In this forum we have seen Legendary rank users also defaulted with little funds which was very unexpected. Because if those users were active in the forum, they could have paid those loans by participating in the signature campaign. So think about how many things lenders have to think about, even if they consider lending to a user, there is no guarantee that he will not default. So lenders should always be aware of this risk, lenders have experience after seeing the activities of many users in the past.
You are right and I agree with you that legendary members also have default loans and which can be earned within 2 weeks. I have earned 0.01 BTC+ within 2 weeks but a legendary member (SiNeReiNZzz) defaulted such a loan. Which was too easy to recover for him. 4. You have created the topic long latter. If you could post it at the time of being scammed few people might be able to save their fund though there is almost no chance to recover your funds.

I see a service opportunity here. Someone can offer a Credit Rating service here for a % fee from the lender. Though it's risky considering the service provider is liable for a defaulted loan.
For non-collateral loans, no one knows who will repay or not so I do not think any user will try to open such a service as the service provider will be responsible for defaulting the loan. Many reputed members with high-quality posts and merit defaulted loans. So, it is always risky.
It is not your fault! Who could ever realize that a member would default a $100 loan. Next time do check their activities for a at least a year before agreeing to any loan request. If they are active every day then the chances of them defaulting would be less. This is not a fixed solution but it will give you reassurance. I hope this low life comes back and repays the amount he owns you.

Firstly based on the new compliance laws that came into play in 2022 just about every US platform that deal with payments will now verify that the tax information provided can be verified and submitted to the IRS before they allow you to process payments. The user who bursted the double signature scammer, I merited that post on Duelbits thread and also left s/he a positive feedback.
As Royse777 made an update on BetterCallRaul thread, I discovered that someone I barely gave a +ve feedback for bursting a scammer is accused of using AI to make posts.
I just quickly changed the +ve feedback to neutral while capturing the AI incident.
When anyone caught any scam then the user cant be trusted especially should not give any positive trust it can be turned into the opposite. It is good luck for us as the user has not trader any reversible payment and/or not taken any loan. If s/he did that then it could be another loan. |
