41  Economy / Speculation / Re: I sold off all my Bitcoin today, and you should, too. on: June 30, 2018, 05:05:47 PM
Bitcoin prices are about to shit themselves, big time.  Lots of bad news today.  I went to my account and moved to cash.  When it looks like things have settled, I'll buy back in at a lower price and make more profits.

For now, SELL YOUR BITCOINS!!!
Cryptocurrency is not for you if you are easily taken by all those negative news and black propaganda against bitcoin. If you sold your bitcoin today then good for you. You bought it and i think you were at losing end either way.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook reverses ban on cryptocurrency ads on: June 28, 2018, 05:07:50 PM
I think this is a good news that Facebook has lifted it's ban against cryptocurrency ads. However, ads about ICOs and MLM related cryptos are still banned. But I think this is a good start. What do you think about this? Will this affect the price of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general? Is this a preview of an upcoming bullrun?

Here are some sources:

https://www.cnbc.com/video/2018/06/26/facebook-reverses-ban-on-cryptocurrency-ads.html

https://cointelegraph.com/news/facebook-s-crypto-ad-ban-reversal-power-play-gets-their-own-news-stuck

Wow this is actually a big positive news!  Ibelieve that facebook sa a very powerful tool to inform educate and encourage many people over the world of bitcoin.  I expect that with this an increase of the price is expected very soon!
43  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the Bitcoin market going to collapse? on: June 27, 2018, 04:10:26 PM
My opinion is that in time Bitcoin market share will keep reducing, as many other coins and tokens and platforms will keep surging.

In the long term, the blockchain technology is very disruptive. Bitcoin will more likely compete with Gold, Ethereum will provide a backbone for many uses.

So I am not really sure a collapse is incoming, it depends if a real bubble will quickly form.
I dont think this is possible right now that nothing is created a kind of cryptocurrency which can surpass the essentials of bitcoin. The market is experiencing a price depression and this is not the first time actually this has always been the trend but just as before it can surely recover.
44  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is 2018 the most crucial year for bitcoin? on: June 27, 2018, 04:00:03 PM
Bitcoin exceeded $ 10,000 in 2017. What's going to happen to Bitcoin in the coming year?
yes i guess so because after that highest price last december 2017 people are setting their standards on price very highly that is why if they're exoectation is not reach i am sure there will be a big backlash on the platform so i say 2018 is very crucial.
45  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will probably reach 4500-5000, following seasonality pattern. on: June 26, 2018, 04:04:03 PM
In the last 50 years,on average the June/september/october are the worst months. And are very bearish.

WHen bitcoin fell down below 6500 i confirmed that we may be following seasonal pattern, which means we could see a pump around july/august. But the lowest all time bitcoin will be around september/october.

So i put a bet on around 4500-5000 for these months.

Even if the price will even reach lower than what you predicted I have strong believe that it will bounce back hard nd higher also. People right now are not only seeing the situation as bad but as n opportunity to be avaible to buy bitcoin investment while the price is low.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What bitcoin brings to its users? on: June 26, 2018, 04:01:20 PM
I watch a lot of information on the television talk about bitcoin (mainly the news about the bankruptcy, the bad side of bitcoin). On the other hand, I read a lot of online articles about the benefits of Bitcoin. What does Bitcoin offer the user?
I have strong fait to bitcoin even with the recent price condition i will hold until it will rise up again which im sure it will and im predicting that it will by the end of July this year. this has alway been the trend up and down but im sure it will rise. I have benefitted so much with this platform i was able to save up for my family and i was able to be financially stable and i know others will experience this too if they will believe and keep up the faith and work for it.
47  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My small advice about crypto market on: June 26, 2018, 03:50:16 PM
Many people are still hesitant between trade and hold. In my opinion, Investment is different from speculation is that you spend time and knowledge for it. When you trust and understand, you will not be afraid of the volatility of the market. It's an investor or a HOLDER. It's very good, but I think you get to know the market, trade, the cycle of market so you can be an investor, a smart holder.
"Don’t be a blind bull. ALL markets are cyclical. Don’t be afraid of pullbacks or market crashes – that’s where you can make the most money"
Yes, nd in addition to that I think that mostly of those who are faint hearted who easily get scared away or rants negatively when the price is down are usually those new investors of cryptocurrency those did not fully understand what is this investment basically all about.
48  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 25, 2018, 04:34:59 PM
When do you think Bitcoin will go back to the $20,000 mark and what factors do you think could contribute to making it happen sooner rather than later?
Of course!  right now it might be hard to believe given the recent price condition, but ww can never tell, only those who last long and and patient enough can the end of the rainbow there lay the bucket full of gold!!!
49  Economy / Speculation / Re: Watch Tone Vays desperately trying to keep the price going down on: June 25, 2018, 04:15:39 PM
The market has bottomed and this is how proper trend reversals look like, but Tone Vays, trader with a big following, claimed $4900 as the best case scenario for a bottom.

