time in minutes.
That is a transaction wih a serious exchange ... not the stupid 3 days fantasy treatment.
You have this at the beginning with an exchange, but after, no delay AT ALL.

Si une nouvelle crise majeure venait à se produire, les Etats trouveraient des moyens de faire payer...
si tu crois ça ... tu n'as jamais dû travailler au noir ou dans les pays du Sud. un peuple travaille très bien sans les Etats, c'est juste les services centraux qui ne fonctionneraient plus (retraite, médicale). |
