661  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Lot of 8 Ice Fury for sale (will seperate) on: March 25, 2015, 02:25:33 AM
That was the price I paid in January 2015.
I bought these blue furys from online and they were 35 each at the time.

You just won't get that here.

I would offer like 10 bucks for all of them and whatever shipping is.

Has there been a fix for staking? I had alot of rejected blocks and still my wallet only shows 7 connections
i never had any issues with staking

Lots of my staking blocks are getting rejected.

Show the outputs of your debug file when these rejections occur.
663  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Lot of 8 Ice Fury for sale (will seperate) on: March 24, 2015, 08:49:36 PM
I could buy an Antminer S1 that hashes at 180 GH/s for ~40 dollars (and I'm honestly overpaying) but you get my point.

Are you willing to sell them as a group?
664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ISO] E-Currency - SHA256 PoW Currency - Fast Confirmations! on: March 24, 2015, 08:21:02 PM
Thank you ncsupanda for letting us know you've never worked on any SHA-256 altcoins before.  Below you shall find a chat log from our Skype conversation that tells an entirely different story.

http://pastebin.com/aK3ZU5f7

So, I'll be removing the positive feedback and placing negative as it seems you have had experience in this, sent crypto a message stating entirely otherwise and trying to wash your hands of it.  On top of that taking a lot of ISO and completely screwing up the code because of "your lack of knowledge".

-Adaryian

Adaryian,

I was unsure about the prefix change on the chain of your altcoin. I pushed a change to a TEST repository (which you did not have yet) and YOU pulled them to your main branch without doing any tests of your own. My messages even state I was unsure how the main blockchain would react to the causes you were asking for. I was still doing my tests when you hurriedly pulled them to Main.
When you came across any issues I pointed someone in this coins direction to view the source and to fix any mistakes I may have caused.
While I may have caused an issue, I did not do so intentionally. It was on a TEST branch for a reason. And beyond that I was on Spring Break for this semester and thus was not as active as I would have hoped to be.

I'm more than willing to return any ISO funds I've received - although I don't know how much that is (I haven't even loaded up the wallet besides the original time to get you an address where we agreed that any payment was optional, and can be found in this thread).

I was not trying to "wash my hands" of the situation. I realized I didn't know how to fix it and thus I stepped aside so someone else could. My message to "cryptcollector" reinforces that idea and I hope you'll agree that doing so was a responsible way of handling the situation.

I was also not trying in any way to harm your altcoin. It would be pointless since I believe in cryptocurrency as a whole.
If you feel negative reputation is necessary on my account, I understand. My positive review for you still stands.

I'm sorry for any trouble I've caused. Feel free to PM me to discuss this although I wish you tried to contact me either here or on Skype before posting this about me. It's also troubling that you've posted my Skype details yet that's a minute detail.

Sincerely,
ncsupanda

EDIT:

In response to this:
adaryian 0: -0 / +0(0)   2015-03-24   1.00000000   Reference   Liar. Performed work for me that actually destroyed the code. Lied about how he didn't know what he was doing. Took currency in exchange for his work. Never responded again.

I never received anything of REAL value for this work. I also didn't "destroy the code." Only a single change caused an issue and it was fixable.
I was not contacted further. The last message I received from you was on Skype:
[3/17/2015 1:12:30 PM] Adaryian Alexander: fresh install on windows even gives a stuck at block #4031

Admins can verify I didn't receive any messages from you.

In the big picture this is just a little pointless drama. Focus on your coin moving forward and I truly hope it is successful!
665  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Old Gear (BFL Single 30, nanufury) on: March 24, 2015, 03:12:10 AM
Open to offers. Paid $59 and put $20 in a fans in it. Used, but works great. Hashes stable at 29.5Gh/s. includes original power brick.

You can keep the fans. Willing to do 25? I could take that and buy an S1 with shipping, lol.
666  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Old Gear (BFL Single 30, nanufury) on: March 23, 2015, 09:05:46 PM
Looking to sell my starter gear to a collector or someone else looking to get into it. Accept bitcoin or paypal. Make an offer.

  • Butterfly Labs Single 30gh/s - Upgraded fans to run quieter and cooler
  • 2 Nanofury 2.6gh/s USB sticks

Located in the US and prefer to ship within the states, but will go international for the right price with all shipping costs paid by buyer.

