Pundi X is now ranked 45th on coinmarketcap. Coinmarketcap rank and token price are 2 different things. CMC rank depends on the total market cap. not on the coin price. PundiX is a gread project and growing everyday. but the truth is it's price is very low. it's in satoshis which is very low. I have 100 PSX and I cannot trade them because I can't spend gas on them. |

Well, I can say that I do not belong to that "people" you are pertaining simply because I encountered hard times like this before and I get used to it already. I'm not saying that I'm a fearless veteran in crypto world, I'm just patiently waiting and well enlightened on the DOs and DON'Ts in this kind of situation, as simple as that. That's my key to avoid losses. The word "people" is broad which may be composed of old and new investors. I think much appropriate to use "beginners" because they are the one who really suffers when btc drops due to their carelessness. They are the one who usually panic when suddenly a red flag shows (even though not a huge one) and sell instantly without even thinking if it is the right or not. Oldies don't do the same thing. I have sat down and realise that no matter how BTC decreases in price I have nothing to loose and I don't care about it because for the past months I joined this forum have seen much teachings and education from the crypto enthusiast.

Dude you can make profits and have a healthy life here in the forum at the same time, remember that  . Of course we have to be patient to do any work. Likewise, we have to be patient by investing in bitcoin. Because Bitcoin is a digital coin, it is sometimes up and down. So you can invest long term in hopes of more profits. That's why we all have to be patient for more profit.
Most of the people lack's patience every time the market price is dropping and that is the reason they lose a huge amount of their investment due to the volatility of the market. That is correct, for we are here to make some money then why are we selling in low market for little profit or may be if you are an investor in 7k figure and now you proceed as panic selling then you will face with loss because the current price is rolling in 6k dollar. We should treat it as long term investment and not short term and remember that those who are making it short term will not see anything positive. Different people have different mentality. Some people think that the price is expected to fell down more therefore it is better sell in current price and get the chance buy it again in comparatively low price. But some time when the sell their bitcoin they cannot get another chance to buy bitcoin in low price. Which cause some lost to them. |

Looking at how the price moved this year, i think there's logic behind what you said dude and probably that's why all these speculations indicating that we'll bottom out at 4 or 3k isn't that valid. Whales and high holders have the say in this kind if market.
only to an extent. whales and large miners can withhold coins from the market, but nobody has this market cornered. and as the years go by, coins become more and more distributed. something like 5-10% of americans now own crypto. so the whales of yester-years really aren't as important anymore. what matters most is all the supply from bagholders from 2017 (including institutions like novagratz' fund etc) and whether or not organic demand can outweigh that. That's the big problem we are facing is the heavy supply weighing down from above. There needs to be more organic demand and not just algos driving the price up for short periods. I'm a bit worried about the future of bitcoin because of that. These futures contracts are no good in my opinion, and the ETF won't make a big difference either. What would really help bitcoin is more trust and widespread adoption by major figures who actually use the coin for what it was intended for, rather than just quick swaps or pump & dumps. The supply only increased because of the low buying demand. I think that if we attract some new investors in the market, they will start buying which will increase the bitcoin demand and therefore the supply start decreasing. I think we have very good example in 2017 when the demand was increasing from time to time and the supply was decreasing which caused the price to increase too much. |

Just make double bet, when you loose, and make your win, then withdraw. In first round, it is very rare, if you have 10 red strikes, so you can make win fast, even today.  That is too much risky.
