Just so you know a member account cost about 0.01 btc and not more than 0.02 btc and the price will depends on the post quality of the account. Also if you can provide a signed message you can state it in here. About the trust rating of the account and the post quality also. Btw, does it have any potential activity?
as he said in OP, account has 84 potential activity, I think the current activity of this account is lower and 0.04btc is high price for such account with less then 80 posts, if the account has very good username and good number of posts and quality then you might sell it for 0.02 if you are lucky |

Man, I think you should up the price of the SR.Member with dark green trust that could be a good account for scammers.
if you missed the part, this dark green trust is from default trust level 3 so normally it will same as neutral trust account with default forum setting |