How much for the Single? Collection needs to grow.
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LDOGE] LiteDoge - very currency many coin - lite version of dogecoin on: March 23, 2015, 03:24:46 PM
this is ridiculous
it went to 1 sat because im adding stealth addresses. some one even told me that is the reason.
 Huh
fine. i will finish adding stealth addresses to the anon branch.(because i already spent to much time into that to stop now.) then when i'm done i will show you that it works
then i simply won't merge it into the main branch.
will that make you happier?
unbelievable.

People will do anything in crypto.

Giving in to the newbie demands is going to hurt, not help.

Keep doing what you're doing.
668  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: 2 BTC bounty for fixing our multi-signature bug in the Bitcore API on: March 22, 2015, 08:34:37 PM
Also, amaclin ... if you like the 0,5 BTC (in case I am right) just give me your address via PM.

The most correct answer was given by @hhanh00
Your answer is wrong.

I would trust his answers over yours.

@hhanh00 even claimed you edited your post to match his and you didn't acknowledge it.

Besides, I see his point about the OP_PUSHDATA being parsed in an incorrect way.

No idea how much shipping to NC would be.

I've purchased these in the past for $100-150. Let me know if that's what you're looking for.

Lots of newbies making deep, intellectual comments.

Oh wait no it's the same old FUD.

I have a strong password and I ran different scans a there is no infection. I dont uderstand it.
Then how did someone magically send your coins somewhere else without you being infected?

Magic and Cryptocurrency just do not mix.

More than likelySomeone gained access to your computer. (Or wallet. W/e)
673  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Your Scrypt miners - US Only on: March 20, 2015, 04:52:12 AM

674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LDOGE] LiteDoge - very currency many coin - lite version of dogecoin on: March 20, 2015, 04:40:36 AM
The end is near.  Sad

POW that is.

It's now over.

well for some reason i can't quote in this thread..but anyone want to shoot me a link with more info ...hard to figure out this coin

is it in POW right now and eventually will be a POS coin and the POW is just to get a 'stake' of coin?

etc etc

most i've found googling is this thread.....a few multipools that i suppose i could just mine

(although at 650mh titans i might blow it up)

and also a dang crypto calc for this coin would be nice to as a link

prob it is too frigging new for any of the above

anyway appreciate any links......

(just kinda sorta what to mine like it is 2009 again.......the feel of the virtual wind in my hair so to speak......at 650mh it would be fun fun fun....) heh

(damn i really need a 'real life") lol Smiley

This coin had 500+ GH/s for quite some time.

PoW is over - get coins, hold for 8 hours and try to stake. Easy as that.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LDOGE] LiteDoge - very currency many coin - lite version of dogecoin on: March 20, 2015, 01:06:14 AM

676  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Spondoolies SP20E - 400$ include shipping on: March 19, 2015, 04:36:41 PM
I trade on Ebay more than 10 years so i can confirm my reputation.
If you can confirm your reputation like i am. we can deal via BTC.

I'm not the buyer - and the buyers reputation won't matter. The escrows will - and the ones around here know more about Bitcoin than either you or me.

Good luck: Please use escrow. Your eBay reputation means zero here.
677  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Spondoolies SP20E - 400$ include shipping on: March 19, 2015, 03:50:41 PM
Do you accept Bitcoin/Escrow?
678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LDOGE] LiteDoge - very currency many coin - lite version of dogecoin on: March 19, 2015, 02:31:34 PM
CAN you still mine after POW?

u answered ur question urself^^

Don't be a jerk just answer my question I apparently don't get it why not just explain.
CAN you still mine after POW?

I believe you can only mine PoS.

Once the PoS rewards approach zero, then you are mining TX fees.
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LDOGE] LiteDoge - very currency many coin - lite version of dogecoin on: March 19, 2015, 11:59:50 AM

anyone running this on a knc titan 150mh (to start) see how this works out?

i assume the setting i would need would be something like this in bfgminer 5.1 (or whatever the latest is on knc titans)

Fixed Diff 16384

stratum+tcp://ldoge.manhattanmine.com:3335

or would the 8192 work better on the Titan?

whatever....not sure how serious i am about ..just seeing if any other big rigs have taken the gamble on this and if/what actual hash you can get to work

thanks

Used a number of 300 MH/s rigs, and I can tell you that 8192 was sufficient for the share difficulty.
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LDOGE] LiteDoge - very currency many coin - lite version of dogecoin on: March 19, 2015, 02:58:02 AM
New wallet  version 1.0.0.1 in the first post
Not a mandatory update.
Just new users will be able to use the wallet easier they won't need to make a conf file.

Could you add the block explorer to the OP?
