if it is on a cloudmining website then it may be because a newly launched cloud mining site is trying to get users attention so that they can invest with them and then company run with their money

don't go with any cloud mining site,better you buy bitcoin then any cloud or hardware mining contracts
bitcoin mining is not profitable at this price, specially for new miner with new investment as hardware cost

Borrow some money, look in the lending section of this forum. You will give it back after you earn some money from sig campaign. No one will lend money for a newbie with no collateral. he can borrow money with his full member accounts that he is selling here and use the signature payout to repay the loan |
