61  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: August 30, 2018, 07:12:51 AM
Time is important. If you are expecting that Cryptocurrency will be a get rich quick scheme you will likely be sorely disappointed. Just because you saw a currency rise 400% a month ago doesn't mean it will do that again tomorrow, you have to watch the market and that takes time. There are a lot of bitcoin millionaires out there, what made them rich more than anything else was time... They bought bitcoin when it was almost worthless and held it for YEARS until now it is worth thousands a coin. So when buying your coins consider holding them and letting them mature with time before you sell them. Also don't be quick to sell off everything when you see a dip as you can end up losing money when the market swings back. Finally be sure to back up your wallets.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy more ETH? on: August 26, 2018, 04:27:24 PM
I sold all of my ethereum in the past. I think it is going through a big correction so it will take time before it starts going up again. Overall, I am glad I sold (and wish I sold earlier) because now the price has continued to plummet. There is still room for it to go down before there is enough support.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy more ETH? on: August 26, 2018, 05:45:47 AM
Ethereum definitely has it's future. My advice would be to not have all your eggs in one basket. Like any normal free floating currency you're going to have peaks and troughs. So its best to diversify and choose a basket of coins that you believe in.If you want to lean to one coin slightly over the others because you see more upside potential that's fine. But if you were fully invested in one coin and it crashed tomorrow you could potentially loose a lot of money
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: August 26, 2018, 04:35:35 AM
Most of the altcoins are trading at very low prices compared to bitcoin, that means there is a huge potential for growth if you invest your money in it. For example, there are lot of altcoins which is trading near to 1$. If you invest in one of them, and in future if that technology succeed, there is a good chance that, the price could reach 100$ multiplying your investment 100 times. But imagine you invested in bitcoin now, its price is already at 4000$ if in the unlikely event that everything went well, then its price could reach a maximum 10000$ within 2 year, your gain? just around 2X
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Ethereum on: August 25, 2018, 02:50:25 PM
Ethereum is a more versatile and powerful platform than Bitcoin. That piece of information shouldn’t surprise you; the crypto-coin was created with Smart Contracts and computation in mind. As computation and cybersecurity grow, it’s only logical that Ethereum grows too.According to some analysts, Ether is expected to rival Bitcoin in both volume and usage in just a couple of years.Another basis for doubts in unbelievers is the legitimacy and future of Ethereum. Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA) was set up recently with the sole purpose of connecting large organizations to technology vendors. These companies include Microsoft, JPMorgan, and Intel. They are expected to work on a project using the blockchain.so it so good to invest as my opinion.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt Investment for 1 year on: August 25, 2018, 01:27:03 AM
If I choose to hold some altcoins for a year, I would definitely go for the following: Ethereum
Monero
Factom
Siacoin
Lisk
STEEM
ALWAYS do your own research
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Ethereum on: August 24, 2018, 05:17:57 PM
Ethereum has experienced a steady organic growth that is almost predictable. The demand for Ethereum’s blockchain has not wavered despite cyber-attacks and hard forking. While some invest in Ethereum due to its future potential, others are just following the trend.Whatever the reason, the fact remains that the demand is rising and an increase in price accompanies that.

69  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning to trade on: August 23, 2018, 03:48:18 PM
Trading is knife with two edges. As long as you know what are you are doing, it could be a very good strategy to multiply BTC. However, you need to investigate carefully the alt in which you are entering. Timing is essential - buy at the dip not at the peak is a must. Last but not least you need to convert your profit, not to wait too much because you could get greedy and the coin may return to the original state and never come back. The truth is you need experience which will you have with time.
70  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: KuCoin vs Binance on: August 19, 2018, 04:04:47 PM
I've been using Binance for the last couple of months and I would say that I have no problems with the services other than the frequent suspension of coins during periods of "high congestion." I hope they beef up security measures and decentralize the exchange.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano will destroy Ethereum! on: August 19, 2018, 01:31:02 PM
Cardano is a fine project and surely better than Ether, Simply because of the fact, that Cardano is a nice scientific driven project, While the scientists behind Cardano are calculating the best way how a blockchain can work.but i always like EHT.
