Никакая это не норма, представьте, что вы забронировали какое-то задание, потратили время на его выполнение и кто-то очень "хитрый" запостил его раньше вас. В русской локали нет недостатка как в заданиях, так и в темах для самостоятельных переводов. Поэтому нет никаких поводов поступать непорядочно и перебивать чью-то работу.

Поступок с выполнением "забронированного" задания - это норма, смог выполнить намного быстрее чем мои заявленные сроки, что ж красавчик/красавица  Лично я ничего плохого в этом не вижу.
