I dont know why contacting you is so difficult but I have sent multiple pm's and as you see Above I have requested you check them many times. I was told that my order was first going to ship out 2 mondays ago, and then I was then updated that It was going to leave last thursday. I have had no update since and nothing has changed on the technobit order site. Where is my order? I ordered with batch 2 with technobit in Mid July. Please send me a correct update. Why does it seem that you can get back to everyone else on this forum immediately but I sent you a pm and a reminder message above on the 11th and then again on the 14th but you seem to be ignoring me? I dont know whats so hard about keeping good business repertoire with clients.... Im starting to ask myself if my order is being "taken seriously" over there or not but it seems like it has been put on hold in favor of other orders placed after. If thats not true, please update me!!! |

@technobitVesi who are you shipping these small orders too. us people who have ordered large amounts and used are chips for conversion have received nothing as of yet. When are you gonna ship our orders out, seems your fulfilling the small orders with our chips. im fed up now on waiting. like everyone else on this forum. you have abused our good nature and left people with high orders stranded. i want to know realistically when am i gonna get my 25 boards. and what compensation plan you gonna introduce for the lateness in sending out shipment. im gonna be researching taking legal action against your firm. To stop you making and selling anymore crypto devices to the crypto community.  Hi, again it is a bad situation for both GB participants and us. We are shipping every day what is ready. DO not forget that we took all the expenses you did not paid us nothing. you can get your chips shipped to your location immediately if you decide to back off. Even the transport of the chips and logistics were paid not by you but Minersource. I understand everybody frustration, believe me We are the biggest looser here . Our own boards should be assembled and sold by now and they are not ready too. We thank you all for the understanding and patience until now. What got changed on the boards we are getting and the one user 2good received ? For one im seeing a lot less capacitors on the board  and im tsting the board now on all diff kind of clock setings and voltage settings.. but im not nearly getting the "Good" efficientcy number as 2good was getting with undervolting!! Marto did you reduce your BOM to save money with a result a less efficient miner.. the most efficient im getting now is 1,08 W/GH and thats 660mV 400Mhz or 1,13W/GH 760mV 700MHz that no where near the 0,78 2good was getting !!! Hi, There is no difference in terms of power efficiency between the bom with a lot of caps ( it was intended for 8 chip version) and this one . IF you use bigger PSU you can see about 15% difference. Als check again 2 good measurements @ the wall . Best Vesi You would have to be using a pretty shitty PSU to see a 15% difference between even a Platinum PSU operating in its most efficient zone (92-93%) and a crap PSU fully loaded. You're talking about <80% efficiency. Vesi please check your pm from me. Please update the status of my boards. |

I am having a problem with my antminer,
Its a part of a network of 5 antminers all hooked up to my router.
I follow the instructions every tiime and it has worked for the other 4
I basically have to change the ip to 192.168.0.1 for it to connect to my regular routers settings but after that i change the settings to dhcp and everything is good to go.
this 5th antminer is the same up until i change to dhcp. I see it hashing on the pool but i am no longer able to connect to it using the ip address through my router or on direct connection..
I am literally doing nothing differnt then the others. It seems like the new one has a a newer os version, that is the only difference.
Currently it is hashing but i am un able to connect without resetting the whole thing....
any advice???

I have a lot of problems to get my second ordernr wich is in batch 2 to get converted to chips..
Im PM Bob, Thomas, David from ecointalk i even email BS but NOBODY answers.. i never got an confimation email for my B2 conversion from BA and i cannot get trough anybody!!
Bob, i pmd you serveral times i need some help on this one!!

I see i missed batch 1. Is it best to order the controllers separate from technobit or can everything be bundled up? how many controllers will I need for this conversion? I am already starting a 2nd batch. 1 controller can power up to 7 boards. Got you added to the list. Bobsag, is it correct that I will be getting 13 boards with my x-3 conversion? 12 boards with 4 chips and 1 board with 2 chips to make 50 chip total right? So I will need 2 controllers? yup you will need 2 |

marto I have pmd you my ref. Nothing has changed in status on my order as well. in order status to be changed to accepted I have to get confirmation from miner source or BA How do I make that happen? (I am far past this point) It was through Just BA, I saw bobsag saying a few weeks ago that he would add all peoples direct purchases with ba to this group buy request. I asked him to add me. He asked BA to change my order to chips, they asked me if it was okay to do that and send to Bulgaria. I agreed. Now they are in Bulgaria and I have no confirmation that they are even going to be assembled with everyone elses. Thats why i quoted this before:
Final list was just sent to them, you shouldn't have gotten it before ~3 hours ago.

Because this list confirms that MS knows about my order and had that on their list to send to BA for x-3 to chip trade. If you confirmed your conversion with BA they sent your order information and chip count to Technobit you just need to create an order on their website with the same information you used with BA and mention in the notes that it was a BA conversion.
I have done all that... This is exactly what Im saying. Edit: It actually changed in the last half hour thomas_s I will pm you the order number that shows up. thanks I'm in a pretty similar situation... Except that my order on technobit is still pending... I've also converted my chips for assembly and I did put an order on Technobit as requested. I've sent pms on both marto & bobsag but haven't received any reply so my order is in limbo but hope it's because of the whole pressure to solve this BA mess.  Mine is also still pending, thats partially what I've been trying to communicate to TechnoBit and Minersource. |

There is customs clearence here that can be 2 to 3 business days.
I did not get confirmation for your order from Minersource
I just followed the instructions given in the OP for this group buy. I made the order through technobit, Gave the shipping info on the website and through pm, and checked off wire transfer as instructed. The Instructions said technobit would confirm my order after those steps were taken but it has not yet happened.BA 1564 is mine and bobsag3 has previously confirmed this as apart of the list:

to a Minersource member here (Thomas), he confirmed the order with Technobit then. What you quoted is the list sent to BA to be converted to chips, they will only convert to chips if they hear back from the person who placed the order confirming the chip conversion. I am showing this to show that bobsag3 confirmed me in group 2 because he was the one to put forth the original request as a group to BA for a chip conversion. I have: -Confirmed my transfer with BA -Tracked shipping from China to Bulgaria -Sent an order exactly like in the Original Post to TechnoBit I do not have a TechnoBit order number to ask about because my order was never confirmed on TechnoBit like the instructions said it was supposed to. Im trying to buy all this assembly for the TB boards off of Minersource but how am I supposed to know when to buy when I don't even know if any of this has been organized thoroughly and Im going to even receive my boards when everyone else is scheduled to. |

Update.
The boards are populated and tested @ this stage.
@ the moment each board is tested with heatsink and cooler.
This is a slow process. Then the boards pass 2 hour test each.
Hopefuly will manage to start shipping in Saturday.
Our shipping girl will start contacting you all tommorow for transport details
Anything happening in the shipping department Marto? Has anyone been contacted by Technobit yet? Nor I, the bankwire thing that he instructed us to do if we were apart of the group buy hasn't even gone through yet. My BA order got into Bulgaria on the 8th of August and since then the delivery looks like it has not been picked up yet. -No update from Marto on this (multiple messages sent in the past week) -No processing of my order since I made it on the 5th of August and because of that: -No reference number to send to Marto for him to look into |