72  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to trade efficiently? on: August 19, 2018, 11:16:14 AM
Golden Strategies for Day Trading –
Always setup stop loss when you trade to be on safe side.
Setup alert when the price touches First sell zone.
Sell 50% of them at the 1st zone, rest 50% at 2nd and 3rd sell zone.

but hodl is my cup of tea. Wink Wink Wink
73  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short term vs. Long term investments on: August 19, 2018, 05:58:57 AM
No matter how good or smart you think We are, we can never time the market accurately and consistently. Being a chart wizard alone won't save you. There is no getting away from the fact that news of a hack, regulation, exchange listing, etc. can all have a major impact on the price and the market.Long term investments  (HODL) is a better strategy if you are a beginner or even intermediate investor, but only if you need to choose one! That's the thing. Who said you're only suppose to use one strategy. HODL (buy and hold) is historically proven to be more profitable than day-trading.just my opinion.
74  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Motivates you to Invest in Cryptocurrency? on: August 18, 2018, 04:30:07 PM
I put some of my savings to buy bitcoins in to be in the cryptocurrency game but still, I am happy that I am in the race and own some multiple units of other cryptocurrencies too, cause I believe in this technology and I also know that what goes up must also come down. We are still an early investors in cryptocurrency even if I lose, i'll have the knowledge of how to invest and when to invest and what it is like to take risk
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH so popular on: August 18, 2018, 02:37:14 PM
Ethereum has the backing from corporate clients. The Ethereum Enterprise Alliance (EEA) are working with dozens of enterprise grade companies in all verticals from banking to healthcare. Only Bitcoin can match this level of corporate buy in. No other cryptocoins have this much corporate clout.Ethereum comes with a great roadmap of where they want to be in years 3 to 5, and they are implementing it with a strict rigor of which the community is proud of. so no wonder ETH is so popular.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is now dying, what do you think? on: August 18, 2018, 09:45:28 AM
Ethereum is having a rough week but like all the crashes in the past it will bounce back... Its pretty cheap now buy it and hold it! Remember it was around 400 just 2 weeks ago.Eth is not dying, but it has lots of work to do.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 1M€ [BOUNTY] Multiven - 1st Blockchain-based marketplace for IT products on: August 16, 2018, 05:41:05 AM
Although there is nothing impossible in comparing the Internet or creating a ring of microsatellites for its backup, it will take a lot of time and resources and will depend on both technology and market behavior in approximately the same way as expected. Will there be enough to keep the crypto currency against a certain onslaught (and whether there will be such an impact actually in the process of creation) there will be another open question.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔥🔥InterValue: World’s First Practical Blockchain 4.0 Project 🔥🔥 New! on: August 15, 2018, 04:32:35 PM
At this point, the difficulty with blockchain 4.0 is the most respectful topic of discussion in the ICO market. The pioneers Inter Value used in their scheme the most successful technological protocols: Hashgraph, development of dApps from EOS, cross-chain from ICOM and anonymity from Zcash. The theoretical part of the project is incredibly attractive, however there are a number of functional features that require a long process of improvement.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: August 11, 2018, 03:08:29 PM
I first read about Bitcoin about 6 year ago. It was Christmas and my wife and I were visiting friends in Oslo. They had a magazine lying around and it had an article int there. Dont ask me why but I "got it" almost immediately.Actually it is not so much a mystery, I had been studying finance for a while to learn how the financial crash had occurred. Like everyone else I was angry at the banks.
Anyways, I got what Bitcoin was about and I got all excited. "We need to buy $500 worth" I said to my wife. She had no idea what I was going on about. I think they were priced $15 or $30 at that time. Well, to cut a long story short, we did not buy them. But I did buy some when they were at $200.I was just saying to a friend tonight that cryptocurrencies are only just at the beginning.gtare thing are about to happen.hold tight.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coins do you like besides Ethereum? on: August 11, 2018, 02:48:37 PM
i like neo,NEO has solid fundamentals. Its technology is significantly better than Ethereum’s and like Ethereum, it enjoys strong corporate and government support. NEO is strikingly absent from Western markets while adoption in China is strong. Although Onchain seems to be reluctant to pursue Western markets at the moment.
