102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Smart chain is not really good on: September 13, 2020, 04:36:53 PM
Well.. most ppl saying that crypto ideally decentralized. But as you can see, everything has changed now. AML/KYC is applied. Many exchanges are centralized. USDT, the most popular stable coin is centralized.
For me, centralized or decentralized its not a big deal. As long project have working product, safety guaranteed and convenience while invest, why not?

I think binance creating smart chain mainly for profit purpose. So, investors money still "flowing" to them.

103  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cloud Mining Offering And How To Identify Scam[HELP] on: September 13, 2020, 04:12:46 PM
To OP. Beside all warns mentioned in your thread. I accidentally saw the bitcoin logo on this picture.

This logo reminds me of a symposium event in 2019. If i'm not wrong is in here :

https://scalingbitcoin.org/

Careful when using cloud mining services. As everyone says ( and i tend to agreed), most cloud mining services ended as scam.

104  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Brave add PhishFort to help prevent phishing attacks on their browsers. on: September 13, 2020, 03:55:36 PM
Just asking.. how big pish forts scam list have? I bet their main scam list are taken from google.
Brave should "fix" their privacy system first, then they can talk about scam sites. Uninstall brave in my pc since 6 months ago. Using firefox is more comfortable and way more privacy rather than brave.

105  Other / Archival / Re: [Tutorial] Decentralized Finance (DeFi) for Noobs on: September 13, 2020, 03:48:41 PM

As my understanding.
1. Maybe because defi's dev team usually anon. Means, Investors risk of losing their money will be even wider. (example, https://cointelegraph.com/news/another-defi-exit-scam-just-made-off-with-20m-in-investor-funds)
2. Possibility of a price dump (like sushi).

So why is everyone running after this trustless ecosystem?
1. Fomo
2. Hopium
3. Unique ecosystem.
defi made a surprise and attracted many investors due to YFI. New Defi's project at least expected to (at least) match with YFI price. Imo, number 1 & 2 are the main priorities.
Btw, i'm not saying all defi projects are bad.

106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will QOOB stop? on: September 13, 2020, 03:36:04 PM
Question are :
1. Do you want buy QOOB for investment (Long term, above 1 year)? or
2. Do you want to trade QOOB like daily trade?

If you want to keep qoob as investment, then you want to sell your qoob in future. Will be different if you trade qoob, then you will use lower TF (1H, 4H, etc).

When i check qoob project through their ANN (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5263061.msg54822825#msg54822825), i will define this project as usual project. Nothing unique offered in this project. There's many similar project that have same mission with qoob. If you want to invest in qoob, i will suggest you to wait for next 3 month. usually there will be a "price cycle" applies especially to new projects. In first 3 months, coin price is usually high. However, after 3 months, price usually have correction. But if you want to follow fomo, ofc all those indicators will not working, coz price is in formed. Indicator will work well minimum 14 days after first launch. For new coin, i will suggest to use donchian channel or ichimoku indi's (These indicator will formed minimum 8 hours after first launch. And use Tf 1H and TF 4H is recommended).

But if you depend on RSI, you can use the greatest indicators, which are "Support and Resistance Line"

107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The First Bitcoin Robo Advisor - Now Available Online for Free on: September 13, 2020, 03:14:07 PM
I have tried features contained in link that you mention in this thread.
Just asking. So for number 2-5 i pick the top options. (Long term, High, Over $10M capital & Extensive knowledge). For question number 1, i pick "sustainable income". And click "calculate"
Then result showing :

May i know reason for this answer?

Outside above question, in my personal opinion, the above result was a wise result. Means you guys aware about the bitcoin volatility. And the most important thing is, you guys aware of your investor portfolio. This is good tbh. Not many services give honest judgments like you guys.

108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I am looking for a Broker similar to SimpleFX on: September 12, 2020, 06:48:56 PM
It is my first time trying to access simplefx site. Kinda surprise for me. Beside cryppto, they have stocks, forex and commodities pairs. But that UI interface reminds me of binary options.
There's one exchange that i think will fit with your requirements (about KYC). But there's only crypto pair atm and since no kyc, daily withdrawal is limited. https://ftx.com/

112  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't use your bitcointalk account password on other websites on: September 11, 2020, 08:18:05 PM
Or :
1. Always make your email in your profile account "hidden"
2. Use different email (not the email you used when registering at BTT) when you follow bounty. Coz usually your email exposed when following bounty. You guys can use proton mail or mailfence services if there is a bounty where one of the requirements is to include an emaill.
3. Always use browser that support your privacy (firefox or tor browser).
4. Use VPN always in your daily internet activities.

113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New altcoins to mine/ premine? And new/old masternodes to share? on: September 11, 2020, 07:17:30 PM
Perhaps you can check this list if you want to mine using GPU. : https://www.cryptocurrencykb.com/crypto-mining/
ETH = I think this "masternode" phase still in "discussion". But there's defi project that you can farm using ETH.
LTC masternode? Well, i never heard about this.
Masternode sites :
1. https://masternodes.online/
2. https://www.coingecko.com/en?category_id=41&view=market (for masternode coins only)

115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Define the (scam) DeFi. on: September 11, 2020, 05:38:39 PM
People should search and investigate about a successful DeFi project before investing in it.
Sorry for your loss. Well, after YFI price broke btc price, most ppl began to invest in yield farm coin. Most of them HOPING, that this new coin price can -at least- reach YFI price. But hope is just hope, finally most investors fall into projects that don't have a clear roadmap. Always DYOR before investing for long term and only use money yu can afford to lose. Still i believe, that DEFI projects (and its development) will have good prospects in future.

Kalo untuk transfer dari segwit ke pintu, 3 hari yang lalu saya coba bisa oom.. Untuk sebaliknya, nahh.. pertanyaan sama nih buat pintu.

Ane pengguna baru layanan Pintu. Baru make 3 harian (semenjak Jum'at). Verifikasi cepet, mantap.
2. Sekedar informasi berikut beberapa coin yang harganya stabil (nggak terlalu jatuh ketika btc lagi ngondek) plus dengan biaya transasksi yang murah meriah. DOGE, XLM dan Paxos (Standart).
3. Bisa nggak yah, ada menu buy/sell order? jadi kalo umpama ane deposit DOGE ke akun pintu saya, ane mau jual diharga RP45 (misalnya), setidaknya ane bisa set sell oder. Kalau fitur yang sekarang kan adanya cuman jual langsung tanpa bisa set sell/buy order.

117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: HUGE Donu news and updates - important swap and upgrade information inside! on: September 06, 2020, 10:23:44 PM
I cant find any information about your coin in coingecko site. Mind to share which site did you use beside coingecko?
118  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: After growing an account, what next? on: September 06, 2020, 06:42:57 PM
"After growing an account, what next?"
Consistency and repetition. If you like to being detective, keep doing that. Bitcointalk is only a place. Your consistency and repetition are the things that will keep this forum as a main reference site before someone throwing their time and money on to crypto.

120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Rebounds as Bitcoin Holds Steady on: September 06, 2020, 06:23:08 PM
Are you sure that ETH has made brief recovery after terrible week as you mentioned in your thread (and article)? And are you sure this terrible week only caused by sushi chef? Remember, there's still plenty  ETH waiting to liquidate from defi's pools. If that happens, perhaps ETH will more bleeding rather than btc. This stake ETH and the impact when unstake still not mentioned in that article btw.
