Number 1 Your Question :I dont know why is she confused with all this.
I thought she already know because she bid on my ads.
i admit some of them did not do anything, like formal interview, to join my team at first, because i was planning to add them first to form a complete team, then consult them and even hire them later and pay them real salary whenever i need them if any problem arises, once the banking components have been completed, without putting anymore ads.
This is also to know whether they are in it for money or really believe in the project.