I predict that he will start FUDding as much as he can to not be wrong. He was wrong at $7500 being the bottom for 2017 (we know it was $20k) and he will be wrong with the 2018 bottom again, even if he did a decent job at predicting a bear market longer than a lot of other people were claiming.
Predictions are mere speculations from a personal point of view either he got it right or wrong it does not really matter at all to me l. What is important is that the price will grow higher and stronger. That'ss count the most
50  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price moved by emotion and mood! on: June 25, 2018, 04:00:17 PM
A study by finance professor Daniele Bianchi says that the prices of cryptocurrencies are influenced by the mood, hype and emotions of investors mostly rather than economic factors. It really sounds horrible. But I think it is partially true. Because if you see the number of people engagement with bitcoin, you will see that a large number of people came to this market after the vibe of BTC rising. And they entered here without gathering proper knowledge.

What do you think about this? What would be its effect???
This is why i think that the negative comments nd posts of other people posses a great threat to the down and up movement of any cryptocurrency because the morw people say positive comments about a certain platform the more people are incline to join and invest nd the more people say negative thing because of the down trend the more the price will fall. so we must uplift bitcoin and spread positive word.
51  Economy / Speculation / Re: the reason why bitcoin falls on: June 24, 2018, 05:29:55 PM
The supply and demand are largely influenced by the price of today's bitcoins
You are right, also we cannot deny the fact that other reasons of the fall of the price are the antagonist of cryptocurrency who are always spreading fear and negativities about it in the mainstream media. There are just so many gulliable people who easily persuade by what they hear so as a result many are selling instead of holding.
52  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 24, 2018, 04:18:58 PM
When do you think Bitcoin will go back to the $20,000 mark and what factors do you think could contribute to making it happen sooner rather than later?
No one can tell for sure as to when but i am sure it will recover and for me i have strong believe that it can even surpasses that highest price of last year.  We only have to believe and have a positive mindset and dont listen too much negativity from those detractors of bitcoin.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to stop using Bitcoin as a form of investment and start using it as payment on: June 24, 2018, 04:11:53 PM
Listen to me.

Look I know we are a free community, but come on don't you think the price has become so volatile during the past few months just because people started using it as a form of investment. I've seen people buy in low, in hopes of selling it at high, and that's basically pump and dump.

Bitcoin wasn't created to make us rich over night but was created so we could have control over our money and not the bankers. It was created so we could be free, so there won't be any borders telling us we are different from them so we can't trade with them. To be united, but all I see are people only talking about how much profit they've made, not about how it can help people that don't have access to banks(they do but it's a minority).

We live in a society where we take everything for granted, just like we've taken Bitcoin for granted. We don't deserve it. The ones that deserve it don't have access to it.

At the end of the day we become savages and only think about the profit not the good that it can do for us, instead of making us rich.

Yes, I was introduced to it because of the investment, but I was a fool at that time, I couldn't see the bigger picture.

We are a community created for the people, by the people.

