens" stage, we have no Bakkt this time,

We have Bakkt but it seems bakkt is not backed! They are going to launch cash settled contracts. They were supposed to be the only platform with bitcoin futures but that doesn't work for them so they are going to launch another CME: futures with no backing. It's probably because they aren't making money on their backed contracts.

Bitcoin is falling because of technicals and because of FUD. Great mix as always.

In the end they'll blame as always China for the drop: https://uk.reuters.com/article/china-blockchain-shanghai/pboc-shanghai-hq-says-to-crack-down-on-cryptocurrency-trading-idUKB9N251022
359  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bakkt on: November 23, 2019, 12:16:10 AM
*skip*
Of course putting this in perspective, when CME cash settled future trades 10,000 Lots (each one of them controlling 5 bitcoins, so 50,000 Bitcoins equivalent) tells a different story, but we have to reckon things are beginning to spin for Bakkt.

*skip*

50k traded BTC daily ?? That's a shitton of volume!
360  Economy / Speculation / Re: No need to PANIC! on: November 22, 2019, 02:26:20 PM
I’m a little surprised that people seem to be panicking about the recent Bitcoin price drop to $7000. I guess I’ve watched Bitcoin for so long (since 2012) that the volatility doesn’t phase me.

What we need to remember is that just a few months ago the price was a little over $3000 so it’s doing fine. That spike to $14,000 was way overpriced.

It doesn’t really matter to me if people panic because it gives me an opportunity to buy more Bitcoin at a cheap price.  And I still am very confident that the price will hit $20,000 sometime mid next year and probably quite a bit higher by the end of the year.

$7000 seems fine, $6000 feels painful - not lying.  Sad