(P.S. If you don't see Bitcoin as investment, then be proud of it, and hope it can help us be united, for it's all that we have left against them)
Yes this could be another way of doing things while the price is at downtrend. but this doesnt mean that bitcoin as an investment doesnt have a hope i know that the price will recover soon and when the time comes people will appreciate bitcoin more.
54  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: June 24, 2018, 04:32:54 AM
I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.
Quote
Especially with the recent price situation and early this year., i think that up to now bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency has not come full circle and has not reach its highest potential. People and industries are either ready nor committed to make the leap of change because basically people are afraid of change and of something they are not used to. As we have witnessed in the past years bitcoin has increasingly become popular and widely use but still until now it has not reach its potential because many people are opposing it spreading negative thoughts about. I hoe that one day this revolutionary platform will finally reach the peak and get accepted world wide.
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN'S CURRENT ISSUE on: June 23, 2018, 05:27:39 PM
Bitcoin is facing many issues right now and it is hard to deal every one of them. That's why as a community we need to help and support this innovation. And currently, the main issue that people are throwing to bitcoin is its legality. I personally think that bitcoin should be legal and should be recognize as a legit currency. What do you think will happen when the government finally recognize bitcoin?
Bitcoin has been facing a lot of issues since the beginning only this time people who are against it are more willing to pay black propaganda to destroy it knowing how potential it could destroy the current fiat currency..
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: June 21, 2018, 04:56:19 PM
People here have claimed that Bitcoin is in fact controlled and ruled by China, as mining is centralized by Chinese mining institutions.

Do you think that China is controlling/ruling bitcoin yes or no?
I dont think this is really true, many are speculative of whose really the dominant country when it comes to cryptocurrency but i dont think china is the one.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS CRYPTOCURRENCY LIKE BITCOIN HAS UNSTOPPABLE BENEFITS IN THE SOCIETY? on: June 21, 2018, 04:54:22 PM

In very immense change of the world of technology, we are now experiencing and utilizing the fruitful benefits of cryptocurrency like bitcoin in the market. Because of it, the world will become a cashless society using an Android and IOS app.

It is not just an approximate investment, it is as well as helpful to others to earn money to survive in their everyday lives. Many believe and consider there be much more promising in day by day currency use. We can spend the cryptocurrency anywhere using the apps, through this payment solution, online purchases and business matters can be made. It is very helpful and very appealing to freelancers, miners, entrepreneurs, traders and developers. As cryptocurrency continues to mature, nurture and grow the spreading out of the audience using smart phones is not possible.

People are looking forward for the affirmative and a lot more benefits of crypto currency not just at the moment but also in the near future.

Yes true, and i hope they can improve this platform better and better everyday it has to be safe and secured. I believe in this Cryptocurrency investment and i know this has really helped alot of people all over the world. With all the positive service it can give us many scrupolous individuals are also trying to hack and scam their fellow there has been success on many attempts and i feel sad about this because i know how vital this platform for so many individual but because of this incidents i feel that this is one of the reasons why the price has a struggle especially nowadays.
58  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin - Game over on: June 21, 2018, 04:20:32 PM
bitcoin crosses important neckline support (breakdown) and expected to conitnue to fall down more and more

typical bubble

if you tell me bitcoin is not in a bubble? look at the similarity, its >90% same as typical traditional bubble

goodluck to all holders out there, im pulling all my investment out, hope the best in you!

I have read this kind of negative posts and comments all the time every time the price falls..Game over, dead obsolete, drop to bottom line etc. And people gets more panic and more negative thoughts so they sell out or stop investing to bitcoin but every time the price recovers they feel sorry and buy again at higher price. Truely bitcoin is not for the frail of hearts.
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can you do with Bitcoins but can't do with Dollars? on: June 19, 2018, 03:27:26 PM
What can you do with Bitcoins but can't do with Dollars?

I dont see any problem with your question at all, first it is impossible that bitcoin can't be converted to dollar number two, you can always use bank transaction to exchange your bitcoin if you would really want to and third you can always use your bitcoin in payment via online payments.
60  Economy / Speculation / Re: How high would Bitcoin go with McAfee as president? on: June 19, 2018, 03:21:31 PM
Recently, McAfee said that he was going to run for POTUS. Of course he is a realist and knows he isn't going to win, but will try to spread awareness on Bitcoin during the campaign, unfortunately he will most likely pump a lot of shitcoins along the way too, but who cares, just imagine the price of Bitcoin with a him in the Whitehouse. I think it would reach his $1,000,000 prediction overnight.

http://bitcoinist.com/john-mcafee-running-us-president-2020/

Just for fun, since we all know he will never be president, but this is the speculation subboard after all.
I hope it does reach at that price really but i dont think it will be possible any time soon. For sure he will be screened and blocked by his colleaques in the political side specially those skiptics and critics of cryptocurrency in the whitehouse.
